I will never use this company again after living in one of their apartments last year. So happy I moved. It took FOUR MONTHS to get a lightbulb in the hallway fixed. When I called to inquire why it was taking so long, they encouraged ME to call the maintenance agency, what? When there were water stains and mold surrounding my outlets, they told me not to worry, what? These kind of safety issues being completely ignored is the sign of a terrible realty service. Warning!

Wow. I contacted a realtor through the contact form on Zillow and asked to see an apartment. Louis was incredibly rude when he responded via phone call. He told me that unless I signed an agreement AND got prequalified I couldnt see a single listing.A few months ago, I filled out a contact form for a house and never heard back. Finally when we wanted to see the house we had to call the number on the sign. The gentleman was friendly but didnt take us seriously since we were in our 20s.Ive worked with multiple realtors in the past in other cities and have NEVER had such rude customer service.
