My husband was walking around the mall yesterday and decided to look in Helzberg. He told Debbie he was just looking but she showed him some earrings that were on sale. He bought a pair of beautiful earrings that I adore. He said Debbie was very nice, helpful and not very pushy!

I was helped by Ms. Debbie and her service was amazing!!! Great customer service, even gift wrapped my jewelry with Christmas paper before the holidays!!!

Saleswomen were really professional

I made a first time purchase two weeks ago and as part of a running promotion I was able to receive $50 American Express gift cards based on my purchase total. The sales rep stated I could use the gift cards towards my purchase balance. Turns out I cannot pay on my balance with the gift cards after another store rep contacted their main headquarters. I was deceived, also the item I purchased after some research is not what was advertised to me. Stay away from this store and all Helzberg stores.

Customer service, to put it plainly, is trash. When I entered the store, all the associates were busy. No problem at all. I patiently waited. Once the customers began to leave the store, instead of assisting me, the associates began to laugh and talk to each other behind the counter.I supposed I was easy to miss until I repeated “Excuse me” four times. The associate who came to my aid introduced herself by saying “my bad I just started here”, while her higher-ups resumed their loud giggles and quiet whispers.While finding my ring, the associate went on to tell me how “bored” she has been at this job.Once she found the ring (that I had called ahead of time to inquire about), magically the price was $115 more than what i was told on the phone. I know that isn’t a drastic number but I will break my monthly budget for Helzberg shenanigans. Nice try. I took my wallet and business elsewhere.There’s always a possibility that you’ll have a better experience but I wouldn’t try it here if I were you.

Each time I come in this location for a ring cleaning, the associate puts my rings either in their hand like a heap of candy or they put them on their fingers!! Thats NOT ok!One time I had to tell the women to please take my wedding rings off her fingers and I had to grab a counter pad.Please train your associate the true Helzberg way to accept and present jewelry, ON A COUNTER PAD!! Store 639 knows this policy very well!

Got my wedding ring done with nick and he was amazing. He went above and beyond to get me my wedding ring done the way I wanted it. He listens to what you want and finds a way to get it done just the way you like it. I appreciate that he took the time with us and was always honest, definitely recommend going to him. We first met him at the Patrick henry mall and than herd he transferred to Norfolk and I wanted to get the diamonds placed my husband and I didn’t want anyone but nick to help us with the final upgrade on my wedding band due to the great customer service we got the first time around. Thank you again for my beautiful wedding ring I am Absolutely in love with it.

We were here from out of town and stopped in to ask to see a special type of lose diamond. They didnt have that in store and offered to get some in for us to look at. When they found out that we were not from here, they treated us as if we were locals. Our entire visit was a good experience and very helpful. We eventually bought a inexpensive ring set and were still given excellent service. Even to the point of offering to clean the Mrs rings that she was wearing. We really appreciate the great customer service we were given. Tricia thank you.

A friendly clerk helped me put together a really nice ring/necklace set right within my budget, in no time at all. Was in and out of the store in maybe 10 minutes and got just what I was looking for, or really more since I wasnt initially planning on getting two items. Couldnt be happier.

Bought my girlfriend a pair of white gold hoop earrings(I paid $200)within a month one of them snapped in half as she was simply taking them out of her ears. The earrings were misshapen from the beginning so they were either defective or mishandled, I should have looked at them more closely. Now they want to charge me to fix them!!?? Should 14k gold earrings just snap like that so easily!!?? I think not. If you’re thinking of purchasing from them, don’t but if you do get the lifetime insurance plan. *update finally got through to corporate and they are paying for a life time insurance plan for the earrings. Either way less than 2 grams of 14k gold, even if they are shaped like hoops shouldn’t cost $200 and they definitely shouldn’t snap by simply removing them from your ears.

They sold me diamond studs saying that I can always upgrade, while trying to upgrade them, I was told that only certain diamonds qualify for an upgrade and that the diamonds have to be above a certain carat. If they had informed me about this before selling, I would have either not bought them or went for the bigger studs.When explaining my situation to the manager he just said raising both hands in the air Well I dont know, I have been working here for just a year!Now I am stuck with diamond studs that my wife will never wear.AVOID THIS SOTRE, TAKE BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Honestly had the worst customer service experience of my life here. They were super pushy trying to get me to buy a ring I told them I couldnt afford. Then when I finally found one I might want to buy in the future they said they had to get some personal information from me in order to save the ring for me. They asked for my SSN and I didnt want to give it to them but they said they had to do a credit check on all their customers and that was all they would use it for. A week later I get a pre-approved hellzturd diamonds credit card in the mail and a notification that they have shared my personal information including SSN salary and address with multiple institutions.

Save your money and go somewhere else.1. The people here are snobby as hell (even to be inside a mall)2. They quoted me a price but then called on the day it was supposed to be delivered and said the price went up $200.3. After receiving the repaired ring (that was not originally purchased from Helzberg) I asked for a ring box - She said NO! - then I asked if I could purchase a ring box for the sake of the proposal still NO!* Ill never visit this location or any other Helzberg as long as I live. Just snobby people pretending they are in New York @ Tiffany & Co.

Absolutely a wonderful shopping experience, the woman who assisted is are extremely nice and knowledgeable.
