When I was pregnant, I hired Molly Maid to come once a month and deep clean my kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. My daughter is 4 months old now and that day is still my favorite day of the month.Ashley B’s Team 7 always goes above and beyond. When they leave I look around at how clean and tidy everything is and it brings tears to my eyes. Aside from doing an excellent job with the cleaning itself, it’s all the little touches… like folding the ends of the toilet paper rolls in the bathrooms, or neatly folding and stacking my daughter’s sleep sack and lovey in her crib. As a busy working mom, I could never keep up with the cleaning without them, and the feeling of peace that comes with walking around a clean house, even just for a few hours before the chaos returns, is so therapeutic.And I work from home so I really appreciate how efficient they are. I loved working here, and miss it so much! The staff is more like family than anything else. I was blessed by being put on team 5 with Jamie. I looked forward to going to work everyday and honestly it really didn’t feel like work most of the time. Rich, Diana, Nicole, and Lauren didn’t look at the maids as most owners and managers look at their workers. They cared to learn your names and who you are. I did not leave on bad terms, just had to take care of my personal life. I would recommend this job and cleaning service to anyone. They’re truly amazing!

This company is a great to work for! I worked there for 9 months. Every company has their ups and downs but you make the best of it. There are way more ups than downs. Only reason I left was I needed health insurance. The office staff goes above and beyond to help their employees out. I have a few things I needed to take care of and made me come into work late, the office staff worked with me and even made sure I was okay emotionally. I would recommend this this job to anyone.

Ive used Molly Maid for the last 4 years and have found the service to be exceptional. Anna and Sandra are my current regular team and clean my home as if it were their own. I work out of my home office, so I see the team each time they clean, and they always are polite and friendly. They always ask if there are any special notes or if any area needs extra attention. I couldnt be happier with the results each week.I find the pricing to be very fair, and have never had an issue with billing or payment. Ive called the office several times to reschedule cleans for various reasons and have always been impressed by the customer service of the team in the main office.Overall, I would highly recommend Molly Maid!

Well, Team Five is the BEST. They are always prompt, come into my home, very cheerful, speak to me and the dog. Give my dog a treat, and disperse into the house. I go to my office upstairs and can hear the vacuum running every where down stairs. Shortly they call to me that they are leaving, and the house is immaculate once more. Ive been working for Molly Maid for about 2 years. They have their ups and downs like all companies, but they constantly go above for their employees; whether its events like bowling, buying our family pizza the day before Thanksgiving, providing everyone a case of water and a food item during a hurricane, or giving out bonuses just for keeping customers happy. They always look out for their staff. I cant think of any employer that would even consider any of this. They are amazing people to work for, and all they expect from us is to perform our jobs and follow the policies they outline in the beginning. I know I can talk with Rich, Diana, or any of the staff with work issues, or even if I need help personally. I love this job, and everything theyve done for me. Try them for yourself!

Jessica is always amazing! With four kids in the house, we dont always manage to leave our home in a manner that is most conducive for cleaning yet she always leaves the house perfectly spickety-span!! Plus, she is very detailed oriented and goes above and beyond doing things that are not necessarily required but are very personal: like folding your kitchen towels, or picking up shoes from around the house and stacking them in our shoe tray, grabbing strewn about out clothes and folding them, or just making the occasional bed.

Too expensive for a cleaning service.

Bonnie has been cleaning our home for several years now. She is diligent and careful and does a wonderful job. I told my brother, Stephen Gould, and father that on cleaning days we eat out for supper. It is so nice to have a clean kitchen for at least 12 hours.

Jessica cleans my office and driver areas at the Chesapeake location of Pods of Hampton Roads. She always does a superior job and I look forward to having her each time she comes. I would highly recommend her and Molly Maid for all your cleaning needs.

After confirming time of arrival, called and cancelled an hour late due to running behind. Offered to come the following Monday. I had already stripped the beds preparing for visitors due the next day. This was not acceptable at the last minute. The cleaning team was always professional and did a great job for the past 2 or 3 years. But this is not the first time they have had to cancel at the last minute or been very late. Discontinued service and plan to try someone else. I think it is a management problem with tight schedules.

At every company if you show up for work and do your job, you will not having any issues. When your offered your position and you accepted all rules and regulations are explained to you and you get a copy of them, you even sign stating you got them. So just follow the rules and everyone will be happy. Leslie and Rich are the owners they both are very professional and also a lot of fun. Diana is the office manager and if your having a bad day, just find Diana she will always put a smile on your face. Nicole is the Training manager, and well she is Nicole is is beyond hilarious. Diana and Nicole together will have you laughing for days. Lauren is the office assistant she is one of the sweetest people you will meet. Bonnie is one of the longest maids who has been with the company. She helped everyone. I could keep going on and on about each person at this company. All of us maids have our own personalities of course. But we all stick together and are always helping each other, and having fun. I remember last year during the hurricane we were supposed to have. Rich went out and got all the safe a huge case of water and some pop tarts just to help start our emergency kits. We work the day Before Thanksgiving and Rich gets us all pizza to take home to our families so we can just worry about preparing for Thanksgiving instead of making dinner for the night before. I can keep going on and on, but I want. Just come and find out for yourself! This is one of the most family oriented companies I have every worked for. I am so thankful for them allowing me to be apart of their company! Now they arent just a regular company. They are professional and love to have fun! Their work is good (except for this last time when they claimed they had cleaned our library, which they had not), but I wind up feeling like Ive done something wrong by hiring them. One of the maids on our team in particular grumbles, always seems annoyed, and this last time I noticed that she even snapped a picture. We will be switching services.
