Showed up late I left to pickup my dog and they left. I paid for 4 hour clean. They arrived at 3 PM and we’re gone when I returned at 5 PM. I called to complain and now over a week later no call back Did now clean under items. Very disappointed they seemed to have a hard time understanding what I said. Very disappointed

The cleaners were late despite the fact that I had made the appointment nearly a month before. Additionally, for what I paid $189.00, for a moving clean, I was very disappointed in the results. The fan blades were not touched, there was dirt still left on the floor, and the representative I spoke with acted like it was my fault that they did not have me on the schedule, despite the fact that I had made the appointment nearly a month ago.

Had two bathrooms that we had not used since we moved in (they were in bad shape). We were intimidated by the thought of tackling them! The ladies left them looking brand new!

Clean clean clean. I’ve been through several companies and individuals, Limpio was the one that beat the rest hands down! And if you want things done a certain way, they get it the first time and continue to do. Update: I’ve used them now for 2 years. We always ask for the same lead person. (We have 2-3 a time as it is a big house. I’d be lost without them. Great relationship. Very trustworthy!! Honest!

I have never used a cleaning service before. However, my rental management company requires me to clean the house before moving out professionally. In the past this has been hands down the most thorough company. Today the cleaners were finished in less then two hours and my kitchen floor was not mopped. Not the same service I have experienced many times before. They did squeeze me in last minute.

Limpio House Cleaning advertised a special price for deep cleaning services in Ghent Living. From the moment I called until they left my home, the staff was extremely friendly and communicated very well (despite some language gaps). The cleaning crew showed up on time and did an EXCELLENT job. We initially reserved 8 hours for deep cleaning for a large 3 story home. The crew cleaned my entire home to my satisfaction and was able to complete the job in 7 hours. I will definitely use their services in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Today I texted at about 11am because I just wanted to relax. I received a response in about 20 minutes saying I can be fitted into their schedule later today . I have used them about a dozen times and I am never disappointed. They do an outstanding job & I am never disappointed (seriously). So if youve been thinking about who to choose Choose Limpio .

Update 11-3-2020: Service has detonated since our last interaction with the company. First, we highly recommend the company to a friend who was looking for post-move house cleaning; she had numerous issues with the company that I will not get into as I am getting the information as a 3rd party; I am sure she will post her review of the incident shortly. My recent experience was cleaning on the 30th of October and was overall disappointed in the final product and the damage to our entertainment center. It appears that the cleaning crew broke off the support bracket under the entertainment center and pushed it back to the wall. When I contacted the company, they reported back: “Good morning, I asked the crew and show them the picture that you send they said they havent damaged any thing in your house and dont remember seeing anything broken there.”I doubt I would have noticed it right away if it was not for my daughter, who looked under the entertainment center to get my dogs ball and instead pulled out the support leg, which prompted my wife to say, “that must have been what all the noise was downstairs when the cleaning crew was here.”I am not looking for any compensation from the company for the damages; an acknowledgment would have sufficed. Sadly, based on our own experience and the experience with our friend, we will be terminating our relationship with Limpio House cleaning that goes back roughly seven years.Update 12-3-2019: clears the company and they were very helpful. They sent different crew and gave us two hours of cleaning for free. The new crew did a great job.I have used them previously with good results. Today they came late (the original time window was 12-2, they got to the house at 3) and did a very poor job to say the least. Windows were not cleaned, one toilet was not scrubbed, dust everywhere and streak marks on the floor. Very disappointed, I will definitely not be using them or recommending them again.

Recommended by a friend. The first clean was acceptable. We have had to request several re-cleans. After the last cleaning (where they skipped cleaning one full room and did not clean mirrors and did a shoddy job on the floors) I requested a re-clean and did not receive a response. Do not waste your money on this company. I recommend Maid Pro or Molly Maids.

I have been using Limpio House Cleaning for a couple of years now. They are the only cleaning service I trust. These ladies always leave my home spotless and immaculate and they do it at a reasonable price. They bring all the cleaning supplies so I save some money not having to buy my own. I have never had any problems and I always recommend them when people ask. If I ever need to reschedule, they are extremely flexible and work around my schedule. Do yourself a favor and give them a call now. You will not be disappointed!

The Limpio employees do a wonderful job and I am amazed at how much they can do in two hours.

I made an appointment with the company. They provided me with a 2 hour window in which they would show up. I called (it rang and rang) close to that 2 hour mark because they hadnt shown up. I left a message and called back 30 mins after the 2 hour mark and they had turned the phone off. These people should not get any business. Call someone else.

The women were very nice and they did a fair job on the obvious parts but by no means great, or even good. Cobwebs and dust still in the corners of the ceilings, extremely visible dirt and spots on closet doors, dirt and dust and old spills around the baseboards, especially the stairs... The house was empty. There was no furniture in the way of anything or furniture that needed to be cleaned or dusted...just the house itself needed a good cleaning, particularly the walls because I had planned to paint which I told them when I called to schedule the appointment. I specifically said one of the main things was getting the dust and dirt off the walls and ceilings, the areas around the vents were particularly grungy, so that I could paint...spiderwebs, dust, and dirt still there. I had never used their service before, simply found them online and chose to go with them because I make it a point to try and support small businesses and minority owned businesses. I really wish the results had been better. A friend of mine knew I was hiring a service and wanted my opinion on their work since she is looking to hire a cleaning service. Sadly, I cant recommend them. The ladies are absolutely the sweetest and stayed working the entire time they were there but, unfortunately, I didnt get what I asked for.

I called Limpio House on a Thursday for a Monday cleaning. I had a four bedroom house move out clean and they did it for an incredible price! There was confusion on the address but they called me the morning of the cleaning to verify. I went to check on the house that afternoon and it was spotless! Kitchen was immaculate, floors were swept and mopped, carpet was vacuumed; they even cleaned all the windows and blinds. I knew asking them if they did walls was a long shot but they were wiling to get what they could, which was very generous of them.They were nice enough to collect the items i had forgotten and placed them in a neat pile by the door. Definitely recommend you give them a call for any cleaning.

Oh my gosh. Life changing! These women work so hard, I witnessed two ladies get down on their hands and knees to wipe out all the dust bunnies under our bookshelves and then proceed to move the dog crate (with the dog inside) to the other side of the room so they could get to the baseboards. The cleaning is excellent and full of special touches, they will change the sheets, and my little girl really appreciated all of her stuffed animals arranged on her perfectly made bed. I can actually see what spaces need real organization. The real problem is figuring out what to do with my new found spare time. Thank you so much!
