Genius! Created a whole new laptop! I had technical issues and he has resolved it! Gave me a 1 terabyte hardware drive and free anti-virus, malware, etc., at a great price! I was going to buy a new virus protection and have him install it, but he did it free without me mentioning it! I love my laptop and glad I did not go the route of purchasing a new laptop. Above and beyond!

I built my PC by myself custom, and it randomly failed. I had to get a professional diagnosis for insurance to help me fix it, and Norfolk Pc Fix delivered. I wasn’t charged for the diagnosis, and they checked the individual components of my PC to make sure I didn’t spend more than I needed to, ended up just being a fried motherboard, which luckily I replace myself. Very knowledgeable, and had my diagnosis within an hour because I was in a rush.

A few years ago, I brought my laptops to Tork to be repaired- he was quick, responsive and very reasonably priced. My issue was cracked screens and of course he was able to fix them without issue. Recently, I brought two more laptops in for repair- both had jack/connector problems. He fixed both at a reasonable cost and quickly. So we had a Dell Precision M4500 that was not compatible on Windows 10 with a Mackie/Oynx Firewire Sound Board. Had another staff member working on this with no luck for 2 months. Wow! I dont do this very often but I must! I was having trouble with my Mac computer. I had called Apple Tech Support on several occasion to see if they do anything and I was horrified, when they told me Take it to a computer store and see if they are able to help you What!...a computer store?Why Not an Apple store? they said that my computer was too old and that Apple no longer have the parts to service there. And beside the warranty had long since expired. They informed me that my hard drive was gone. I found Tork by searching for a local computer fix near me.Im glad I called him. So I went online to try and call a support number for INTUIT which turned out to be a complete scam. They wanted to charge me $700 to fix my computer. Tork is GREAT!!! I brought in my 6 year old IMAC Friday afternoon and picked it up Monday at 1 PM. He diagnosed and fixed it perfectly, price was more than fair. It has never run this good thanks to his putting in a new great hard drive. The old hard drive had many bad sectors which the Apple Store neglected to mention when they worked on it.If you need computer help this is the place to take it to!!!

The screen on my laptop had stopped working, and it was just past its warranty. I called Tork and was able to get my laptop fixed quickly on a holiday weekend.
