I just want to say how thankful I am for their amazing service. I needed my carpets cleaned because my 2 male cats had started a spraying battle and several areas downstairs would not come clean! Steve came in and assessed the problems, treated the areas and took his time cleaning them. I am OCD and very critical and I must say, my carpets look like NEW and smell so fresh and clean! I truly havent seen service and customer care like that since the 80s when people actually cared about their work and their customers. Bless you and I will be calling again. No wonder you have so many repeat customers. Yall are GOLD!
