A very kind duo came out to do an extraction & cleaned the carpets. Thoroughly explained what they were doing, were in and out as quick as possible, worked around me and a baby, and were overall just very friendly people! Highly recommend if your carpets need some TLC!

I have used several carpet cleaning services over the years. None come close to the excellent work done by the professionals at Dycarp. Before they cleaned my carpet, I thought I needed to replace some of it. They cleaned my carpets so well, I do not need to replace. Recommend them highly.
I love Dycarp. They do an excellent job with carpet cleaning. Just last year I needed them to clean utility room titles that were stained due to a paint can accident. They spent a lot of effort trying to remove the stain; actually went above and beyond.
Dycarp did a wonderful job at my house. I always thought that I have to call the big chain company with the yellow truck for the best job (most expensive too), but I was very pleasantly surprised that Dycarp did just as great of a job as the other company did previously. I think I will stick with Dycarp as long as they keep doing the great cleaning they did.
Weve used Dycarp for several years. Theyve always shown up as stated and their work has always been excellent. Two weeks ago I called to schedule a cleaning appointment, which went well. The night before our scheduled appointment we received a call to confirm, however we werent given a specific time frame as in the past. I asked for a time frame and was told probably in the morning. The day of our appointment, after several hours waiting (2:30 pm) I called the office to find out when the cleaners would show up. I was told that I would have to reschedule for next week. I canceled because that week was not doable for us. My bone of contention is the lack of a courtesy call to alert us of the need for them to make changes. Very unprofessional!
So impressed with this company. Left message on late Saturday, for service, and received call back, on next business day. Was quoted estimated price over the phone. Telephone receptionist was so professional, so polite, just excellent customer service. The carpet cleaner and his assistant arrived on time, was very friendly and did an excellent job on cleaning my carpets, in a 7th. floor condo building. One of the few companies that will still provide service to a high rise building. So grateful!! Will certainly use again!!!
My wife and I put in more effort than this company did in working with our insurance and installing our new carpet. Nobody calls back in a timely manner. Flat out lies and inconsistencies constantly with this company. They never seemed to care, and treated time-sensitive situations with flippant and apathetic behavior. They did not treat us, the customer willing to pay for additional work that our insurance wouldn’t cover, with respect. We went months and months with no carpet in our home, and zero effort on their part to fix that problem.Save yourself time and stress by going literally anywhere else for your carpet needs.
Awesome Clean !!! Dycarp was GREAT to deal with. The professionals at Dycarp arrived with a truck mounted carpet cleaning system (not that thing you rent at food lion). The water poured out at 250 degrees deep cleaning the carpets in my office. There is but so much a vaccuum cleaner can do. They pulled out years of heavy traffic and my carpets look brand NEW; yes, brand NEW. Ok, so Ive got heavy duty commercial carpet, it looks brand NEW. Mark and Jeff were respectful of my furniture, moved it when necessary and put little foam pads on wooden and metal legs to prevent any damage. Debbie in the office was professional and coordinated with my admin to be here when they said they would and have us ready for their arrival. The price was reasonable and I was happy to pay right away and tip the team for their expert service. I only wish I could give them extra stars. They truly earned my recommendation.

This company is great, they did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in my dining room, living room and hallway where my grandson and my mom had spills of various liquids, I was impressed as were my family and friends when they cam to visit. You will not find a more friendly loving and honest bunch than the people o Dycarp.
I know this review is a long one, but bear with me if you are seriously considering Dycarp for any of your carpet needs. Above all else when it comes to this company: DON’T BOTHER. This company doesn’t have time for keeping a tidy office let alone answering phone calls or customer questions. The office and carpet showroom were in shambles. Among the piles of junk were stacks of adult and children’s clothing, a child’s mattress, a bed frame, and many many unlabeled and unorganized carpet samples. Piles of paperwork littered the office and made for an uncomfortable experience. All work goes through Debbie the owner/manager who is never in the office or able to take calls. Common/ordinary questions are even too much for the highly incapable staff. On average it took 1-2 weeks to receive a call back depending upon whether or not you (the customer) called to remind them or check in. Expect to receive lots of sass from anyone that you speak too.We received multiple incorrect estimates throughout the 4 months that we dealt with them. In those estimates were mistakes that included the wrong brand of carpet, incorrect room measurements, incorrect customer name, additional carpet/padding that wasn’t needed, and we also received two estimates for a completely different person. For our job the work and payments were reviewed and approved by our insurance. Dycarp tried to dupe the insurance company by charging them twice for the same work. When we brought the issue up with Debbie, she told us, “We’ll just send it anyway and see what happens.” We said no to that idea; she sent it anyway, and our insurance noticed.This company is completely dishonest and untrustworthy. On countless occasions we were told emails would be sent immediately or had already been sent, never to receive them. When we would call back about the nonexistent email several hours later, they would magically “resend it” in a brand new email (no resending the old one they never sent) and only then would it show up.We gave this company so many chances they truly didn’t deserve when ultimately, they decided to stop working with us. Why?Because our insurance sent them a check and for two weeks we called to see if they had received it. Our insurance told us the check had cleared, but Dycarp maintained that they had never received it. Our insurance needed Dycarp to look into their bank statements immediately to make sure they hadn’t in fact cashed the checks, as if they had not it could be a matter of fraud. Instead of showing any concern or urgency, or attempting to look into the matter any further, after a full day of trying to reach Debbie, she only returned our call when we said that we would come into the office to speak face to face. It was during this call back at 30 minutes before the office closed that she told us we spoke to her staff “unpleasantly.” We told her we had waited a full week, let alone the full current day, and were understandably upset but nothing more when speaking to her employees. She then told us that we called too much, and she didn’t like the way our insurance approved of our claim. And that was that. The end of a terrible relationship.I know this review has been a long one, but I leave it for good reason. I worry that a family will be put into a position like ours. Did I mention that we have gone a month without carpet or carpet pad in our master bedroom and stairs landing? If you don’t want to be the next negative review left for this company, do yourself a favor and don’t let a single person from Dycarp into your home for an estimate. The time and work that you put into your own carpet needs will be more than they are ever willing to do in office.
I used Stanley Steemer 1 time and they were ok but wanted to charge extra for a lot of stuff. When I bought a small townhouse as an investment people told me I was crazy to try and clean the carpets, that i’d have to replace them. Someone recommended Dycarp and the carpet came out looking like new! I have used them and recommended them ever since at my personal house and the townhouse. They have always exceeded my expectations and I’ll never use anyone else. The workmen are always friendly and efficient and they never try to tack on any extra charges! I’ve recommended them every chance I get.
My husband & I purchased a used recliner that was in impeccable condition. But, once returning home, we started to notice that this beautiful recliner smelled AWFUL! It had obviously been the prior owners dogs bed. We immediately tried a Bissell carpet shampooer to get this smell, that by now, started spreading throughout our house. (Once you smell a foul odor, it seems to follows you like a bad dream). After shampooing it with the Bissell, it seemed to have gotten WORSE. I seriously almost started to cry. I felt like this smell was consuming me and our home. My husband recommended we try a professional service but in all honesty, I didng think it would help. If anything, I was scared it would make it even worse and we would have no choice but to dump this poor unfortunate recliner that I once had fallen in love with. We had heard wonderful things about this company and called them. With desperation in my voice, they scheduled our services for the very next day which I was ecstatic about, but, still a little doubtful I must admit. Boy oh boy I couldnt have been anymore WRONG!!! Not only did the smell of dog come out, but in turn, my recliner now smells BRAND NEW!!! And the service, oh my goodness, we actually had the honor of the owner and his son doing the job. What an amazing team. We had such a wonderful time with them. They were both so very down to earth, friendly, comical as well as very professional. I have never posted reviews on anything ever before, but was very eager to give this very deserving company a 5 star for a job well done as soon as I could. I highly HIGHLY recommend their services as Im sure you too will not be disappointed:)

I have used Dycarp multiple times to clean my upholstery and carpet, I would not recommend another company.
First of all I would like to say that I have used this company in the past and havent had issues with their customer service or them arriving on time but today this opinion has totally changed my time slot was from 4 to 6 p.m. at 6:13 I received a call from the carpet tech stating that he would need additional 45 minutes to arrive at my home in my opinion that is unprofessional and its unfair to the customer to have me waiting for 2 hours and then ask for additional 45 minutes ..ridiculous!
