They just opened 5 minutes ago and already they are backed up until they next day for inspections. Because of demand Priority should maybe consider opening another location. I shouldn’t be debating on going to pay for an inspection when my car comes with free ones because y’all are always backed up!
The service was Quick!!! I drop off my car and waited there. Their lobby was clean and not clustered. I waited no more than 2 hours, maybe 1 hour and minutes. The registrar was helpful too. I told her it was my first time at the shop and she made my stay and check-in easy.
Quick lane is quick! I needed an oil service and a state inspection. They were very quick and pleasant. Explained things well. Gave my Edge a thorough check up, replaced the coolant.
Update: Had a terrible experience this time with priority Quick Lane. Our daughter only needed a tire rotation and they tried to upsale her $600 worth of other services. When we picked up the car, the employee was very rude.Previously:We have been using Priority for maintenance of most of our vehicles for many years. The one exception is my Escape which we purchased from Beach Ford. After 5 years of Beach Service with multiple issues, we are switching to Priority Service for my Escape as well. We have been very satisfied with Priority Service Priority for maintenance service of all our other vehicles so it makes sense to have my Escape serviced here as well. While the new Priority Quick Lube doesn’t have the wonderful ambience and cafe of Beach Ford on VIRGINIA Beach BLVD, being in and out in less than an hour is a great trade off! Plus, Priority Quick Lube is at a convenient Norfolk location near the airport. The staff at Priority are always friendly and offer quick and efficient service. During the Covid-19 Pandemic they are offering free auto disinfecting with maintenance services. It is a fogger disinfectant that covers all the interior surfaces. Excellent! They also have a points program so your points add up to future discounts each time your vehicles are serviced.

The car was finished before the promised time. Called me with a price before doing the work. Provided a shuttle service to my house. Employees were pleasant and efficient.

Horrible service. I get told first come first serve. I get there at 7am. Then i get told to wait till 5 for my oil change. Horrible customer service.
Long waiting lines, appointment month out. How the hell do you call it QUICK?
I came in here and bought a 2016 chevy colorado. I spent $32,500 I got my priorities for life and the sales agent in the back end sold me the electrical priority package and told me it covered the tire sensors and other electronics. Well my tire sensor went bad and they didnt want to cover it. These people sell you stuff that they dont guarantee so make sure you know what youre getting before you sign anything. I will not be doing business here ever again.

Quick Lane has become my go to auto repair and maintenance provider. Other than at the height of Pandemic I have never had an issue with getting an appointment and great service.
I got there at 6am. Start time was 7am. I was the first person in the door was the last person to leave. Watched other people come and go before me. Getting an inspection. 3 1/2 hour wait time. So is free a good thing. I could have paid and been out around 10/15 minutes .

Each time I go back to quick lane Im more surprised and satisfied than the last. I accidentally set an appointment for a state inspection for the service center next door and showed up on the wrong day (I hate to admit this but its what happened). Luckily Lauren helped me figure out where I went wrong and set me up for an inspection the following day at quick lane.

Came in on maintenance plan and they tried to upsell a brake flush and fuel system flush. Sad, neither are needed and both are covered later on by warranty.
Cannot speak highly enough about the staff and service at this new location. The first time I brought one of our company vehicles in for oil and inspection, I was beyond surprised when the job was done within 45 minutes without an appointment. Upon returning with other vehicles for similar tasks, different make and model, needing tires, AC service, basically anything short of a major overhaul was handled efficiently, professionally, and with respect and solid communication. Every tech that Ive worked with takes the time to explain whats going on and why, Lauren and her front desk associates are very prompt and respectful and do a stand up job even when they are clearly busy and stressed. A++ all around.

This was my first time visiting after purchasing a new Ford. I was expecting to have to wait for at least an hour, as I have at most places when getting my car serviced before. They were busy and I was still in and out within less than half an hour. It was clean, everyone was friendly, and I was super impressed! The Wifi wasn’t working but I wasn’t there long enough for it to really bother me, and there was a TV to watch instead. I’ll definitely be continuing to bring my vehicle back here.
Amazing service! I brought my car in for a recall and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. I didnt even have time to finish my delicious espresso I made while waiting. I am guessing its because there was no shortage of female workers including in the garage. 😉 #shecan Thanks Kelli!
Service was GREAT! The service writer really knows her stuff and had a few ideas for my car, no pressure at all, which were good ! I was pleasantly surprised how well they have everything in order! I am not accustomed to the way they do things there. It was a great experience! When you see that man on TV and he says what he says, he means it. So far all his employees that I have come into contact with, have the same ideas as the owner with his tv adds! Real, Truthful and pleasant. When I am ready to get a new or used car I will go to Priority first! And yes I will now have my car serviced at Priority Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center!

I went here using my Priority service and this is hands down the best services I have ever gotten. I bought my car in 2014 from Priority and have never had such great service. The ladies at the front, Kelli and Lauren, are very welcoming. I went in expecting the same terrible service as Priority Ford provided but was happy to see that wasnt going to be the case. I walked in and dropped my car off around 8:14 am and was told my car would be ready in no time (yea ok, I thought) and the shuttle quickly took me to work. Not 45 minutes later I received a call from Kelli telling me my car was ready. Considering I waited over 5 hours with a 7:45am SCHEDULED appointment at Ford Priority...having my car ready in less than an hour as a walk-in was more than surprising.I will only take my car here as part of the Priority for Life. Great job!
I love fords quick lane service. I called ford yesterday to see if I could get an appointment for today. They were like “nothing is available till next week”. So I asked if quicklane can do state inspections and oil changes. When she said yes I asked if they had a night drop box. They did. So My husband and I dropped it off last night. I got a call at 8 this morning telling me that it passed state inspection, my tires don’t need a patch; just some air, but my battery was reading low when they did the all points check after my oil change. So they gave me the option of getting a new battery. It’s $250 for EVERYTHING. And my car was done by 9:30
Fast and courteous service. Gone there twice and they have never tried to pull anything shady or get me to buy any sort of unneeded parts or service.
Not only is the place beautiful and open the associates are very attentive and I love their new text for status and text to pay options. Only criticism would be how the direct sun becomes a bit overwhelming in the waiting area with no window treatments. Overall, Great job on the new Quick Lane!
Alarm goes off constantly and THEY MOVED HERE behind our community...absolutely absurdly loud alarm system constantly going off from cars passing and tree brances blowing. Cant enjoy the weekends, my child has trouble sleeping because she hears a man a bullhorn constantly shouting you are trespassing on private property please dont give to a business that would treat the community they operate in like this.
Neverending alarm from every car that passes, tree branch and drop of rain. It should be a criminal offense to have an alarm like this with the amount of noise pollution.
Good customer service but wait time is some times way to long.
I wish they had kept me updated to when my car would be serviced. Also they didnt put a sticker on the inside of my car to tell me when I needed to get my oil changed again.

Im changing my review now, to Im never bringing my trucks back for inspection. Only for the free priorities for life oil change. In the last month I had to bring in both trucks for inspection and had such a bad experience, including paying for services that according to a state trooper was not needed to pass inspection. The manager stated if i have a complaint call state police, It was so bad that I did call VSP and came in for my reinspect with a trooper, Im pretty sure the manager didnt think I would. This combined with my bad experience at the regular service center back in October, I will never buy another vehicle from priority again.
