Mr Mike was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained to me that the front end noise I was hearing was my wheel bearings that were bad. Really Great Place to go get your vehicle serviced. I have taken my vehicle twice. Mike really cares about the work thats being done. But whats most impressive is that on my first visit he remembered my name and vehicle.and that was important.

I dropped my vehicle off around 8:00am, received a call to confirm what my vehicle needed and if I wanted to proceed with it, and got another call just after noon saying it was ready to go. The owner was very kind and personable. He had even stayed after close to allow me to pick my vehicle up. It is a smaller Meineke shop and gives off a local business feel.

Amazing fast service. The manager said it would take 25 minutes and it did. I was out in time to make it to my next destination.

I was able to come in for an unscheduled oil change, done within 30min! He was kind and accepted a coupon I found online. I felt safe and respected as a younger female coming in alone (which isn’t a given at some of these shops). Will be returning for other needs.

Im from Illinois and while having a mechanical issue arise during my trip visited this location. Ive have had good luck in the pass in Illinois with Meineke wasnt disappointed here, after they road tested and diagnosed the problem accurately and quickly for free. Being Im from out of town could have easily sold me something I didnt need and they didnt. Matter of fact the issue ended up being a factory warranty repair and knowing they would be losing the job because of that issue they still diagnosed it properly instead of selling me. They may have lost this job but I have family in the area that will be giving them more work in the future.

Did my rear brakes for $160 when the dealership said it was gonna cost $420. Honest and forthright guys.

Amazing experience at this location. I dropped my car off without any appointment and was expecting to be without it for a couple of days. Within 30 minutes Mike called me and told me what was wrong and I picked up my car in the next 4 hours. Very poor customer service this is probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Called before taking my car in to inform shop of what was wrong since Im pregnant my husband took it to the shop for me. Took my car in all I needed was a tune up new spark plugs and wanted to see why my car was rattling like I told the owner Mike. It took them 6 hours to do the tune up then tells my husband my car will start but won’t stay on. Nothing major was wrong with my car. It started fine. Tells me the day before Father’s Day that my car needs to stay in shop and that he will fix it on Sunday even tho they are closed and it’s Father’s Day. Sunday comes My husband and I are calling non stop no one picks up called corporate and they stated no one can get in contact with him because it’s Sunday. I wasted 30$ on an Uber just to go to the shop hoping he was there like he said and of course he wasn’t. I was furious. I didn’t get no phone calls or anything until early Monday morning. I had to call out of work because he couldn’t do a simple job. He then tells me on Monday that one of my gaskets was cracked and that it wasnt my ignition coils. I’m still curious to how on of my gaskets got cracked my car was running fine. I believe they broke it, this hands down was the worst customer service ever! I had to pay for an additional part on top of what I was already paying. I won’t ever go back I asked mike upon leaving was the car still making this rattling noise he tells me no as soon as I left the shop within 5 mins the rattling starts. I called mike and asked him why my car is still making that noise he says he didn’t know he doesn’t work on exhaust. He never came once and told me anything about it possibly being my exhaust or heat shield making that noise I asked for a refund he says no. No even considering the fact he did a very poor job and his communication was horrible.

These people at this auto shop have no clue what they are doing or talking about I brought my vehichle in there and he told me that it was my strut an spring that was messed up when I told him that it was the axle so I wait 15 days then he say it’s ready an I go up there get in my car and back outta the spot and the car starts grinding and I take it and am like what the heck then this happend two more times after replacing the axle I’m not happy with my business and I will be going to get my money today and I’m gonna make sure I leave a review letting people to never go here.

They waited until they changed my freon to tell me i needed a new compressor. they knew prior to doing an $100 service and waited until i had no choice but to pay for a service that would do me no justice.

I got an oil change from this shop because I read some reviews and they seemed reputable and had quick availability. I advise you not trust this shop to do as much as a simple oil change. Made basic mistakes that ended up nearly ruining my engine. If they messed up an oil change, how can they be trusted to do something more complex?

I was told that I needed my brakes replacement,but had another mechanic check them and was told that my brakes were fine!! Being dishonest just to generate more money

Wanted to have them replace a wheel bearings my BMW, first verify issue and then replace if necessary, I haver the OEM wheel bearings, they refused, said we dont work on foreign cars which is just BS

CONS:1. The seating area is very very dirty. I’m talking grime on the walls, dead roaches and ants by the door.2. I only came because I received a promotion in the mail saying a basic oil change was $17. When I got there, the owner was pretty rude when I showed him the coupons. He eventually told me that he doesn’t honor them which is cool but could’ve just said that instead of walk off and take phone calls in my face. What ever happened to customer service? I needed an oil change so I just stayed. Eventually he became nicer but first impressions are very important and he definitely missed the mark.PROS:1. I started a stop watch on my phone from the moment I sat down to the time my car was ready. It took about 45 mins for an oil change which was very quick. That’s the reason why I gave them three stars.OVERALL:Would I come back? Probably not. I have AAA and the oil change is the same price, $30, with much better customer service. I loved that it took them no time to complete the job but that first impression really did it for me. Sorry.

A competitor price quoted changing my brakes for $600. I came here and was charged less than $200, had my car back in about two hours, and the owner told me that I did not actually need all of the services that I was told that I needed, so I was saved additional money that way. I appreciated the quality of my service! I do wish that they had a scanner to reset the notification of service needs on my car however.

This place is amazing! First of all the prices for work are great! Secondly I have to mention this hoping the owner remembers what happened yesterday. I spent an hour in the waiting room talking and laughing with the owner and 4 random people also getting there vehicles worked on and after talking about life and drinking coffee together all morning a few of us ended up hugging and telling each other to have a blessed day! Thank you not only for the great work on my truck but also for the fun memories of the people and conversation that happened. See you guys next time!!

I just called to make an appointment to get my oil change. I had the most unprofessional call. Not only was he incrediblly rude on the phone, but they require you to schedule an appointment the day of unlike the other meinekes in this area. I am surprised because I thought they had to be careful not to have too many people waiting due to covid19, but I guess safety is not a priority for them. I want to be able to plan my day around the appointment and make sure I can have someone pick me up and drop me off. I am not going to tell my friend the day of when my appointment is. Thats inconsiderate of my friends time. Some of us work and cant just leave work whenever we want. We need to show we have an appointment. Needless to say, I wont be doing any business here. Get with the times.

I notice as I left a pipe fell out and its hard for me to close my hood these things happen after my service when I left the building I hadnt got home yet I had no problem with any of those things and I had just left it and closed it before I got there no problem but the oil change was very professional appreciated that they open back up because it was an emergency oil change

Wouldnt recommend. Expensive, didnt fill my tires after a full inspection, synthetic oil change, and tire rotation. Also, didnt properly tighten the lugs after the rotation. Sounded like the tires would fall off after 15 MPH. Had to take it back, and they made the excuse that they gun tightened it, but they had to retighten it manually

I came to get my ac checked. I was told it was going to work. Then they charged me and it wasnt fixed. Told me I needed another part. I thought the ac check was to tell me what I needed. I felt ripped off. Still do spent all that money and my ac still not fixed

I can not say enough good things about this shop! My daughters were down to ODU to pick up some things from the eldests dorm when they had a flat tire. As they were trying to get to a service station they passed by this Meineke and one of the guys ran out and flagged them down. The staff took care of them and had them back on the road very quickly. The fact that the staff employed there care enough to go out of their way to help says very good things about the management and their staff. I wish they were closer to where I live.

Love the guy Mike here, straightforward in helping me figure out a problem in my fuel tank. Honest, kind, and very fair prices gave me constant updates on my vehicle too. Will definitely use this place agian if I have any repairs Im not willing to do myself.

Mike was very kind and had so much patience. He told me the price of my brake job and did not stray from that. He also put me in contact with someone who could help me with the body work I needed on my truck. During the time I was waiting, I witnessed numerous people come in and ask for service. Trust-worthy. Very good service.I went to a place before this and was told I had $1,000 worth of damage, brought it here for a second opinion and I was taken to the back and shown everything that was wrong, and it only totaled $360. Very professional.There is also a very nice waiting area.

Been going to see Mike and his team for years. He’s always been professional and straightforward in diagnosing any potential issues I have brought him.

For new brake pads and an oil change, it costed over 350 dollars. That alone is forgivable. However, they didnt even fix my brakes correctly. I had to go to a different shop within 2 weeks of my visit so they could fix the brake issues caused by Meineke. Absolutely awful.

I went to get and oil change, he didnt have any worker there at 8 when he opened,then other customers start to come he tried to get all of us done by his self so our work was half done,then one of the workers came in, I told him I had some antifreeze and could he put it in, my car was running hot, the owner came out pulled my car out the bend and told him he didnt hv time for tht, Im a two or three year customer I was very hurt with his conduct, and the oil change was 19.00 on sale he charged me 30.00, he charges whatever he wants..

They cut a hose and made me burn the coolant off as I drove away. Next day I ended up having to go to another place and pay another 120 dollars just to get it flushed on the day I needed to ship my car. I would never recommend this business. Very unprofessional.

I took my car to Meineke on May 4, 2020 for an oil change and they screwed the oil drain plug too tight and now my car is leaking the oil I paid for. When I spoke to the manager about it, he was rude and told me I had to pay to replace the entire oil pan gasket, something I just had replaced brand new in January this year. He told me if I didnt want to pay for it, then take it back to Las Vegas and let them fix it. RUDE!
