Good price and good products they offer. Pretty cut and dry service. Waited a touch longer than I would like to have but not a big concern. Definitely consider them again. Overall very pleased.

Pomps tire service is an outstanding establishment. Every one went out of their way to take excellent care of our needs. While passing through Norfolk we had a flat tire on our Amudi which could not be repaired. Pomps did not have a 21 inch replacement. The people in the establishment went out of their way to insure we were taken care of properly. Especially Samanthia at the front desk. She called all the other establishments looking for a tire When it was determined we could not obtain a tire until the next day she assisted in making motel and rental car reservations. The work was completed the next day quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Every one at Pomps was very friendly and professional. What could have been a very unpleasant experience was turned around and was rather nice because of Samanthia and Pomps tire service.
