Terry and his people know what theyre doing on all sorts of vehicles. They treat their customers with respect. It may take a bit to get an appointment with them, but it is only because theyre so popular because theyre so good. Professional and trustworthy.

Ive been taking my vehicles here since 2005. Got told last week the wait is over 5 weeks and I shouldnt waste my time waiting to get my vehicle in. Disappointing such a great business wont answer the phone and brush 15 year customers off.

I consider Beckmans, to be the best place to take a vehicle to in norfolk! My vehicle was idling rough, they test drove it turned my Idle up and showed me which screw it was. Charged me $20. Any other mechanic would have charged $55. Good honest work!!
