ByteGraph Productions are incredible. Reasonable, professional, efficient and most of all - the end result is amazing. Due to COVID, we hosted a streaming event on their large LED Wall at Sugarloaf Country Club, out on the back lawn, for the Greater Atlanta Christian School graduating class of 2020. The quality of the screen and the professionalism of the crew was top notch. I would highly recommend and would be willing to serve as a reference if needed. You will not be disappointed.

So I needed an audio equipment for a rally and reserved my equipment just a day before. There was a slight mix-up, but the owner corrected it right away! He dropped everything to meet me at the office and really made me feel valued as a customer. Will definitely be back to rent more equipment in the future. Thank you so much!

Prashant met me there over the weekend and took his time to go through all the equipment with me, explaining how everything works. It was an outstanding experience to deal with this company. I have worked with Prashant and the Bytegraph team for about 4 years now! His team has excellent execution and will ensure they work within your budget from high end gala production at the Fox to weddings at the Westin to vips dinner photos, THEY DO IT ALL!

We were very displeased and unsatisfied with ByteGraph services for our wedding. Our primary point of contact was Praveen Yarlagadda. Working with Praveen has been nothing short of a nightmare. We hired Praveen for the following services: Photography, Videography, and DJ/Music. Here are the reasons we would NOT recommend ByteGraph (Praveen) for any of their services:1) Photography:a. The photography was average at best. There were many pictures that were out of focus, blurry, and/or not centered.2) Videography:a. Full-length video had COUNTLESS issues:i. There were numerous instances, where the audio would be discordant and broken.ii. It included random footages of people staring off into space, waiting around, people fumbling around looking for items, and other such non-contributory scenes that doesn’t need to be in a wedding video.iii. The font and colors for the introduction was very unprofessional and elementary.iv. There were 0 transition editing and no effects - just scene after scene. Very bland.b. Teaser video:i. We were really excited to watch the teaser, but it was so disappointing to the point that I had to request for a refund and had to create it myself (which was honestly much better than Praveen’s).- Even though Praveen charged me $250, he only refunded $200, but that’s fine. I was just happy I got most of my money back.ii. We asked Praveen to put in our song selections (and reminded him as well), but he completely ignored our request and put in two random songs instead.iii. We asked Praveen to carry over some of the changes we requested from the full-length video to the teaser, but this feedback was also ignored (e.g. font style and color changes from introduction, etc.).iv. The teaser had no transitions between scenes, no effects, and it was definitely not professional. It seemed like he was rushing through the teaser and putting very minimal effort.v. The teaser is supposed to give a preview of the wedding, summarize the event, and highlight the important parts, but this teaser failed to do any of that.3) DJ/Music:a. We didnt even know who our DJ was until the day of the wedding even though we had requested to Praveen to meet with the DJ multiple times to discuss song selections and other requirements (e.g. entry music of the bride and groom, entry of the family, first dance, etc.).b. We spent countless hours selecting our favorite songs, finding YouTube links for easy access, and sending the list to Praveen to be played during lunch and dinner (reception). None of our songs were played because our song selections were not even on the DJs laptop. How unprofessional!c. Since the DJ didn’t have our song selection, he ended up playing songs with profanity and vulgarity, even though there were a lot of children present at the reception. We had to ask him to change the songs being played couple of times.d. DJs song selection was very dull, not upbeat, and not danceable at all, so guests were just sitting around and talking.4) It took Praveen a little more than two months after constant reminders, notifications and texts to receive our full-length video. It took him an additional two weeks to send the teaser. We constantly had to remind Praveen and complain in order to get our media. My friends, who were married 2 months after, got their videos much quicker!Please be advised to NOT pay Praveen the full amount until you have received your media!! Otherwise, be prepared to wait a long time and messaging Praveen constantly. We even called the head office in Georgia to find a resolution, but the person, who answered told us he is too busy and to call back later. I would never recommend Praveen or ByteGraph for any of their services. They have one of the worst customer service, and they will definitely make you question why you went with them. They do not care for smaller budget events such as weddings. Money talks. Good Riddance!
