I found some old reel to reel film and slides that were very old and somewhat damaged. Charles was able to bring life to them again after 50 years of sitting in a box. A VHS from 1987 was badly damaged. Video innovations repaired the tape, replaced the casing and made a DVD. All interactions were super helpful and pleasant. The DVD reproduced the tape accurately: superb audio, adequate visual

The videos are amazing. I brought in tapes that were old /damaged and the owner managed to repair them. The owner is easy to talk to and answered all my questions. The location was nice - in down town Norcross. I wouldn’t bring my tapes and memories any where else.

Price was reasonable and quality product was delivered in a timely manner. I will definitely take more VHS cassettes to be transferred into the cloud.

Charles Franck of Home Video Studio/Norcross produced marvelous photos from negatives over 100 years old. The images were crisp and clear. I was able to identify family members from the early 1900s and have snapshots of life at that time. I highly recommend Mr. Franck who is a master of his craft.

Charles did a great job transferring our DVRs and mini DVRs plus VHS tapes to files (via a flash drive) so we could watch them on our computers and edit them if necessary.

My vcr tapes were too valuable to mail off to have converted to a cd as my late son was on them and I would have been heartbroken if something happened to them.
