Driver arrived late and blamed traffic. Did not follow instructions and attempted to start my vehicle, likely doing further damage to the engine. Could not navigate the driveway, tried to hussle me for ADDITIONAL FEES - did not seem to care about getting the job done, just getting paid.

I cannot stress this enough: this man is a wizard with his flatbed. Somehow he pulled my SUV off of an earthquake-like broken driveway after a storm. No additional damage. He was prompt, professional, precise, and polite. I will be calling him first for every single tow I need for the rest of my life. 10/10 would recommend.
