The owner Son and his wife are amazing, very sweet and attentive. My mother and my two sisters also get their nails done here and they always do a great job. They take their time and pay attention to detail.

I LOVE my relaxing visits to Nail Genre. I close my eyes and know that when I get up out of the chair my toe nails, finger nails, and eye brows will look beautiful! I highly recommend Vincent and his staff.

Son, the owner, has done my nails for a couple of years now. He takes great pride in his work and they are always beautiful. I tried SNS and gel to grow them out, but he encouraged me to try Solar after years away from it. I absolutely love it. His wife is great too and always eager to accommodate and make sure I’m comfortable. One thing I love about the salon is the Youtube they stream of a Chinese Youtube star. Son knows all about her and her highly addictive videos of cooking, building, and sewing. Definitely worth a visit. You won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I love Nail Genre! I usually get pedicures and she will get both manicures and pedicures. They have the sweetest staff who do a really great job! They are patient with people who are picky and gentle with people who have sensitive feet. As a man, I prefer a close cut (that isnt painful) and looks super clean and well-finished. Li does an incredible job making my feet look far better than they deserve to look! She is perfect at getting all the deep ingrown nail areas (that we all have, dont act like youre fancy) without me even feeling it! Same thing for getting all the dead/dry skin areas on the bottoms of my feet, they always feel silky smooth when shes done. Theres another lady who is available (not sure what her name is) shes very kind and sweet as well. All the guys do a great job for my wife, and in general everyone is very nice to just come chat with. For the excellent service you get and the gentle touch, its a great spot! Super clean, no chemical smells, peaceful TV, comfy massage chairs, rarely a wait, and very nice staff - easily the best place for a pedicure in Gwinnett County! Remember to give these nice people a good tip and thank them for their great service!

I came in to get my nails done on my birthday and I asked for a cheetah print design. My nails look absolutely spectacular, I get complements daily on how nice they look and the design. The people were very friendly and they offered me water and snacks. The nail tech was very gentle, they made conversation but also stayed focus. Overall highly recomend !!!

Trying to find a spot for pedicure close to home. No luck yet. Didnt think it would be so hard - the struggle is real. The place was nice. Appeared clean but I wanted all the old polish off and new polish applied to my whole mail. I asked you three time after the third time of trying to fix I was done. Needless to say. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I got the color I came in with, the color I choose, and missed spots. Im disappointed

I used to be a loyal customer. That is before they got whole new staff.Henry was my go to for SNS. Lynn treated me great as well.I went there Saturday and they did a terrible job!First off; the technician was rude as hell. Kept looking at the clock like I was holding him from something.Secondly, they didn’t even soak off my old SNS and tips. All they did was sand them down and put my new color over the old color.THAT’S NEVER HAPPENED TO ME IN THE PAST!!They are uneven and thick and just everything nails shouldn’t be.I redeemed my 20% off and I will NOT be back!

Lin was attentive to detail. They are very friendly. The massage is also long not like other nail salons. The prices are also not bad. Lovely, friendly place.

Man I am so disappointed Ive been going to this place for years and now theyre Under New Management with everybody brand new and I will not be going back. Its super UNprofessional to be charged for the service when youre not even satisfied.. at least if youre going to charge me all this money make sure that all my nails are even I left without even getting them painted because I didnt like them and still has to pay for them

There are plenty of salons in this area. Choose a different one!!!!! I’ve been to this salon a few times in the past and I liked it because it was always EMPTY, and I just learned why. Today I was quoted a different price than my usual. The lady with a brown bob did not recognize me and thought to give me a higher quote. (I guess that’s why pricing is not posted) I politely asked why so much and she flew into a rage. Obviously, I declined service then she sarcastically asked “did I put her nail polish back?!” SMH of course I did! I am a grown women who DOES not steal NAIL POLISH at that. Absolutely appalled that I was even accused of stealing within the 2 minutes I spent in this empty establishment. I will never return. Staff is Very RACIST, RUDE, and non-chalant . Ps. I also spoke to the owner who just sat there and nodded his head. Very disappointing experience as a regular client!

Went to the nail salon to get acrylic gel nails and they didn’t come out the way the always do the we’re all crooked and didn’t come out the same I wanted them to come out and I told the lady that attended me and she just looked at me a waste of my $45🤬 and as the lady was cutting the nail into a coffin shape she snapped my finger with the Scissors

My husband, mom and I came in for the first time. We were very pleased with the professionalCare and service we received! Tam works here now and did my S&S nails. They look amazing! All three of us got pedicures and highly recommend the #5!
