I came in as a walk in towards the end of their day and I didnt feel rushed, my hair was washed and massaged thoroughly, and my hair was straightened well beyond my expectations! I was truly happy with their service and to my surprise when it came to pay, their prices were very much so affordable (so I tipped a little extra)! Needless to say I will be back.. and with my daughter! So glad I finally ran across a shop like Elegant in my area!

Once you enter the door, the employees greet you with a smile.From the lady who wash my hair to the receptionist, all amazing people. I truly recommend Thalia as a hairstylist, I just had to show her a pic of what I want it and she got it. Hands down the best Dominican hair salon I have been to.

Theres alot good things to say about the hair salon. My first visit; I was welcome and taken care right away. I went to get a hair color and ended doing a facial and pedicure. The lady that did my hair color was very friendly and professional. The lady that did my facial; Shes Venezuelan, kind, friendly and very knowledgeable about her job. The young lady that did my pedicure did a pretty good job. The hair color price was reasonable... The facial i found it pricey but it was worth it so no regrets.. the pedi reasonable, i had to get a mani but i found the price to high for just a simple manicure so i never got it done. The hair salon is very clean!! Overall Im satisfied with the outcome. I will return soon.

This is the worst place I have ever been to in my entire life. I went in the second week of August 2020 to have a manicure and facial waxing, the person who attended me was at all times insecure and unprofessional to give me a quality manicure, not to mention how unkind the team in general was.I did Gel nails because they last longer, but NOT in this place. In less than 24 hours my nails lost their polish, I immediately called the business to inform them of what was happening with my nails and the person who answered the phone told me to text him a photo of my nails (maybe doubting me, instead of telling me to go immediately to the center to solve the problem). Anyway, I sent him the photo in the hope that they would give me a new appointment to solve the bad work done instead, I received silence as an answer, that is, the person IGNORED the photograph and NEVER answered me or asked for an apology. In addition to this, facial waxing slightly burned my skin.The customer service for this business is mediocre and the lack of professionalism is at unacceptable levels.A few days after this visit, my boyfriend surprised me with a marriage proposal. Can you imagine that I had been waiting for an answer from these irresponsible people to fix my hands? I am dying of shame and surely this public complaint was being made from a county court.
