Ive trained here for around 5 or 6 years off and on and have about 15 years of martial arts experience. I love this place. Unlike a lot of other Chinese martial arts schools, they have programs in taolu (forms) and weapons, Sanda (a Chinese form of MMA) and Shuai Jiao (Chinese grappling), and various internal forms of meditation such as chi kung and tai chi chuan. It is difficult to find programs this well-rounded. Even better, the place is filled with helpful people who are knowledgeable and kind.If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

Enrolling at the Shaolin Institute is one of the best things Ive done for myself. If youre looking to better your physical, mental, or spiritual self Id strongly recommend becoming a member of this Shaolin family. It is consciousness-expanding and offers a very warm and welcoming environment with talented and knowledgable instructors, and caters to individuals across the fitness spectrum, novice and advanced alike.
