I have been with the company for quite a while had three cars insurance plus rental insurance. I got in a car accident on June 9th and when I received the police report I notice the other parties had the same insurance company. So when it was close to my renewal they cancel my insurance. The reason was that I had to many roadside assistance and my husband had tickets but he is still covered with them. The biggest problem I have is that they put me a fault for the accident when I had a green light and I didnt get a citation from the accident. So when I called the office this woman name Kelsey was rude as hell telling me she didnt have to explain anything to me. So know it had for me to get my car insurance because they have me at fault. So now I cant work to pay my bills. Because someone hit my car and you what to punished me for someone else fault.

I had the pleasure of working with Jonathon Phillips. I was frustrated with the online process of searching for quotes, but Jonathon called me and changed my frown into smile. He was so patient and courteous, it made all the difference in the world.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable. Im very lost when it comes to buying insurance but this State Farm staff made it very easy for me understand and they helped me choose what policies best fit my needs without trying to oversell me. They were also able to find me a auto policy which was cheaper than my previous policy with better coverage. I have been with State Farm for 15+ years with various agents and had various policies for personal and business. I met with with Craig Ritchie today, and I am very impressed. He knows his business, is very nice, and is great at getting your policy needs done quickly. State Farm has always been great when I have had a claim, but it is a plus to have an agent who is obviously passionate about their business also.

We called the State Farm office in Norcross to get information on a car we brought here from Texas, we talked to a woman that worked in the office named Susan. She was very polite & explained the different options we could go with for the car along with the rates for them. She was very patient with us even though we keep her on the phone for a long time. We asked her if she could email us the information so we could look at it that evening to make a decision, we got the email mail with in an hour.We called her the next morning to let her know which one we were going with. She answered all the questions we had & made sure we understood everything that was included with the new policy and the limits it had along with the cost of the policy.We are very pleased that we called this State Farm office and were able to talk to Susan. We got very professional & polite. courteous, & knowledgeable of the services that she provides. I wish there were more people that cared about customer service like she does.

Jonathan Phillips made my insurance experience a delight! He was wonderful to work with and made my decision to use State Farm a no brainer!

While I never had any interaction with Craig Ritchie himself, I had my insurance with his agency for over a year. His employee Patrick, who was my point of contact there for the entire time except for the last 2 months, was EXCEPTIONAL. Unfortunately, the other representatives in his office in the customer service department was a DISAPPOINTMENT to put it mildly. Susan, was THE WORSE and after having to deal with her the last couple of weeks of having a policy there, I decided to go get my insurance elsewhere. I typically received notices by text whenever my policy was at risk to be terminated. Guess what, my policy was terminated with not one text message sent to me causing a cancellation in my policy. Instead of trying to resolve and diffuse the issue, she chose to read me a bunch of State Farm lingo about mail being sent to me. While I hate to leave the agency because the sales representative Patrick was a 5 star, this agency DESPERATELY needs to get an office staff that is more personable and competent when resolving client accounts. I said I would never go back to Geico, but after dealing with Susan and her nonchalant type attitude, it left me no choice. I was also to get a call from Ana the week before to discuss my policy. I got an email instead and IF I hadnt checked my email, I wouldve never known the email was there. Again, policy cancelled, rate went up, and Susan could give me NO clear indication as to what my premium would be in the next month. I called her the Wednesday prior to Christmas, and ruined my Christmas. I hope she enjoys her egg nog because she gave me a carton of broken eggs for Christmas.

I initially planned to switch agents but hesitated becauce Kelsey was helping me get the issues resolved, but after dealing with Susan and her rude manner I’m certainty taking my business elsewhere. I recently had to change my policy for a new job, and i have had nothing but problems with craigs office. Mostly not getting a follow up on changes and havving to leave messages with after hrs dispatch with no responce. To the latest problem with the same policy, debting more money from my account than the quoted $. And surprise,surprise Once again I havent gotten a call back from anyone. Im ready to call it quits.
