1. I’ve rented from there back in March and was told the party bus could fit 20, it didn’t. Five of my guest had to get off and drive to the event. I didn’t complain bc I never do. I paid for the party bus for my husbands birthday and was just trying to have a good time.2. Rented a party bus for this past Saturday. driver was running late and would not pick up past 4:53. Pick up was at 5. Finally returned my call and said he could not make it.3. 21 guest waiting to go to concert that was 1 hour and 30 min away. We were late to the concert. Didn’t get to enjoy our drinks we bought because we had to drive to the event. Never apologized the day of. When I called them the lady said “I’m just dispatch and noted say we already refunded your deposit” refunded my deposit before even trying to help me out. Had I canceled on them I would have been charged to the card on file $13004. Tuesday and finally heard back and refunded me but $3 short. (Yes I’m being petty over $3 because they already ruined my day Saturday). Their only concern EVER is their money. You cancel on them they get to keep full amount, they cancel on you and make you late and cause you to waste money on alcohol you can’t enjoy and pay for concert parking for 5 cars, they return you your deposit plus steal $3 from you.5. Their buses are OLD and not reliable. Not safe! I have NEVER EVER written a bad review but these people are ridiculous and I had to warn people about them.THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY!!I never started the refund process the lady was the one who stated the notes here say they started the refund process. No one ever reached out by phone to apologize or help me out. I’ve been the one communicating to them. you guys are a joke if you think I’ll use your $150 credit to pay $1000+ out of pocket and not know if you will screw again. Like I said all they care about is their money wanting me to book again😂

Rented the King bus for a birthday party and it was the best time! The driver was so sweet and helpful and he helped me when I needed to connect my phone for music. With so many things closed or only open with limited space, it was a GREAT way to celebrate and be comfortable. The bus even had a bathroom so we didn’t have to stop. My sister has already booked her birthday party too!! They were the best priced we could find. Can’t wait to go again.

Looking for an expensive way to RUIN your wedding day?!?? Look no further. With SQ you’ll be required to pay in full, up front for services you’ll never receive. If your experience is anything like mine, you’ll be walking down the isle while ALL of your wedding guests are still waiting in the hotel lobby for SQ to arrive/bring them to the ceremony. Then, after much anticipation, the most incompetent human being I’ve ever encountered finally showed up behind the wheel without a single wedding guest on board. I provided a detailed itinerary to SQ before the event. They confirmed they received it & assured me all would go as planned. The driver claimed he didn’t know it existed & he planned to drive for another job while he was on the clock for my wedding. THEN, when you call to address the issue, they won’t call you back. They won’t return your email either. I’ve notified the Better Business Bureau & encourage anyone who’s had a similar issue to do the same.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT BOOK!!My husband booked with SQ Party Bus for my 40th for August 8. Several problems:1. The AC was not on in the back upon arrival and the bus was extremely hot. Driver said he didnt turn it on yet. En route, still extremely hot in the back and all guests sweating. Told the driver several times to please turn the air on/make it cooler. NO windows and NO AIR in AUGUST!2. Several times when we opened the partition to talk to the driver, he was actively texting while driving--several witnesses3. Driver stopped unexpectedly two times to turn around because lost4. Rented the Picasso bus-- online says it fits 18-20 people but we were 15 and very very tight and uncomfortable. Online also states multiple ice-filled coolers and a TV...no coolers and the TV wasnt working5. The driver stated he was having a hard time steering and he thought the fan belt was broken. We were stranded outside for over four hours and missed our dinner reservations. The driver kept saying the repair truck/backup bus would arrive in an hour and we waited over four. We would have taken uber or lyft had we know we would be stranded there that long. Got home super late and never got to eat.6. My husband spoke with the owner Shane using the drivers cell phone and he said he would issue a full refund. My husband has sent two e-mails to Savannah (the Customer Relations Specialist) with no response. I called twice, the first time requesting a call back from Shane with no reply. The second, she hung up on me. I left a voicemail with no response.I just filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will ignore you if you experience any problems.Update: Full resolution after five weeks. Wednesday, I filed claims with Better Business Bureau & Federal Trade Commission, posted reviews about our experience and sent an e-mail to SQ Party Bus informing them of my plans. Met with my attorney yesterday who advised to file with small claims court. Called SQ again from a different number and Savannah answered and immediately hung up on me again when I said my name. Called back and left a VM that I will be pursuing legal action unless I hear back from Shane with a full refund. Soon after, Shane finally called back. Said he never contacted us because he was “waiting for us to cool off and calm down”. He repeatedly denied there was anything wrong with the bus. Kept saying it “literally came out of the shop a week before” and mechanics checked it before it left and it was working fine. He basically said the contract we signed says SQ is not responsible for any mechanical failures/breakdowns and also they are not responsible for the actions of their drivers. The contract is set up like we “hired the driver” and he said we could “sue the driver if we wanted to”. He said they have “had this happen three times and all three times the client has lost when they tried to sue”. In summary, even though Shane says the company is not responsible for the breakdown of the bus or the negligence of the driver, they would still give a full refund. He did apologize repeatedly for our experience. Please note Shane said they own over 50% of the party bus/limo companies in Atlanta and if you go with a different company, you will still have to deal with him and Savannah… this ‘company/owner’ owns several companies under different names. Recommend you do your due diligence in researching the company you use and choose one that responds better to bad situations and takes responsibility for their vehicles and their drivers.

We had reservations for 9:00 pm. NO ONE SHOWED UP (after the confirmed at 11 in the morning) We started calling at 9:08 because our party bus didn’t show up. We called more than 5 times with no answer. We then had to call from a different phone number in order for them to answer the phone. Shane informed us that our bus broke down and the driver didn’t inform them. BUT we had to call them several times to find out what was going on. They promised another company was going to pick us up 2 hours late for a lessor price. After Shane contacted the owner they cancelled our reservations and we are now waiting on the owner to contact us tomorrow regarding our ordeal and to hopefully the refund of our $100 deposit (unfortunately we’ll be flying back to Ohio by the time this happens). The excuse was the mayor shut things down (which was never mentioned until we had this issue). I’m hoping this wasn’t a racial issue. Don’t book with this company because they won’t call you if there is an issue and the owner doesn’t care if there is an issue or not if he’s with his family!

I have always used these guys for all of my luxury clients, and large group bookings. Our most recent trip we booked the (JUGGERNAUT) it was great. highly recommended try for yourself you will be happy you did :)

We had the BEST time! From beginning to end, SQ was amazing!!! Our driver was so helpful and got us to our stops on time and it was so much fun. We did a winery tour and I cant wait to do it again. Such a great moms day out.

I rented a coach bus for a big family reunion. We took it to Florida it was awesome had a great time with the family but wanted to brag about the company we rented it from a great group of people first the price was the best I found and I checked every where and we also had mics on the bus which was cool its nice being able to talk to the whole group at once definitely kept us busy great stereo system and the bus has plugs at every seat to charge your phone or whatever and the seats were comfortable they actually lean back and the kids loved the 6 flat screen TVs was a really nice trip would definitely recommend sq party bus and coach to anyone wanting to take a trip thanks for the great time well see you next time

I cant say enough good things about my experience with SQ Party Bus. If you need a bus for any occasion in Atlanta, you should absolutely use SQ. They were so responsive during the booking process and worked with me to offer a very reasonable rate. Our driver, Bobbie, went above and beyond and called me the day before to confirm everything, go over details, and ask if he could pick anything up for us. He also arrived 20 minutes early and were ready to take off as soon as our group all arrived.

I missed my best friends wedding because the bus never came to pick us up. I’m devastated.

SQ is an awesome company! I have never experienced such great customer service from a party bus company. From Shane being very professional and helpful over the phone to Trey, our driver, providing us with the best customer service we could have asked for. Treys communication was excellent; he continuously kept me informed as to how far is was out, keeping me on track with time, and just being a cool driver and he also did EVERYTHING I asked of him without any hesitation! Thank you SQ party bus for making my husbands 30th surprise bash successful! The next time I need a party bus, I WILL NOT consider any other company or any other driver besides Trey. If youre in need of a party bus service, book with SQ, I promise you will be happy you did.

I highly recommend SQ Party Bus. My daughter and her friends had an Awesome time on the bus! The experience started with Mr. Shane who was patient and answered all my questions. The experience ended with Mr. Lewis who was accommodating and assuring that wherever we wanted go he would take us.

The bus company has great customer service. Shane kept me updated throughout the whole process. We had prom party of 47 and we all fit perfectly of the Duke bus. The air conditioner went out half way through the ride but was fixed ASAP. Our driver Manny was great and very professional. They were about 30 minutes late to our pickup location but thats just because of the traffic, not their fault! Overall this was a great and clean bus, new seats were just added in which gave it a super nice touch. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

I had an amazing time on this party bus!! We rented it for my Bridal Shower turned Bachelorette Party, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The driver was freaking awesome, and he even made sure all was well at the end of the night...when clearly, “one too many” happened 😂. Overall it was a fantastic night, and we will definitely be using them again.

Don’t let this happen to you ...Very unprofessional. My wife made a reservation for a party bus called Picasso, then they contacted her to tell her that they were upgrading to a coach party bus, who would reject that. what they did not say was it is an old model nasty and bad smell. Nothing like the one advertised on their web page. Few hours before the pick up time They ask for pay off in cash At pick up time. Not leaving any options at last moment.

This party bus service started off with great customer service over the phone. Unfortunately, that is the end of my positive feedback. The night that I booked the bus I had to call the contact person to confirm that the bus was still coming. (Which made me nervous because I thought someone would have contacted me) When the bus got there it was NOT the bus that we agreed on 😳. I was so disappointed. The contact person never told me that the bus we agreed on broke down and that they were sending out another bus a totally different bus a downgrade 😤. This other bus made me and all of my friends and family (2) two hours late to our venue due to technical difficulties 😩. Have you ever rode on a party bus with NO music or air conditioner? This was a surprise party and it turned out to be a disaster.

This company catered to our needs when our flights into ATL got cancelled. They made sure we were picked up when we needed to be, made sure we had a GREAT time getting hyped for our game, and took care of us throughout the day. Excellent service! #LFL #chicagobliss The Chicago Bliss thank you!!!

Shane was great to work with from booking to being our driver. He was very responsive to texts, even after normal business hours. He arrived early and helped by taking group pics! The 44 passenger bus was perfect for our group of 30 giving us room to move about and dance! I loved that it had a little 4 person booth with a table for our snacks! The bar area was a great touch and the sound & light system made for a great party environment. My husband noticed how Shane would mop and clean any messes while we were in the bars. Such a great 40th Bday Bar Hopping experience!

Wow wow wow!! First of all i want to say thanks so much to Shane, he made this first time and not last time experience a blast!! He arrived before the time we requested, even though we we were late he didnt make it a big deal. All he said was its fine. He suggested places for us to go, that was awsome. Even though we went to one bar and then the party came to us!! From the time he arrived to when he dropped us off he was so much fun. He answered all our questions with a smile!! DO NOT BOOK THIS LIMO FOR YOUR EVENT. As a bride, this was a terrible vendor. We paid $875 for 5 hrs (round trip 15 miles). We got really crappy service. We wanted transportation to and from our rehearsal dinner. Booking was easy they were happy to take our money/ $100 deposit via credit card. When we booked, Shane in the Office said we could pay balance cash or credit card on the day of. I confirmed that we’d pay via credit card weeks in advance bc who would carry that much cash?... day of was an absolute nightmare. Our driver was 15 mns late for pick up. After our guests got on the bus, the office called us and said pay cash or get your ppl off the bus. They would not take a credit card. They wanted the remaining $775 in cash. We literally had to run thru downtown to find an atm. Also the bus was not in good shape. Some of the over head lights flickered. Not like dance floor flashing lights, like about to burn out/ horror movie flicker. To turn on the AC the driver had to stop the bus, pull over & lift the hood to do some work. This was done on 285 @5pm rush hour traffic. We got to our rehearsal an 1hr late bc of this fiasco. Extremely disappointed. If I could give it zero stars, I would. DO NOT USE SQ PARTY BUS.
