I came to this store for help with my plan and the manager Nick was amazing. He explained everything and helped me switch to a better rate that worked for me, and I even got HBO for free! He went over everything I should expect on my first bill and was super nice during the whole exchange. Ill definitely be coming back.
Charles and Paul were great! I had issues online and couldn’t resolve over the phone. Came into the store and these two had me fixed and out the door in no time! It’s not often you can get exceptional customer service these days so I know where I’ll be returning.
The store manager and employees are all very helpful, knowledgeable and were very patient with my mom. They also helped her get a better plan and phone for her needs. They even informed her that since she is a nurse, she is eligible for a nice discount.They also helped me ship a phone to an out-of-state daughter. I would highly recommend this location!
The staff was unprofessional and they also closed the entire store down in the middle of the day at 2pm for 2 employees to take a lunch break. I upgraded to a new iPhone and in less than 30 days had problems with my phone not holding a charge and the screen locking up. They said I only had 14 days for them to replace the new phone or to be able to help me. I am extremely disappointed and will not use At&t in the future. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and for them to not care or do anything to help me with this new phone purchase that is a lemon is unbelievable.
From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed from the customer service. I was so please with Paul, he was able to answer all my questions and help me find what would work perfect with me and my life style. Over all, great experience!
This store is probably the best AT&T store in indiana. They will help you as much as they can and they get their work done super quick too! Would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family
I always dread going into AT&T. I finally had a good experience. Nick was my consultant and he did a wonderful job explaining everything I needed to know and breaking down my bill for me in a way I could understand it. I walked out with a new phone and a lower payment. Will definitely go back to this location for future transactions.

The manager, Nicholas, convinced my wife and I to upgrade our phones. He quoted us nearly $100 less than we were paying previously. Turns out his quote was wrong and I’m paying $150 more than expected. Now I have to pay for his mistake over the course of 30 months. I think he misquoted us on purpose to secure the sale as I was hesitant to upgrade and pay off our old phones. I should’ve switched carriers!!
In Dec., 2020, my daughter and I visited the AT&T store on Mercantile in Noblesville, IN. The process was rather involved and time consuming and included the purchase of several new pieces of equipment plus a switch over from Sprint. A few weeks later, I had an issue with one device not working. Nick and Charles advised me what to do. Forty-eight hours later I am up and running with a replacement device. A big hearty thank you to all who helped us. Nick, Charles and Paul worked together as a team and made me feel like a valued customer of AT&T. I live about 40 miles from their store but will not hesitate to drive up there again should the need arise. Thanks, guys!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! They have no clue what they are doing at this location. They signed my husband and I up for service saying that our phones would be financed for $300 and they actually financed $1000 on our bill. Good luck getting them to fix it. I went to the store during hours they were supposed to be open and were not. On top of that I made ANOTHER trip there for them to get my watch on the plan and they failed to do that. I went to the Carmel store and they had to fix everything this store did wrong quickly and efficiently. I WILL NOT return to this store. Will go to Carmel location in the future. It is worth the farther drive.
Needed a new phone and my business phone number moved to our personal account. In store people couldn’t process so I had to spend 40 minutes on the phone with incompetent customer service rep who couldn’t even get the phone number right! When finally done the in store people processed my request quickly but what a joke. At least a better experience than the fishers store. Went there first at 5:30pm and it was closed, but store hours say it closes at 8:00pm.
The reps at this location are absolutely excellent. Ryan set me up with a new phone in minutes when I was on a break from work and thought I’d have to come back. Then the next day, my girlfriend needed to change her plan and the AT&T app wasn’t working. Nicholas has her set up in no time and got her a lower priced plan too!
I will never go back to this location! I went to this store on Wednesday 12/09 right after they opened to get help setting up my new phone that I purchased from att. There were two guys working and one was helping a lady and the other guy was doing nothing. I asked him if he could help me set up my new phone as I had tried but ran into some problems. He asked if I bought it in his store and I told him no I got it straight from att. He said no he couldn’t since I didn’t buy it from him. WHAT??? After questioning him about it I left before I said something I shouldn’t. The next day went to another location at Hamilton Town Center and they were more than happy to help me. Wish I would have got the guys name that wouldn’t help me. Lazy piece of work he is!!!

I had a terrible experience at this store! I went in to get some help with transferring data to my new phone and Josh asked me if I bought it in this store and when I said I bought it online, he said he wouldnt help me as I didnt buy it in the store! The kicker was, there was NOBODY else in the store, he was doing NOTHING but was NOT IN THE LEAST HELPFUL! I called AT&T to complain and was advised this is NOT a real AT&T store, they are an affiliate and customer service hooked me up with Hamilton Towne Square AT&T which is an OFFICIAL AT&T store and they helped me. A word of warning, a bit of a drive to Hamilton Towne Square AT&T is worth it, you get great customer service instead of a lazy self serving employee!

Came here to exchange my iPhone 12 last week and told was charged $55 to do so, later find out they charge me $900 instead of $55. Came back today at 10, they didn’t even open on time.After waiting 30 min, they only have one person working and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenienceAvoid at all cost if you value your time and money

Went into this at&t store after going to the HTC store (which was a nightmare for customer service) went in ready to upgrade phones finally, was respectfully welcomed when we came in, Ryan was very helpful and very patient explaining everything and going over all our options, would highly recommend this at&t store and Ryan for assistance, he was awesome!

I recently went into the store to purchase a new phone. Im not very tech savvy, there for I dont know a whole lot about my options. Mark and Tobias were more than helpful in navigating me to the proper phone that met my needs and wants. I am the proud owner of a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I absolutely love it! Furthermore, they spoke to me about the Digital Life system that At&t offers. I since then have purchased the system and feel more than safe at home and away with my new home security system. The ease of access of the mobile app gives me peace of mind while I am away from home. I specially love the in home camera. (spying on my pooches is more than entertaining.) I also decided to purchase a tablet from these fine fellows. (my last one became a chew toy.) I feel content about my experience and definitely wont be going anywhere else for my digital needs! Quoted wrong price for service, charged much more than expected on first bill. Staff was not very knowledgeable and seemed young and immature. Was told to come back when they had more time to help me, but no other customers were in the store. Did not seem like they wanted my business, but instead wanted to stay on their cell phones. If you want someone who is knowledgeable you have to go during the day, preferably before 3pm.
I was in at&t today for my first time wanting to switch over from a different company. Charleston helped me today and was very kind and patient and gave me and my boyfriend 5* Star service. We were very pleased with our visit and outstanding customer service. We will always come back to Charleston from now on and are very pleased customers.

I went into this store thinking I would be spending a crazy amount of money to get my 6s fixed. Tobias explained all of my options including taking my phone to U break I fix to have my phone repaired which was the cheaper option. That type of honesty is rare in sales these days! Needless to say, I walked out with a brand new iPhone 8 and saved money on my bill. Kudos to Tobias and his team!
Just when I was ready to give up on AT&T, Charleston came and helped resolve all of the issues we had been having with not only our wireless plan but also with our DirecTV and U-verse services. Charleston was able to provide me with the best options at a reasonable price.Understanding all parts of your wireless or U-verse planting seem very confusing and complicated and Charleston was able to provide me with details about my current plan and future plans. He took his time and ultimately able to provide me with the best customer service!

I received the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten anywhere ! I won’t mention the employees name. I called AT&T and they told me I was able to upgrade so I went into the store to upgrade ... the guy told me I couldn’t upgrade and when I told him I already called and they said I could, he then said oh yeah you can. He then proceeds to transfer my old phone to my new phone ... he didn’t tell me prices of anything, he told me about no fees included, nothing. When it was time to go he told me my total was $100. I was confused bc I was trading in my old phone and I thought the upgrade was free... so I told him no I would just take my old phone back bc I felt like he was hiding fees and prices. The man then got an attitude with me and said i could pay 45 to go back to my old phone ... There was no way out of it. I would just be careful if you go to this store. Some people don’t have money just to throw around like that, I will never be returning to this AT&T and I damn near just walked out & cancelled my service with them. Annoying

Dont shop here! The employees dont know what theyre doing. I had to go to a corporate store to get the problem fixed and the employee at the corporate store stated he has to fix more problems from this store than any other store. And because they are an authorized retailer, regular ATT customer service cant access their records. So, if you do have problems, you have to continue to deal with the individual retail store.
I love this store. Most especially because they are very helpful and nice at the same time. you guys do a really good job of taking care of business. the african american guy (charles) is really great. if you have questions, is your man!

My daughter went here for a sim card, they told her it would be $15 she paid it which was her mistake. But after she told me this I called in to ask the manager about why she was charged and told it had to be cash with no receipt and he said they have to charge for them when they get low because they arent a corporate store. I called AT&T customer care and asked if this was the case and they said not at all and took what information I had about the incident in order to process a formal complaint. I dont remember the name of the manager I spoke with, but my daughter told me it was an African-American gentleman who sold her the sim card. Ive read more reviews about these authorized retailers online and found this sim card thing is a quick scam for these punk kids working in these places to pocket a little extra cash for themselves. I wont be visiting this store any longer.
