Amazing experience! I had a typo in a document and noticed after it was printed. Not only did they reprint it for me, but they fixed the typo for me! so kind and always go above and beyond. Jen is so kind and even downloaded the font. Daberiel made the machine fold them for me. They did it with a smile and thanked me for coming in! You bet im done with staples and will always use UPS for all of my business and non-business needs! Thanks for being so kind and welcoming!
Ive used this store twice now and both times the same woman was working. Im not sure if she is the owner or manager, but she is so friendly and helpful everytime. She recently helped me package a shipment more securely, and put my mind at ease. Great customer service! I will continue to use this location when I shop UPS!
The young gentleman at this store was so nice to me and made the process a lot easier. He was kind and friendly and made me feel at ease. Ive had bad experiences at other UPS stores, but here I had an amazing experience. I was sending a care package to my fiancé who is deployed at the moment, and the clerk was so kind and helpful and was thankful for all that my fiancé has done (he said to tell him thank you). Im sad I dont live closer to this location, otherwise I would use this store all the time! Kudos to this store and its amazing staff!

As a long-time resident of Hamilton County, I do whatever I can to support businesses owned/operated by a member of our community. This is one of those businesses.The employees are warm and welcoming. In all of the years that I have stopped in, I have always been treated as though my business matters. It’s not like I do a lot of large transactions - in fact - many times, I end up dropping off items to ship back to a retailer (who picks up the shipping cost).The reason I knocked off a star from this review is 1) that they cram a lot of “stuff” into a small space and 2) when it’s really busy, there’s not a clear traffic pattern for services.
Jen at this store is a gold star employee. She took a customer that was extremely frustrated with UPS corporate and not only fixed the problem, but did so with such care to restore my confidence in using UPS (but only if I use this store to handle my packages).
One of the worst locations. Came in to do something and was told they can’t it. When I know they can. The person just was wanted to be lazy and not do it. They are rude every time we go in there. I have had several bad experiences at this store.

I just wanted to say how truly thankful I am, and how lucky this location is to have an employee like Jenn. She went above and beyond to help me out with a time-sensitive shipping situation I encountered yesterday, and I can say without a doubt that it was the best customer service experience I have ever received.My entire interaction with Jenn was over the phone, and even though we have never met, she made me feel as though the situation was just as important for her to resolve as it was for me, which is a rare experience these days. I dont know HOW this UPS location has anything less than 5 stars for every review. The girls that work here are so sweet and cute! You can tell they have a blast, AND they remember their regulars. My boyfriend and I are going to miss them when we move!

Deanna, the notary, was available after 5; and I tell ya not to be unprofessional but it was one of my best days when I created her. She is absolutely beautiful. And I dont say that often. She had a Great attitude as well.

This store has the best customer service ever! I had a time consuming (with many specific details) print job. Not only did the manager (Jenn) help me every step of the way, she was fantastic while helping me. While I was there I watched numerous people come in and out and get the same great service from the from the other employee. After a horrible experience with another local copy store in town, this location will be my go to for all of my copy needs.

The entire team at the UPS store is outstanding. The professionalism and friendliness of Jenn, Bri, owner Jack and the rest of the staff is by far exemplary. You are always greeted with a hello and smiles. They all go above and beyond to assist customers and meet their needs/deadlines. The staff is knowledgeable. Jenn always does her best to peoblem solve and help all customers resolve issues and problems. This UPS store is by far one of the best I have dealt with over the years. Our business has used UPS steadily over the last 21 years. We recently moved to the Noblesville area and dropped off an overnight envelope last week. (The envelope we dropped off was completely prepared and needed nothing from the store personnel.)While we were in the store, we asked if they had any blank envelopes we could have. We send UPS Overnight envelopes two or three times per week.The UPS employee snapped back, NO. WE DONT HAVE THOSE! and I used the term snapped rather loosely. (It was my wife who asked, and my first inclination was to invite the $%*@ outside. My wife hauled me outside by the arm and we placed a call to FedEx to set up an account with them.Apparently, UPS Store employees dont make the connection as to what can happen once the customers go elsewhere. This kid, who I would think is likely to be unemployed soon, will probably always wonder why he cant get ahead.I wonder how they stores personnel will respond to the Christmas rush! Good Luck UPS Customers... youll need it!
This store must have changed staff in the past year or something because theyre always been friendly and helpful to me. I just dropped off a pre-labeled package without any problems. I normally show them address I need from my phone, sign that the label is correct, and off my package or object goes. Super simple with no hassles.And Ive never seen any guys working there, much less ones that scratch their balls in front customers. Though Ive only been going to this store for the past few months at most.
Came in, just now, and there were 3 women working. They were all so sweet and so helpful. And ontop of that, they had my return done in less than a minute. Definitely recommend coming here if you need assistance for business services.

There was a frumpy vacant blond girl who was there when I went in, she was talking to a Hispanic fellow in the back who clearly didnt work there. I asked if they mailed USPS packages as well as UPS. She said yes. Had her weigh the DVD I was going to send and said it would be over $8. But the post office doesnt charge that much, that doesnt sound right. Thats the price she said. But that doesnt seem right, can you check it. Then she just kept saying its going to be over $8. Post office charges $5 to 6. She just kept saying $8, no explanation, no apologies. Then the Hispanic fellow - who didnt work there - got up from the back where he was sitting and came up to the front. Was really weird, like dealing with a vacant vessel who didnt understand customer service or how to communicate. Was creepy. Real creepy.

WoW!! The amount of Bullcrud i have had to deal with from this company is amazing. I shipped a baby swing and some homemade blankets and infant clothing in a box to my sister and it was damaged beyond belief when it arrived and the swing was damaged as well. I filed a claim since i declared a value on the box...Well what a shock no one is willing to accept the responsibility and my claim is being denied because it was accepted and shipped in a moving box not approved shipping box...Who knows the difference that doesnt work in the company? Apprently your own stores dont know the difference. So now i am out the 67 dollars i spent on shipping, the money on the box from Walmart (those i dont care about as much) and the $180 i am out for a baby swing that was in pristine condition (that is what i wanted returned so i could get her a new swing). We sent every photo you wanted did everything asked, now the store owner is claiming it is our fault for making his manager cry because we said we would have no choice then but to see them in court and how dare us attack her, really no one attacked her, no one blames her directly for it. How dare you as a company and how dare him as a owner for blaming it on us. Guess my only real option is to file a lawsuit against you. maybe next time your employees will be trained to not accept anything not in one of your approved boxes...because ya know everyone wants to spent like 12 bucks on a box
I could not believe this store is in the USA. I was trying to ship a package to Canada today. The guy who worked there told me that they do not accept packages to Canada due to some sort of strike, while scratching his balls or doing something in his pants that looked awfully a lot like that. I went to the FedEx store few miles away and send package without any issues. Yes I paid $5 more for it but the experience of US customer service was well worth it.
I went in yesterday to drop off a package for another one of our offices where I work and they were so so nice!! They had hot applie cider and donuts for the holidays!!

I have been a customer here since it opened. The over the last week, I have recieved abysmal service. I called with a question and the clerk was overly rude. I sent two packages on the same day, only one was sent. It was just sitting around the store. I ask them to check and I got more rudeness. The shipping label that they put on fell off and somehow they did not notice. No apology, but more extreme rudeness. It is the closest to my house, but I will never go back.

I went to this store and the employees were nothing but rude and short. I felt as if me coming into the store was an inconvenience.
