I settled on The Maids because the people who clean are friendly and kind and seem to care about my house.Also, they come as a team and are efficient (less than 2 hours) which doesnt disrupt my day. Brandy is a great team leader and makes sure the cleaning is good quality. The office staff are also friendly and accommodating. I have recommended them to several of my family members and will continue to recommend them!

They have always been on time, and with a team of 3-4 are in and out within an hour! The Maids have been great! They are a good team, working well together to complete cleaning in an efficient, cooperative manner. The requested courtesy call before their arrival is always timely. The Maids are dependable and pleasant, and they are easy to work with. If requested to change or adapt a cleaning procedure, they are agreeable and always aim to please. When asked to avoid cleaning particular items, they have not been offended. One of the great aspects of having The Maids clean is that when they finish, the entire house is clean all at once. When I moved to Carmel, a friend recommended The Maids and I have been with them since then, probably eight years.I have to give The Maids kudos for being the best of the lot. Different things are important to each of us and The Maids check the boxes on my list of requirements.We will start at the top with management. Fred Graf is easy to work with and any time Ive called him he has worked with me to resolve my issue. He is excellent at hiring employees who are kind, nice and easy to work with. Best of all, they do the job for which they were hired. There have been times when I had a new team and there is a learning curve as we get to know each other, but any time Ive ever noted that I want something done differently or pointed out that something was being missed, there was no defensiveness, just a can do attitude and from then on, it was noted and resolved.With three to four people cleaning, the team is in and out of my home quickly. I am retired so I am always home. Sometimes I work at home while they are here and sometimes I have meetings or go out to breakfast. I feel comfortable having them in my home while I am out. I have a sweet dog who loves them and they are kind to her. However I do lock her up so that she doesnt bother them while they work.The team brings their own cleaning products and vacuum. During your consultation, you can select from a list of things that you would like them to do while they are in your home. I basically have them clean bathrooms (2.5), dust and sweep (2300 square feet). They are in my home for under an hour. The team is not on their cell phones, they are working.I highly recommend this business. If you use them and you arent happy, talk to Fred and he will try a different team. Talk to your people and let them know your expectations. I think many times people expect their minds to be read in terms of what they want. If you communicate, then I think ultimately you will be very satisfied with The Maids.

The maids have been cleaning my house for 3 years. They do a good job at a good price. They are friendly and do a good job accommodating my schedule changes, and the varying degrees of messiness my house is, and whatever other changes I need to make sometimes on the spot. The do tend to show up at slightly varying times which is fine but it would be nice to get a text message when they are half an hour to an hour out.

The Maids have been cleaning my house for several years. Its a pretty big challenge because there are a lot of bathrooms. I really appreciate the work that they save me because its just not possible for one person to clean our house. They are friendly, reliable, and trustworthy (which is very important to me because cleaners from another company stole things from my home). It is easy to work with the cleaning crews and the office staff. Their services are also very affordable. Minus one star because there are still some things I have to dust myself, but I dont really expect them to be able to do that kind of deep cleaning for the price. Overall, my house looks good and I appreciate their services.

Ive been a customer of The Maids for several years. Theyve always done a great job cleaning my house very quickly. I tried other cleaning companies and came back to The Maids as they were the best around Fishers.

We have been clients for a long time, many years. They are very nice and at times do a very good job. Usually the best work is when there is a new lead or team and then it trickles off over time. Unfortunately we just had to cancel our service because it has become all too common that we need to clean up after they are done. I wish this was not the case but we have had concerns for a while and they have come back to re-do things a few (or more) times in the past but its just gotten to where its not worth the money to keep it up. We have in the past referred people but can not really do that at this point with what our service has been the last few times. I dont think they care much as our standards are high and we have a rate that was quite old and good after pushing back on proposed rate hikes in the past. I cant say they are bad but if you have high standards and attention to detail in the cleaning you probably will find similar feelings to what we have.

I have now been a client of The Maids for twenty years - that alone should speak volumes. They always are courteous, thoughtful, pay attention to the small details and do a great job.

I contacted the Maids to come clean my brand new home after moving in. They arrived as scheduled and cleaned two stories in just under two hours. The house looked good but a few hours after they left all the faucets upstairs along with the shower disks looked tarnished. I called the company they came back out to take photos and the cleaner was apologetic. I was upset because we had just moved in and now I have to deal with filling a claim with the Maids and getting these all replaced. Well then I started talking with Fred and Susan and they were refusing to take ownership of the problem. Stating multiple time that their product was natural and there was noway this was result of their cleaning service. Fred went on to accuse me of spraying a corrosive substance and that is what caused the faucets/disks to be ruined. This is the illogical thinking of a poor business man. My house was perfect, the Maids cleaned, then all faucets/shower disks ruined. Very much cause and effect for any normal thinking human being. I also wanted to state that I contacted moen, the manufacturer, and the response was that either a harsh cleaning product was used or that a cleaning product (any) was not rinsed off properly or in a timely fashion. Fred and Susan was the defensive from the very beginning-not a great way to operate. I also find it amusing that they guarantee 100% satisfaction on the website. They do not deserve one star!!New PostResponding to Jessica: Ive contacted Moen and they said any cleaner, including environmentally safe cleaners, can do the type damage done to our faucets/showers if left on too long or not properly removed. The only change in my day is that this business came and cleaned my brand new house resulting in damage to the areas cleaned. I have damage in a bathroom that is not used by anyone in this house but was cleaned by the maids and now is damaged. This very simple cause/effect and I can not believe how poor the response has been from this company. Ive reported this to the BBB and were filing court papers next week.

I wish i could put a 0 start only based on their customer service. We filled out the form online of what we want and called twice and gave all our details but nobody cared to call us back. Clearly they dont want my business. Will not attempt to even bother with them anymore. I think 3 times is enough.
