After our home inspection in the process to sell our home, we discovered a toilet had leaked at one time over our crawspace and there was potential mold and needed to be addressed. We were happy to find out the Indiana Restoration does mold remediation. A technician was there 1 day later to inspect and we scheduled the remediation a few days after. Courteous workers, on time, job done as expected, documentation provided from office staff was timely as well. Great experience.
Professional staff. Understood the emergency of water damage and were quick to respond. Explained the process and acted quickly with a plan to minimize damage and to get things back to normal. They were flexible and worked with me around my work schedule for inspections and services. They are a one stop shop for your time in need for a similar situation.
Indiana Restoration consistently provides knowledgable and professional staff to clean our facility. They are easy to contact and schedule our services. If you are looking for a reliable company with top notch service give Indiana Restoration a call!
Indiana Restoration is a one-stop-shop. From water damage cleanup to floor removal and replacement; everyone was caring, professional and knowledgeable of their respective roles. They far surpassed my expectations.
Indiana Restoration and Cleaning Services do a phenomenal job. We have used their services for several years and have always been pleased with their quality of work, timeliness, and professionalism. We highly recommend this company.
Appreciate the responsiveness of Indiana Restoration services - Even on a Sunday they arrived quickly and started the drying and cleaning process. Very professional and detailed in the process - Thanks a bunch
If you have water damage to your house this is the company to call!! I was totally happy with the work they did and how quickly they came and got started. Eric Crowder did a very professional job getting the damaged stuff out and getting the subfloor dried so the work could continue. This company really has its act together. They assigned a project manager to coordinate all the workers it takes to get the job done. My project manager was Tim Parker and I was totally satisfied with all he did throughout the whole restoration. I would 100% recommend this company to everybody!! They do great work
Our basement had flooded on Fathers day and we hired this company to come out and do the clean up. It started great but then I noticed they did not remove my baseboards which extended the dry time as the air could not circulate and the walls could not get fully dried and that allowed mold to grow. Then they never responded to my insurance company regarding payment for their bill and clarification on certain line items. They also had items on their bill that they did not do and expected me to pay for. My insurance company tried for months to get them to respond and they never did. Finally a year later they sent me an letter in the mail threatening collections on a bill that was not even accurate. Mind you I thought this was handled as they had the insurance claim information and my adjuster had theirs. When I called in regarding the letter they said someone would call me the next day but that never happened. A few months later I got another letter and emails from the owner telling me he would pursue legal action and he would prevail if my bill was not paid - even though they are the ones that let the ball drop on getting paid or any sort of normal follow up at the time of the claim. This company does not have a professional demeanor and is not one good at communications at all. They only did our dry out as I did not trust them to do the remodel at all. I even hired a different company to do the cleaning after it was dried because I could not trust that it would have been done correctly. My insurance company has even expressed that due to multiple claims with poor communication they are not on their list of recommended vendors.
Quick service, great quality and in a timely manner!!! Great Job!!!
Let me start by saying that I don’t usually take the time to write reviews. However, Zach and his team have been awesome! We feel like they have gone above and beyond to help us! Their customer service is also top notch!
Reliable, fast and friendly.
Wow fast easy, the work they did was on point, quick... I would use them again!
Thank you Zach & Tobias!!!We will definitely use your services again, if the need should arise.
We have used Indiana Restoration and Cleaning Services several times for carpet cleaning as well as water damage clean up. We love these folks! They are very customer service driven, responsible and honest. I highly recommend them!
We had major smoke damage to the house and hired Indiana Restoration. They were there when they said they would be there and had things completed when they said they would be completed. Everyone was courteous and easy to get along with. Most importantly the house was returned to a condition that was better than it was before the smoke damage occurred.
Zach and his team were awesome. Very professional and great communication. Highly recommend!
Indiana Restoration and Cleaning Services is a well run business that has done the tr-fecta or work for me: Carpet cleaning, Duct cleaning, and Flood Restoration work. I recommend them highly as a business with high integrity that produces excellent results
We had another disaster restoration company start a recent water damage project, and not fully remediate the moisture and mold. Indiana Restoration and Cleaning Services came to the rescue, promptly completed the work and exceeded our expectations.
Great service will tell all my friends
I wish I had a good review of this company but they have left a really bad impression on me. I ended up not using this company because of my initial contact. We had a water leak from the second floor onto the first floor. We had a plumber out who determined that it was a minor problem (and did their service call for free I might add). The water that leaked onto the first floor caused a 2-3 foot section of drywall tape to come loose on the ceiling. I called Indiana Restoration out to give me an estimate on fixing the drywall tape. The person who showed up said we should dry out the ceiling and he would have someone call us with an estimate. He said if I was paying out of pocket and not through insurance he would let me use their drying fans for $15 a day. Seemed reasonable to me so I said ok. The next morning things were dry (tested with a moisture meter) so I called him to pick up his fans. At this point the only cost I knew about was the fee for the fan ($15 for one day of use).Fast forward a couple of weeks and someone finally called me from Indiana Restoration and needed to have another look at the damage. He showed up (a different guy) and said we will need to have the entire downstairs ceiling repainted because he could not match the off-white color. He began measuring all the rooms when I stopped him and said I had paint from when the ceiling was painted and I did not want them to paint the entire downstairs - I would do it myself since he did not want to paint that small area. He went on his way.Shortly afterwards, I got a call from the first estimator who said since I had declined to do the work, I would have to pay his cost for coming out. He said it would be $150. This was the first time I heard about this cost and certainly was not prepared for a $150 fee for him to come out and spend about 10 minutes to look at a 2-3 foot long piece of drywall tape that came loose. I was expecting to pay for a fan which should have been $15. I told him that sounded a bit high but he said I needed to pay for his services since he came out.I did not sign any paperwork saying I agreed to the high estimation fee so I considered fighting it. Eventually I paid it just to get them off my back but they are now on my do not ever contact again even if we have a flood of biblical proportions. To Indiana Restoration - if you read this....you got my money this time but you lost a customer for life. $150 for 10 minutes of looking at my ceiling??? The plumber who came by and diagnosed the cause of the water leak brought 3 guys along and ended up charging me NOTHING. Guess who I have on my fridge to call any time I need plumbing work? Yep, the plumber who was honest and reasonable. Your number is on my fridge for all the wrong reasons. Enjoy the $150. It is the last dollar you will ever get from me. Next stop...BBB complaint.
