I’ve been living here for almost a year and I love Greystone. I was originally living in section 8 housing and became ineligible once I became a student, and Lana helped me apply/get me approved for market side quickly so there wouldn’t be a hassle trying to find a new place to live. I have had great experiences with the maintenance team, and I’ve never had a problem. They have a dog park that my dog loves, and the neighbors are the best I’ve ever I’ve ever had. I also never hear noise from apartments next to me which is a bonus. The prices are great for the area as well.

For some reason the complex is not putting out the pool chairs again. Any apartment complex in a 50 mile radius has pool chairs out, so why arent they? They also have a severe bug problem, you name it. Silverfish, Crickets, and Ants all get into your apartment. Not fun to deal with. And amenities should be open and available at this point, no excuse.

Overall, ok place to live but parking is an issue and office doesnt want to deal with it. Should have reserved space for each apartment with address on curb. Should be closest to respective door. Visitor parking should be by mailboxes and dumpsters to keep front of apartments clear. Many people on income based side are home all the time and hardly ever move their cars so its like they have a reserved spot and it makes parking even more of an issue. Notice some handicap residents have handicap parking space and dont even own a car or dont drive. That is not right. REPLACE LIGHTS AT FRONT ENTRANCE WALL AND MAKE THIS PLACE LOOK NICE!

Okay to give you some background: so I have lived here for 3 years now. I have never been late paying my rent and typically do not have a ton of maintenance issues. (So my experience here may look differently than others)The walls are thin, but it is an apartment. My neighbors are pleasant and we are all social. We have an unspoken understanding about our unassigned parking spots and give each other heads up if we will be having a gathering at our place. The maintenance staff that I have encounter are super friendly and informative. Steve completed my repair today and he was amazing! The office staff is generally helpful and friendly but some days they can get under your skin.Though I do not have any pets, I appreciate all the dogs I see here. The grounds are pretty clear of dog poop which is surprising seeing as how there are so many dogs here.I would recommend living here but remember, it is an apartment meaning you are sharing the space.

We lived there for 1 year and the management was very unfriendly. We had terrible neighbors that lived upstairs and we complained about it to Valenda the complex manager and she said to get a house. That was within a month of moving in. We were told after that to call the Noblesville police because they couldnt do anything about it The neighbors were pigs and it took weeks to clean up and repair what they did. We did buy a house and are saving over 50% on our mortgage Payment. I guess we should thank Valenda for that. I want save you money and time. BUY A HOUSE AND SAVE MONEY!!

I will be signing my 4th lease in a few months. My only complaint is the rent increase every year with it being rather extreme this year. Other then that, the apartments are great sized and functional with plenty of storage. Neighbors are friendly, front office has always been friendly, even if they dont answer the phone often. Maintenance has always been timely and sufficient. I really have nothing to complain about being a single mom and my kids are safe and in a great school district! Just becoming less affordable.

My son lives here. He is treated do week by the staff. We moved here and found this complex. We have not ever had a bad experience even when we moved apartments. They where simply helpful. I think my son loves it.He is low income and this is an apartment I cant believes exists. Its nice, clean, and neighbors are so nice to all of us.

I have lived here over a year and love it. The value is great on the income sensitive side. (2 balconies if upstairs plus LARGE walk-in closet!) At first I did not have a washer/dryer and used the clubhouse machines which only take quarters.(A little bit of a pain hauling everything but was glad it was there.) My neighbors are friendly. Being upstairs I rarely hear much noise except maybe a door shutting, but my building is also made up of singles. Maintenance has done a good job this winter clearing out the snow from walkways that lead up to our doors as well as putting salt down. My electric bill in the summer was typically around $45, but I also kept it around 79 which was fine for me. The winter you have to be careful because the colder it is outside, the more the heat wants to run. I kept it around 65 while gone at work (the lowest we are allowed to prevent freezing) and only 67 at night/weekends and my bill was $147 during that extreme cold we had. I have up plastics on the big windows too. Insulation is the reason I give 4 out of 5 stars.

I love it. The office staff no matter who is in there has been very nice and maintenance as well. If I call the office about a problem they try to get it fixed if I make a complaint about something they try to resolve it the best they can. The office does family activities at least 4 times a years. Every month you get a chance to enter into a drawing for discounted rent. Lease renewal, get a free carpet cleaning. Other than slight issues with neighbors, which you may have anywhere you go. This place has been great to my family and I.

I ran a few cable jobs in here, and was thinking to myself... These look really nice! They have all the options with communications providers too, which is awesome. However, driving around the place a little more has lead me to believe that this place may be a section 8 housing complex. What a waste.

Weve lived here nearly 9 months. For the most part our neighbors are nice and quiet, but the walls are incredibly thin so you here everything anyway. Ive had to call the cops on one side, because they thought it would be nice to install a sound system in a one bedroom, bottom floor, apartment. Even after having the boyfriend over he continued to use it. So chalk that up to inconsiderate people in general. I notified the front office but had to go down after calling the cops the night before to get them to acknowledge me. Theyre also pigs which has somehow gone unnoticed even though maintenance has been here multiple times and were in the very front of the complex. Most of the complex is nicely kept, but the income side apparently doesnt have the same requirements as the rest of us that pay full price because its always disgusting and cluttered with trash and toys. We wont even walk our dog past them, because were afraid of him getting something off the ground. The geese and ducks stay mainly to the water area and hardly make any noise or come out of the water. The staff is nice, but they go through them quickly.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU RENT:I stayed at Greystone for 2 leases. And Im going to give you thorough assessment of this apartment complex.PRICE: Depending on when you sign up the price starts low and then it jumps high. The first year wasnt too bad maybe $30 and they gave me a rent credit with free carpet cleaning! The second year is $100 more no other perks like the first year. Greystone is pricing residents out. To be honest I really dont think they care. I asked about increase and it was supposedly based on other apartments in the market which is not true. Other apartments are lower priced but might be slightly out of area. Like Carmel or Fishers.WASHER/DRYER RENTAL CHARGE: Greystone will charge you around $35 per month to rent their washer/dryer. That comes out to over $400 annually. Who wants to go out and buy a washer/dryer for an apartment? That is RIDICULOUS and a complete waste of money for an apartment. Ive never had to pay to rent washer/dryer at other apartments Ive lived in.. I actually had problems with their washer/dryer several times.WALLS ARE THIN: Ive heard baby crying through the wall and some other adult things. You can definitely hear more than you want to hear.DOGS: All dogs dont go to heaven they go to GREYSTONE!!! There are so many dogs here it makes me not want to even have one. I saw a dog that almost look like a horse! Its gets a little out of hand when coming home from work at night hearing chains in the dark. Everyday my next door neighbors dogs bark when I enter my apartment. If you dont like dogs do yourself a favor and think twice.LEASING OFFICE TURNOVER: Just like any other leasing office its a revolving door. Ive seen so many different staff its crazy. Some have been nice and some were rude. The last person I spoke to was nice so hopefully they are good now.NO LEASING OFFICE MAIL DELIVERY; Leasing office wont take packages. No exceptions. Thats a little brutal.MAINTENANCE TEAM: the maintenance team as been pretty good but Ive seen many come and go. I requested to be called prior to entering my apartment and theyve been very accommodatingNO ONLINE BILL PAY:This is probably the most frustrating thing about this place. I had to pay by check every single month. I tried to pay by ebillpay through my bank and they said the check from fifth third was too small? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! You telling me you couldnt put it in manually. It is crazy that in this day in age they dont have a way to pay online.SPACE: They have some of the best space for the money atleast at first but dont forget about washer/dryer fee :) .LAYOUT: Apparently there is a restricted income side (right side of main entrance) and a standard side (left side). I was left side but never realized this until late . I think this is very strange. Not seen that an apartment before.Parking: I hate it! They changed from resident parking which made it free for all. Now you have some many cars in front of your apartment. It doesnt happen all the time but enough to be annoying.Neighbors; people speak to you and some are rude. Had a neighbor bad talk my wife which made me very upset. The porches are weird. Its like totally different depending on what apartment your in. I shared a porch which was annoying when people are smoking or you have a delivery. Weve had some loud neighbors from time to time.Second floor: I really hate the entry way of this apartment. Its super small. You could almost trip right after you enter door.Overall I really think the apartment is nice in the inside and is very spacious. I really dont understand why kinda just dont care about losing residents by increasing the price of rent. I had already decided to say for another year until they said it was going up $100. Almost like it wasnt a big deal. To be honest there is not a lot of great apartments in the area. Which made leaving difficult. Its really unfortunate that they dont try harder to keep you. I happened to get a better deal at another apartment but only time will tell.

Dont apply here. The apartments are nice but the manager is very rude. After I applied she called me and said my paystubs were fake. They are not, and I signed a waiver for them to contact my job to confi my employment and the fact Ive been there years. She said I could come in to clear it up, but Im afraid she will continue to be rude and the situation will escalate too far. I was very interested in this place, but the management scared me away because I can only imagine what future engagements would be like. I would have liked to come in and rectify the situation, but she was way too argumentative and handled the situation very unprofessionally. Im afraid if I would have went back she wouldve started a yelling match or a fight honestly its too bad!

Will admit that the insulation between apartments could have been better. Most of the time you didnt hear much unless the neighbor was blaring music or late at night in silence you could hear a TV. Maintenance was always responsive and support staff friendly. The geese were probably the most annoying factor there. Our electricity bills were also quite high given we lived in a 1 bedroom apartment and had the heat set to 68 and A/C only on when the temps were above 85...which didnt happen often in the summer of 2014. We averaged around $120-130 in the winter and $80 in the summer. We paid those rates when we owned a house on the east side of Indy, so Id agree the apartments must have been poorly insulated.

I looooove it here at Greystone of Noblesville. My one bedroom apartment is bigger than my 2 bedroom apartment I was renting in Carmel, In. The community is awesome and I love the residents as well. You should consider making this place your next home. I just moved in about a week ago and I am so glad i made the choice to move to Noblesville. I love the views, the spacious rooms, and the crown molding.

Apartments are great, office staff and neighbors? Not so much. Constant door slamming, so bad that several of my things fell off the walls and shelves and broke. You have to call office staff several times to get anything accomplished- I called at least 4 times and went into the office twice about the slamming doors and finally talked to the property manager about it to which she said this is the first in hearing about this, so theres no communication within the office. The company they use for carpet cleaning cleaned my carpets and left stains that werent there, for which I was charged after move out, even though I reported it immediately. No action was taken tofix he issue while I still lived there, they waited until after I moved out. They had no record of my complaint regarding the stains in their files, so their staff didnt do their job and I was penalized $250 for it. They once confiscated my grill because it was out for too long, regardless of the fact that it got used every day, but did nothing about neighbors of mine whod leave garbage bags full of trash right outside their door for weeks at a time.

Ive lived here for several years now. The staff in the office is constantly changing. The only thing that stays the same is the lack of communication between us, them and maintenance. We have recently had a strong smell of gasoline comming through our wall. We went in person and spoke over the phone 3 times about it with no results. We then called the emergency maintenace number and the maintenace man said it was the first he had heard of it. Each time we spoke with someone they assured us it would be looked into and it and nothing was ever done or even attempted. This is only 1 of many instances where the office staff has not communicated any of our concerns to the right channel. Definitly will not be signing that next lease with them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Dont move here. IM not sure about the side where you are not on income base but if you are then I would recommend somewhere else..They allow noisy kids and big dogs to live on the top floor. Management doesnt care about your complaints regarding any issues on noisy neighbors. Ive complained about my upstairs neighbor and I was told I should move to an upper level. Soon as my lease is up I am out of here and not looking back.
