This place is a joke my wife and I past tenants 5+ years ago moved out due to mold and need bigger place to live because we had disabled person living with us! We had to pay a court ordered fee in which we paid it all off ! We found out today we were denied of apartment because property management gave them bad reference and unsatisfactory to rent too!

They have 5 visitors parking spots and pulled my truck. I was there 30 minutes.

ZERO STARS!!Too many issue to go into detail.Office staff always unprofessional. Things are not resolved even when they make a mistake. Ridiculous trash issue with one dump site for the whole apartment which is nasty and overfilled every week.Parking is terrible!Pet issues!Discrimination issues!Although I thought it would be a good place to live it’s definitely far from it! And I can not wait to move!

I love my apartment. I’ve been here for 3 going on 4 years and have never had a problem with anything. The staff is always on top of any need.

You do not want to live here. That staff are nice to your face but their follow up is beyond terrible and their communication is worse. If you need anything done they are not there to help you. I cannot wait until my lease ends to leave this place. BTW I gave it only one star b/c it wouldn’t let me give anything less and still post.

Cheap apartments. Offer section 8, allow pets for a fee, maintenance is helpful towards the elderly (trash pick up). Mail is all up by the trash cans, it would be more convenient to have it in front of each building. Few assigned parking spots, but mostly open parking. Handicap parking for some buildings is farther away from the entrance then would be prefered, but not awful.

Im going on my second year living here and have not had any issues - I dont think you can get much better for the price per square foot in this area. Everyone has always been very helpful & quick to respond to any of my requests. I have not had any of the issues with a dirty apartment upon moving in, bugs, mold, rude office staff, etc. that were described below. The only thing Ive ever experienced is some noise from my wall-sharing neighbors - but thats to be expected in any apartment, I feel. Im very happy with my apartment!

Ive lived in this complex for going on 6 years now. Ive not had the experiences that these folks have had. The grounds are always kept up. Maintenance always seems to care and seems like they are getting her much faster than ever before. The office staff always make me laugh when I go in there. I dont complain or try to be a bother to anyone. Maybe thats why I dont feel the same way as the than the other ones on this page. Id recommend living here to anyone. I guess you get out of life what you put into it. If you think negative youll be negative.Cant always believe what you hear.

I love my apartment and the staff is very nice. they treat me and my family with great respect. if there is any problem, they have taken care of it right away. my three bedroom is as big as a three bedroom ranch style home.....

I have a sibling that lives here. She has been here for 2 years. I have also worked here as a painter, subcontractor and was here for 3 years before moving on. Its a beautiful place but the number address for the buildings are very confusing. No logical order.

I was ready to sign today. Went to the office at 11:42 am and it was closed for an office meeting. I was on the website last night and there is no notification. Seems unprofessional. Maybe that should be included in the next office meeting agenda. Anyway I will take it as a sign to live elsewhere.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would the management and staff are so unprofessional. Everything in the apartment breaks down. The one time they came to fixed something my iPad was missing when I came home. The apartment complex doesn’t care if you have kids they are not aloud to to make any noise or you will have a note on your door the next day. If you want to live somewhere where management is always in your business then I guess this place would be for you. Not to mention there’s so many police calls here all the time because of all of the unscreened people they let live in there apartment. I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here.

Zero stars. Honestly, this place is ridiculous. Moved into our apartment on May 19th. Its been hell ever since the initial move in date. Ive had to call maintenance every week since that date. The basic steps a management company takes to upkeep their properties is not taken here. The carpet was never replaced so disgusting animal stains showed through the second week. When maintenance was approached, they shampooed the carpet again...Any person with a brain knows that if you have stains coming back up, its the pad not the carpet. Next, water and water pressure. Woke up to no water because they dont upkeep their apartments and people were having leaks. Zero water pressure ever. Had to turn up the water heater myself to have hot water. The stove does not work. I turn it on, twist the dial to a low setting like 3, zero heat coming through. You basically have to play Russian Roulette with your food on high to cook anything. And only one burner works. The dishwasher leaks and didnt even have a silver caddy or caps to the detergent. Maintenance attempted to fix it. It still leaks!!! There are stains all over the counter tops and cabinetry. I was assured these would be dealt with upon moving. Can you guess? Still stained. And the previous reviews are correct, the management team here is ridiculous. So deal with it is not an acceptable attitude. While I understand that theres not much you can do about another persons leak, your lack of sympathy or understanding says everything about your quality of work. As a tenant here for only 3 short months, i really wish i would have sacrificed the extra $60 I save a month by living in affordable housing and gone somewhere else. Listen to the reviews!!! The entire advantage to renting is to live stress and maintenance free. When something breaks they are suppose to fix it. Living here has been anything but stress free. I lived in Rivers Edge at 18 and while it gets a rep for being a more skeptical area, these problems never occurred there. In fact, you could call their Maintenance men for anything and they would come ACTUALLY fix it. North Lake, Lakeview Court Apt...while they are more expensive, they are worth every penny.Now at the end of this lease, I wanted to reevaluate my review. Although I was angry writing it, it is definitely accurate. Id like to add that the leasing office closes early almost everyday on their own accord. Youd just expect more from a complex thats not only paid a fair amount by its tenants but also by the government. The stove has been addressed again since this review, with no luck to fix it, just a terrible excuse that the wrong drip trays were being used 😂. The dishwasher leaking has been addressed again, and still leaks. After 4 times addressing the issue, youd think something would have been fixed.

Hello everyone,if you are looking to sign a lease with deer chase apartments. please dont. By the way the management staff acts they dont want you here either. As a paying resident I have been miss treated many times by the manager. When I visit the office to express a concern about the apartments maintenance or to ask questions they speak with condescending tone and are upstate at the fact that I am giving them something to do. They are getting paid to serve the residents not to act as if they own them. I am single income household and I appreciate that this apartment is income based, but I feel as if I am being bullied out of my own apartment.To the landlord, please listen to your residents concerns and replace the management staff.

Very nice apts. Great up keep but if you have children bad place to live. I currently live here and the white and black kids are unbelievably bad rude disrespectful and nothing is done about it!! Come visit if you want to live here in the e evening hours and listen to them. The N word is thrown around frequently!!

Office staff is very rude and disrespectful. The office manager hung up on me on the phone. They kept my $200 Deposit and wouldnt even give me an apartment. One lady told me I had time to get her paperwork the other told me its not in we are moving on. Staff is not on the same page at all. Lived there in the past and it was fine has done nothing but gone down hill.

Zero Stars!!! Great place if you want to subject your family to airborne BLACK MOLD and deal with a leasing manager that refuses to give proper info to reach corporate!!!! Playground has broken equipment and leasing office is extremely uneducated and LACK customer service skills. Lying about ex tenants, slander!!! Contacting a lawyer !

Very open and pretty it is a very good place for a family

My step-dad was a maintenance man there for a while and my sister and brother-n-law live there currently and they like it there since the lady in apt. above them, that intentionally messed with them when ever she could, finally got evicted!

The office manager is extremely rude. They will tell you that you owe one amount one day & the next day they will say it is an entirely different amount. For example; this month we were told that we owed $744. We gave them a money order for $750. They sent it back to us saying that we owed $750.69. They do not accept cash payments. The letter that they sent when they returned our money order said that we needed to pay them the full amount on or by October 6th. We went ahead & paid to get a new money order & turned it in on October 6th.(*On a side note, I have epilepsy & had a seizure the morning of October 6th that resulted in an injury that required a trip to the emergency room. We put the new money order in the dropbox on the way to the hospital.)The new money order was sent back to us as well. It came with a letter saying that we now owed $800.69 because the money order was not turned in by 10am on October 6th. I took both letters back to the office, along with my hospital paperwork that is timestamped that 9:57am is the time that we left the hospital. On the first letter it does not say that we must turn in the payment by 10am. It only says it must be turned in on or by October 6th! I told the manager that I plan on calling her boss to let them know that we have tried to pay our rent twice & both times, our payment has been returned.

Place is a joke. Turnover in staff is ridiculous and they lose track of your papers and who you are. Ive walked in seeing staff kicked back with their feet up, so unprofessional. Ive seen so many other horrible reviews Im not surprised.

The apartments are trashy, they look ran down! The staff are very unprofessional. Would not prefer anyone to move here.

RENTER BEWARE! SLUM LORDS! The apartment is run by SLUMLORDS, black mold all over the apartments, shoddy appliances, terrible maintenance, nothing gets properly fixed. And if you complain management retaliates by having your car towed. NOT WORTH THE REDUCED RENT!

At the moment I have been living here for a short time the apartments I like are beautiful and they take good care of them the detail that I do not like is to go throw the garbage is far from my apartment and also the parking is very difficult to find parking nearby and sometimes there is no but it is a very quiet place and I hope it continues like that.
