AMAZING venue. Cant say enough good things about this place. The owners and all the staff are SO kind and SO thoughtful and truly made our wedding planning experience enjoyable. The food is delicious and the ballrooms are gorgeous. All of our guests loved the venue and we are so glad we chose this place for our wedding. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to plan a wedding or any event here :)

If I could give this 10 stars I definitely would. I had my wedding here on July 10th. From the moment I stepped into the hall Mike was so friendly and explained everything to me thoroughly. Throughout the months I had tons of questions regarding several areas of the reception and Mike or someone from the venue was willing to help. If I called 10 times that day they would answer all my questions those 10 times never sounding frustrated, but instead very please to answer my questions. Jess helped me so much via email and just did so much for our wedding on the day of! From setting the place cards to help light candles. I do not have enough words to describe how great the Chateau Ritz is. Thank you for making our wedding day a lot easier to handle. If you are debating between venues, please look no further and go with the Chateau Ritz, you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic venue. Held our wedding here for ~200 people last week and Chateau Ritz did not disappoint. Great food, ambiance and location. The fully decorated venue looked really REALLY good and every step of the process, leading up to the big day, was complemented by a very competent staff who was always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our requests. Beautiful banquet and amazing staff. It was difficult to find a banquet to throw a Covid wedding and Mike was very helpful. Made sure social distancing was in place and everyone was wearing masks. Amazing banquet overall!!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Me and my fiancé booked this place for our wedding right before the Covid broke out we put $2000 deposit down for 150 guests. We later found out due to Covid these receptions were not allowed and we contacted the business who confirmed they could not have it and refused to give us our money back. Telling us to just reschedule.. We explained to them that we wanted to just cancel it all together because who knows how long this Covid will be around. I sent emails and calls pouring out my heart asking them to please return our money because we really need that to help support our family during these hard times. Their response was we haven’t been bringing in much money these past few months and we can’t refund you. So basically they have kept our money. This place is absolutely heartless. Stay away from them.

We are very pleased after having our wedding at the Chateau Ritz in September of this year! Mike and the rest of the crew were very helpful with our wedding planning process. We had to do most of our wedding planning long distance and they were nothing but accommodating. We even had a last minute issue and they were there to take care of it so I wouldn’t have to be stressed out days before my wedding. The food was excellent and the wedding day itself was perfect! The venue is so beautiful! Thank you to all of the staff who helped us make our wedding dreams come true!!!

My sister had her wedding here and the whole experience was great. Everyone who worked there was super helpful, especially Mike. They all went above and beyond despite us probably being the most annoying and demanding wedding theyve ever had there. They were calm and patient, and that helped us relax. I would highly recommend.

Very nice venue for a wedding. Hard working staff - they were working very hard to make sure the wedding flowed smoothly. Food for dinner included basic American food - pasta, rice, chicken, beef, and a vegetable platter. Appetizers were delicious and delivered hot from the kitchen.

I had my wedding here over memorial day weekend and I couldnt even tell you how amazing and accommodating Mike and his staff were. Everything was perfect and went according to plan.Hands down they have earned all 5 stars and then some. Mike had a great list of vendors that really did an amazing job. The set up is just perfect for wedding pictures and memories for everyone. A wedding can be stressful and hectic however the front office is super accommodating and ORGANIZED. Most impotantly THE FOOD was AMAZING. Dates book up fast so I would hop on any openings they do have. I couldnt thank you guys enough For everything.BRAVO!

Just WOW! My wife and I are beyond satisfied with the Chateau Ritz. Nick the owner and his son Mike provided the best accommodation and exceptional customer service during my wedding day. I had a problem with my seating in the beginning of the reception (my fault) Nick right away took control and told me not to worry about it and that he will take care of it. As he did immediately. My wife and I are set on this place. Kids are next and baptisms and other events are coming to this wonderful place. Thank you Chateau Ritz for a wonderful wedding you set for us! 10 stars if it is an option!

Let us start off by saying that Claudia and her staff are amazing. They went above and beyond with their service, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. From the moment we first walked into the Chateau Ritz, Claudia was very welcoming and answered any questions that we had. We knew from the moment we walked out on our first visit that this would be our venue. After putting down our deposit, we made a number of other visits to the venue throughout the year, and each time Claudia and her staff welcomed us with open arms, answered our questions, and even let us walk around the rooms as other events were going through their preparations. It definitely helped us as we tried to visualize our own wedding layout.The hall itself is beautiful, and quite affordable considering all of its amenities. It has a solid marble dance floor, sturdy tables/chairs, and gorgeous chandeliers. Even if you go with half of the room, it is quite spacious: fits up to 300 guests comfortably. There is plenty of parking space, and they allow you to leave your car overnight as long you let them know beforehand. During our research on food reviews, we had read and heard from others that the food was delicious - indeed it was. The Chicken Chateau was amazing, and our vegetarian guests loved the lasagna.On the day of our wedding, Claudia was very happy to see us, and reassured us that everything was being taken care of. As you might expect, not everything goes according to plan at weddings, but Claudia and her staff truly looked out for us and accommodated us when something didn’t go as planned. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. One member of the wait staff even stayed late to set up and manage our late night snack table. At the end of the night, Claudia allowed us to wait at the hall while we waited for our delayed shuttle buses to take us to our hotel. They were even nice enough to collect anything that was left behind and store it in their office - we picked everything up the next day. Truly exceptional service.We loved our experience at the Chateau Ritz and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it - 110%.

Beautiful venue, multiple rooms available for your special events. Parking is big with plenty of spots available for their guests.On the minus side, the food was not as tasty as you would expect and this was noticed on more than one occasion.

Nick the owner made me delete my review if I wanted a refund on things that they messed up on our engagement party back in May. He said I would have to delete my review if I wanted a refund but the customer service was so bad. All the staff was cranky and rude to not only me and my fiancé but also our guests. We had multiple family members come up to us and complain. Something as simple as water jugs would not be replenished without guests asking the staff to fill them back up. A lot of the staff was rude to guests when our guests would ask for the food to be replenished and the staff would say thats not my job well okay great its not your job but guests dont know that and all you have to do is be nice and say I dont know anything about the food but let me go find someone who can help. Ive worked in customer service for many years now and I know the difference between great and terrible customer service. Mike in the management office is so difficult to deal with and he is very stubborn and strict. They couldnt fulfill our simplest requests because Mike decided to be stubborn and strict about every little request we had. He gets very defensive very quickly and wont even be open to hearing your concerns. When I called him the day after the event he was very defensive about all the issues we had the night of with his staff. I would never want to hold an event there again after the terrible experience we had. The staff all looked angry the entire night and none of them had a smile on their face which is very unprofessional. My guests even told me that some of the staff was taking their plates away before they had even finished their dinner. How about you ask if theyre done before trying to clear the table.... and even during the event the staff was walking across the dance floor while there were dance performances going on to get to the tables on the other side. Why would you disrupt a dance performance and walk across the dance floor that is so unprofessional. All in all Nick and Mike refused to own up to their mistakes and their ego was sky high that Nick had to tell me to delete my review before he would even meet with us and refund us our money after the event lol. People who have things to hide are the only ones who do that. Think twice before booking this place for your event.

I was here last weekend for a wedding reception. The banquet hall itself was stunning and it was also decorated very nicely. Everything was clean and in good condition. I would say that the food was average.

Hi, Just want to let everyone know a Little bit of my experience at the Chateu RitzI celebrated my Daughters Quinceañera on August The 30th 2019! And let me tell you all It was Beyond Amazing! The Venue itself its gorgeous! my favorite part are the Beautiful chandeliers! also the suite that my daughter accomodated her dress, shoes, clothes is very spacious and clean. The Service that Mike and Irene provided me was Amazing! They were extremely helpful from the start to the very end! Chateu Ritz its a Wonderful place to celebrate any type of event, very spacious, clean, organized and not to talk about the food and the whole service from the staff, bartender and everybody that was there to host! My family and I are very grateful to have found this Venue to celebrate A very Important moment of my daughters life! All My guests had an amazing Time!! The place is nice for events. The one down side and this is no fault of the place is entering from the south east side of the street. There is no island or turn lane. Again, that is the fault with the village of Niles and not the place

We had our wedding reception at the Chateau Ritz in November of 2017 and couldnt have been happier about our choice!The very spacious bridal suite included a full bathroom (separate powder room) with enough room for about 3-4 girls to primp PLUS a whole sitting area big enough for at least 5-6 people comfortably. It was the perfect retreat when we needed a breather between the ceremony and the reception and the best part was that the waitstaff brought us up some food from our cocktail hour! We were starving and that hit the spot.The candlelit room looked gorgeous! They placed the lighting exactly where I asked them to. Listen to them when they tell you what size room to get, they know what theyre talking about. I kept thinking my 125 person wedding would take up the entire banquet hall but they insisted that I only rent one side. Of course, they were right. There are many places to take amazing pictures here.My guests are still talking about awesome the food was. We served filet, sea bass, and vegetarian lasagna. This is not your average banquet food and the portions were huge! They did this really cute bow tie strawberry display on our sweets table too. The bartenders were super friendly and accommodating. Actually, everyone was. They never missed any of the details we requested.The price was very fair and the bar package was generous. We are truly thankful we chose the Chateau Ritz.

A great banquet hall, amazingly large dance floor (perfect for weddings and especially great for Greeks). I would recommend this place, only thing, the parking is kinda small, and hard to get in and out of if youve parked close to Golf Road. Otherwise, the place is nice, elegant, and a great place to host a party!

My husband and I had our wedding reception here February 2016 with 400 guests and it was wonderful. Food and ambiance was great, we were very happy with everything and glad we choose chataeu ritz as our venue.

Food and service was ok but managing of events are weak. Same time 3 event and next to each other, all music mixed up and make lot of noise.
