Steve is THE absolute best around. He’s thorough and doesn’t make up problems that don’t exist. He’s honest and fair, and you won’t find this quality anywhere else! I highly recommend.

My husband and I have been taking our cars here for over 11 years. Steve and his crew are the best and they know what they are doing. Steve goes out of his way for his customers, and is always very friendly. Last night, a Sunday, he answered when I called about something wrong with my car. He had me drop it off and they looked at it first thing this morning. Needless to say it was fixed today, on top of a couple other things that needed to be done. I’m glad they looked over my car for me to make sure it was running safe. Thanks Steve for getting my car in today so last minute! Thanks to you and, Joe for another great experience at Automotive Plus!

Terrible customer service. Took my truck here to get the AC condenser fixed. Took it there the first time and it was “fixed”. Two days later my AC goes out again. Took my truck back and Steve said he’d call me when the parts came in. That was two months ago and haven’t heard from him. I’ve called numerous times during business hours with no answer. Would not use again or recommend anyone using. Not reliable at all.

Love this shop. I have been bringing my vehicles here for 14 years. Fair prices, quality work and I have never felt talked down to or written off just because I am a woman as I have at other places. I feel they go the extra mile here!

Took my car in to have new brake pads redone. Because there was so much black dust on rims from new ones I had but on. My car was fine when it went in to shop. Then I get a call that I needed new rotors, when the week before they were fine. Declined having rotors done. Picked up car now it shakes. Not a good business :(

I am very happy with the service I received on my brake job and tune up.. They do what you came in for and do not try to tell you that you need extra stuff done that really is not needed. You want to be treated right this is the place to take you vehicle.
