My car has weird tires, that have always had issues, but cassidy has been really helpful in solving all the issues that Ive had. They replaced the tires that were shredded on inside, I got an oil change and air filters too, for a decent price. They arent the closest to me, but I make the hike cause theyre the best.

Fast, friendly and thorough service. I had a flat tire and brought it in for repair. I was planning to leave it and come back. They said stick around, about 15 minutes later they pulled my car in, replaced my spare, checked pressure on all tires, torqued the lug nuts on all the wheels and filled the spare to its proper pressure. All with a friendly smile and attitude.I wasn’t expecting any of this. I was planning to take the tire home and replace it myself. So a big thumbs up to the team at Cassidy 👍

I went to this place as It was near to my home and the reviews were great. But to my utter disappointment they were not up to their standards. They was a noise that was coming from my left side tires but I couldnt recognize what the noise was. I went to them and as it was their closing time they couldnt check my car and told me to left my car and they would check my car the next morning and would tell me what the issue was. I did as I was told and I got a call next morning from them saying it seems they is a problem with my back rear tire and I need to change it asap but as I have some knowledge about my car I was surprise because the miles on my car were only 40k. I paid the 40$ to them for checking my car and next day went to Honda showroom in order to find the cause of the noise. They told me that the noise was from the aluminum sheet that came off and not because of the tire and also they told me that my tires can run for more than 15k miles. It seems the Cassidy mechanic doesnt have any knowledge if I would have done as per their requirement I would have lose 600$ unnecessarily.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. Tire replacement and alignment services were completed an hour early. Had a great experience with their services. Thank you!

Manager Adam on duty and got me turned around in an hour. Wifi in lobby. Reasonable.Tires are important for safety. I got to have a pro shop with proper tools, torque settings and balancing. Car weighs 2 tons, going 65 mph and only 4 points on contact to road surface. I am paying attention to the tires.

I can honestly say I was beyond happy with the customer service, the crew went above and beyond. My car needed some extensive work noted by other mechanics, I expressed my concerns and what I felt might be wrong. Kevin called me he specifically let me know what needed to be done and what I didn’t need done. When I picked up my car, Kevin explained everything showed me what was done, let me know what I would need eventually. They are reasonably priced and my car rides smooth and it’s safe. Came here for a quick emergency tire patch job. The team was polite and efficient. I also really appreciated the techs taking the time to use a torque wrench when putting my wheel back on the vehicle. Definitely happy with the service here. I think they had me back on the road in about 25 minutes.

Unfortunately I have had a few flat tires with nails in them repaired and this last time one tire replaced . Cassidy tire on Harlem by Dempster has always greeted with friendly customer service, i think his name is Kevin, and the team worked quickly to resolve the issues. Wait time on occasion was only 15+ minutes.

On a late Friday afternoon they were able to replace a cracked valve on our tire. We were leaving the next day to go out of state. I really appreciate their help during this urgent situation. Thank you

This is where I go for oil change and tire replacement for few years now. This place always gets work done fast. Kevin is nice and accommodating even when I do not have appointment. Luigi is very friendly and accommodating when I need to check air on my tires.

After a tire blowout on the tollway at about 6:30 PM, the car was towed to Cassidy Tires at around 7:30PM. The car was left with its keys as it was after business hours. I called the next morning g around 9:00 and they had already accessed the car and with my OK, started on it. It was all finished by 10:30! Amazing...I figured it would be a few days. Also, they practiced social distancing and everyone was wearing a mask .I recommend Cassidy Tires 100%!!

I’ve taken 2 cars here for a handful of jobs over the past 4 years or so, and every time has been great. I recommend them to others often, and I’ve always received good honest answers, quality work, and kind service.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. About 2 weeks ago I got an unrepairable flat tire and went to Firestone where I had to buy a brand new tire. A week later, that same new tire got a flat so I took it back to Firestone expecting that it would replaced for free under warranty considering it was a BRAND NEW tire purchased just the week before. The people at Firestone told me that they could not replace it for free because we didn’t purchase a road hazard warranty when we purchased the tire and that we would have to pay another $200+ and buy another new tire. I decided to try one more place and came to Cassidy Tire and I’m so happy that I did. Kevin called Continental and got us a brand new tire free under warranty. They got me in the next morning and I drove off with a new tire within 30 minutes. They had no obligation to help me considering I hadn’t bought the previous tire from them but they took the time to help me out. What a great place!

The TPMS valve that was put in wasn’t programmed to my car. Also the car started to squeak when i turned right. But the work was done relatively quick, just wish they fully completed the work

I knew I needed new tire based on mileage. I had good experience with Cassidy in the past so I didnt really consider anyone else. Cassidy gave me various options and helped my evaluate what was best. The total time to remove old tires, mount and balance new tires was about 45 minutes. I can already tell the difference in the new tires. Could not be happier especially with winter coming.

I am so happy to finally find mechanics that are trustworthy and do a great job at a reasonable price. Every time I go to Cassidy tire they are very clear about cost and don’t ever try to upsell me. They truly care about their customers and are not all about the money they get out of you. There are so many dishonest mechanics out there. I always have that negative feeling that I’m being lied to and over charged or that that they purposely cause other problems so that I have to go back to do more work. I get the opposite instinct with Cassidy every time. For example, I recently brought my car in for one thing at Cassidy and asked about another issue. They could have easily went along and charged me to fix the other issue. Instead they checked it out and said nothing was wrong. What a refreshing experience in a world focused on the bottom line. I’ll be a customer for life.

Very fast tire truck tire repair and rotation for 35 bucks.

After I made a bad decision of putting colored aluminum valve caps on my tires and they melded to the valve, the team at Cassidy Tire was able to get three of the caps off safely, and for the fourth, when it damaged the valve, they were able to replace the valve for me.Lesson learned: do not mix different metals. Also, keep your tires filled.

Without a question the most professional tire maintenance facility you will find. Most places dont take the extra time to make sure things are done carefully and professionally. Kevin at Cassidy makes sure each lug is tightened to factory specifications by using a handheld torque wrench. This is more precise than using a pneumatic wrench and it takes more time. Its the details that separate the average from the extraordinary.

I’ve had good luck with Cassidy Tires before which is why I chose them this time. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful, I was able to reserve tires over the phone and had new wheels sent directly to the shop. All went well, the only surprise was the charge was slightly less than the estimate. I am very pleased with the results.
