I was trying to make a return but my phone was on the fritz so I couldn’t get the label up. The fella that helped me was super chill and helpful. Probably one of my best UPS store experiences. ☺️

The most needed help I needed that day I found there. The gentleman that was the notary was most helpful and the lady associate was so kind. They were people that broke the stress of the day. They sent my divorce papers! That alone was great! But their great service put the icing on the cake. Thank you!

Im over the moon with the service I get at this UPS store.  Thom and Katie are always super helpful inside, even when I surprise them with a lot of items that need to be shipped.  Bruce the owner goes out of his way to hand pick up items from me, always is super happy, super personable, friendly.  He also saves me money on my office supplies.  He definitely makes managing my business and personal shipping a lot easier.  Also on the very chance a package has gone astray in transit from UPS corporate, they help me solve it.

Entered 6 PM on March 5th 2021 to return an unopened package to sender as refused. Two employees confusedly asked each other about how to RTS, obviously not knowing how. Told me take it to Post Office, when shown the UPS label scratched their heads, then insisted I had to pay return shipping. I have returned over a dozen items as refused delivery in the last year, this service is always provided free. Neither of these employees knew what they were doing and were the definition of ignorant, condescending, and rude. They and this store are a waste of customers time and should be avoided.

The employees-Thom, Katie, extremely rude and not knowledgeable. And the internet sucks so good luck using your Amazon app to get return label. I hate the fact I have to go here and try not to at all costs! Horrible business!!!

Supposed to be a hub for Amazon returns but when the item disappears that was supposed to be returned via UPS they are not helpful nor very pleasant. Not our problem, you need to contact Amazon was the response. DO NOT DROP YOUR AMAZON RETURNS HERE.

Quite possibly the most efficient and helpful shipping store of any kind I’ve ever been to. I don’t know where these guys got their bad reviews, but every time I’ve gone in there (and it’s been several times now) the customer service representatives have been outstanding.

I dropped off 2 Amazon returns here, and Amazon (says they) only received one of them. I can guess that either it wasnt returned, or wasnt done correctly.UPDATED 3/14/20: I wanted to make an update on this rating. The mistake was Amazon’s mistake. They did actually receive my item and somehow it was not entered correctly into their system. I have been to this UPS store 2x now, and they are professional and were quick with the service. Thank you.

Terrible experience. The younger woman who works there responds to every question with a deer-in-the-headlights stare and a slack jaw. The man working there is sarcastic and rude. And they’re so slow! It takes a minimum of 10 minutes for them to mail a package! The post office is actually faster than this UPS store. Simply terrible.

Just spoke with a woman named Diana who is extremely rude on the phone. Told me I could call back in a few days and talk to the owner of the store whom I have already left a message for over a week ago and was told he would return my call but never has. Chose to get a personal mailbox at the store because of the 24 hour access and I travel every week for work and typically only home on Sundays so I can get my mail then. They had the store remodeled which is nice but they turned off the 24 hour access and it has now been off for several weeks and I have not been able to access my box or get any of my mail for four weeks now. I could live with the inconvenience that it has caused with me not having access to my mail even though there was no forewarning of this going to be an issue but the absolute rudeness of the woman I just spoke with on the phone was extremely disappointing.

My parents went into this UPS store to ship back a rug that was left open and dirty upon delivery to my house. The male there was extremely rude and and didn’t want to take the rug back because it wasn’t packaged correctly. I’m sorry but we returned it just how UPS left it. Thankfully the lady that was there working was much nicer and said that she would take care of it for them. It was completely unacceptable for them to be treated that way. Thank you so much to the kind lady that took over and handled the transaction in a more professional manner.

Went in to print some photos and was in and out in less than 10 minutes thanks to the helpful service I received. The employees seemed to know what they were doing and knew exactly what I wanted to be done. Highly recommend!!

I went in today to have a print done and I checked the website before I went to make sure they offered the product I needed. Neither employee was knowledgeable on their services and it turns out they don’t offer the service that was listed on their website. It was super frustrating and inconvenient.

I stopped in to ship a simple paperback book. The clerk offered me a padded envelope. I declined and asked for a box. At this time a young lady walked in with her hands full and the clerk suggested she sit the boxes down. She then went and retrieved a box. She set my book on top of the flat box, then walked over to the young girls boxes and started looking at them and asking her questions. Uhmm, seriously, Im still here, my transaction is not done. So I just picked up my book and politely left. I will stop at walmart and get a box and go to the Post Office. I mean Im typing this outside the store and the young lady is still inside. If just a, hey give me a few, but nothing just walked away.

Thought since there are so many terrible reviews I would leave my positive one. I had an Amazon return I had to send through UPS. With all the terrible reviews of this store I was scared to go, especially with my smalls (5 & 7). I lectured them before hand to prep them in hopes this wouldnt be horrible. Turns out I didnt need to. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. The lady who helped was super nice and sweet to the smalls. As for people complaining about being charged for tape, suck it up, seriously overhead of taping everyones box would be rediculous. Thank you Nicholasville UPS for being polite and prompt.

NEVER AGAIN!I have been using The UPS Store 4819 for well over four years now, and I always made a point to direct my friends and family to do their printing and shipping business with this store. After my experience this morning with the Owner of this store, I will never spend another cent at any of his UPS stores.Last week, I had to place an order for a special product we needed for work and was concerned that we might miss the UPS delivery driver at our office, so I called to make arrangements with the store to have my package delivered there. I spoke to an older lady who gladly said they would accept my package, so I ordered the product and set up the shipping for the package to be delivered to the store.This morning I stop by the store to pick up our packages, and the owner and one other employee were present. I said I was there to pick up a package, and as I was standing there, I saw the packages and pointed them out. Immediately, before any other words were uttered out of his mouth, the owner stated that Youre lucky these didnt get sent back with the most condescending tone of voice. I have to say my response was less than stellar at this point. Even after stating that I had called to make these arrangements, the owner proceeded to insinuate that I must be lying because only he and three other people work there and no one knew anything about it. I, not so kindly, explained that I would be more than happy to provide my phone records and the emails displaying the time I actually ordered the product, and how all of those time would correspond accordly with my calling their store to set up this delivery. At this point, the owner continued to feign innocence in all of this, as I explained to him that the way in which he was treating his customer was completely uncalled for and that I would no longer use his services or send other business his way. And, I will be completely honest and say that my attitude by the end and my choice of language was quite colorful, to say the least, but I will not be talked to in that manner when the issue is not with me but rather with incompetent employees that dont document conversations regarding accepting a package for someone. Needless to say, the owner needs a few lessons on how to deal with customers.And on further inspection of my packages once I got to my office this morning, my name, office phone number, and extension were clearly written on the package, yet I recieved no phone call stating that the packages arrived or that there was an issue. How easy would it have been to call and ask about the packages rather than threatening to send them back with no warning once I came to pick them up?!

This place declined delivery of an overnight, next day shipment because I didnt have a mailbox there, despite being assured they would hold the package for me. The package then returned later that day after much effort to get it to do so right before closing and they wouldnt open the doors to let me collect it. The male employee there was a complete prick too, never doing business here again.

I know that other reviewers have had negative experiences but I received excellent services. The staff were professional and friendly. I had to ship several packages from KY to NY. They were very helpful and I will definitely use them again.

The male employee that works there is super rude. Also, they started charging for tape. at a rate of 1 dollar per box. if you ship four boxes, they want to charge you 4 dollars for a little tape when they sell a whole roll right there in the store for 3.99. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Save yourself a huge headache and drive down nicholasvilla rd and go to FedEx. UPS needs to be shut down, they cant get away with price gouging people forever.

The employees are extremely RUDE,ARROGANT, HATEFUL and CONDESCENDING! I will NEVER do business there again nor will I recommend them to anyone. After major run arounds last Saturday my package STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED and this is Thursday! Wow just wow.
