If you are a shipper, you should find a logistics provider with more integrity. SHAM LOGISTICS is more like it. This company likes to penalize their contractors even when they pickup and deliver their loads on time. And to top it off, they wont say a word about it. Theyll just deduct your pay.As a carrier, we will NEVER do business with Shram again. I am sure they have a difficult time covering their freight, because who would want to do business with a company thats going to fine you and not even have the integrity to tell you about it.SHIPPERS PLEASE READ - There are plenty of brokers out there. They all utilize the same carrier base. Dont waste your time giving business to a company like SHAM that is going to alienate the very carrier base that DOES THE WORK FOR THEM. There are literally thousands of better options than these people.Oh, and then when I had the audacity to ask the manager about it? Weve been working with this company more than 3 years. Have done a lot of loads. It happened that our driver had been worked in at the shipper, but thanks to operations team efforts he managed to be loaded fast. Thank you!

Where should I start. First, they don’t answer calls and e-mails. Second, they are very unresponsive and rude. If you need them to reschedule an appointment for you they’re not gonna do it. Also, forget about detentions and layovers. 1 star is too much for them. Never working with this company again. STAY AWAY!

Really bad...I booked a load with this company, I received rc and i send my driver 180 mile to pick up, fcfs 24/7...my driver arrived at pick up adres and the wearhous told him wait to be loaded tomorrow ....tomorrow they told him load was picked up from other carier...this Brooker sale our load for last month and didnt pay TONY ....I call him to asked Tony and this guy make a note for as .Really bad 👎 the driver ( oner operator) dont get payed even fuel.

Dont book a load with them, Very unprofessional and dont provide correct appointments. Driver got to delivery and they wouldnt unload him till next day and they would not pay for detention,They simply just threaten to put on Black List

Horrible company to work with. Honestly if it’s the last load available don’t even take it. These guys will screw you with their false info. ( shipper hours, receiver appt, etc.) stay away. They have no idea what they are doing.

DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH SHRAM. The manager I spoke with, Alec, doesnt know a thing about whats going on within his own accounting department- nor do I think he cares. They will do whatever they can to not pay you at all, and if you do get paid, you will have earned it all over again from the time it takes to collect from Shram.If you like to be paid on time, in full, and with no hassle- look to Shram LAST.

Worst company Ive ever heard. Guys, if you are dealing with SHRAM just to let you know that your driver will spend at least 10 hours at the shipper and receiver, they never tell you real PU and DEL time.

Dont waste your time booking loads with this company! They will assign you a load then will cancel it without a notice + they wont pay TONU and will blacklist you. They never pick up their phones to explain whats happening. If you got the same issue just dont forget to file a complaint with the FMCSA.Edited: Your reply doesnt help at all. Shram Logistics is a first Class operation with excellent customer relations. We have hauled for them, and had administrative communication with their dispatchers and it has always been a smooth, efficient experience. Any trucker or company would be wise to establish a relationship with this carrier. When we were brand-new at being on our own authority, they trusted us, and we appreciate it and do our best to communicate, document and deliver as expected .

This is the most dishonest company I ever seen.They told us the product is can soda but the actual product loaded was expired nasty soda spilled over the the floor leaking out of trailer smells so bad. They lied to us. Very disrespectful people as well.

ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES TO WORK WITH. Getting the load was easy, as is for most companies. But when it comes to answering the phones. NO ONE, I MEAN NO ONE ANSWERS. I have been waiting on detention time for weeks now. NOTHING, just get told we are waiting. I have been promised proper paperwork will be received by the end of one business day and now its on day 4. I have called 13 times in one day just to talk to someone. The managers never pick up their calls. Every time I ask for a manager, they are never in or they are out and try again the next day. Same routine over and over. IF YOU CAN DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!

Weve been working with Shram Logistics Solutions for some time on several loads. Weve had a very good experience with this company. Ruslan and Vic are pros that know and do their job well. Its been great working with them. If there is an issue on a night load, their after hours dispatch picks up the phone and handles everything professionally. We will continue to do business with Shram with great pleasure.

Email this broker to to get load info but they are unprofessional, I’m posting the email conversation that was reply to me.. who ever it’s behind the emailing back maybe a immature person, I’ve been in business for 18 years and just like I seen them now I’ve seen so many brokers go out of business, a simple mistake can be spread around quickly so others truckers would not called you guys to book loads. I will post this conversational all my social media and will forward them to all the truck load boards..

If they tell you to deliver ASAP it doesn’t mean the receiver will get you unloaded when you come.Because receiver has his own schedule, but Shram tells you it’s scheduled to deliver ASAP.

Bad reviews are true. If you are a carrier don’t book a load. If you are a shipper and care for your customers to get their product, don’t use this broker.

Stay away! communication is poor or no at all. do not pay detention/layover( check all the similar complains about them). in my case, situation was very simple, driver waited >24hrs at delivery, broker said layover will be paid. for almost 3 weeks it was my problem to check about the layover. finally I was informed that layover was not approved. no explanation (because it was no excuse not to pay) - just basically FU and get lost.

Not HonestThey told us that load was 25000 pounds and came to find out it was 44000 pounds! Not only that but He even lied about the Delivery time saying that receiver was open 24 hours and this is a open scheduleBut came to find out that receiver doesnt take loads at night!We had to cancel a good load because of that 😕Not honest!!!Avoid them if you can .

I have been working as a carrier with Shram Logistics Solutions company, about 2 years, never rely had a problem with them until recently. They normal send me rate confirmation requesting for me to sign, sometimes i sign them immediately sometimes the broker have me just reply to it, and another time they would send me an rate confirmation I would sign electronically, this time I wasnt given that option. I recently changed my phone and didnt have access to a printer so I called in and booked two loads one of which I did myself because I had to fill in for one of my driver. I explained to the broker Mila that i had a new phone and I wasnt able to return rate confirmation she still booked me and told me to get it back asap. I had only 3 hrs from the time I booked the load until the pickup time and i was 113 miles from the pick so i had to head directly to the pickup because there was also an late fee at this place. I got there on time and i called in to notify the broker and she was still asking me to sign the rate confirmation which I told her my situation didnt change. I got loaded and i called in to let them know i was on my way. This was 2/15/2021 there was a highway ban on Highway 84, for icy conditions, which I found out later on my way. Even though it was scary, driving in the icy condition I got there safe and on time. I got in to a door and after i got unload there was a pallet left on my truck which was the wrong product shipped and the receiver put it back on my truck. So I text my broker which replied immediately that she would take care of it. After 3hrs after not hear from her I reached out to her, via text for an update, and told her I had another load to pickup which I had arranged to pickup after that load, She didnt reply, I tried calling her she would answer. This when on for 5 hrs until I got the manager Alec. an then I was placed in a door. I requested detention, I had a 2 am delivery and i left there 11:45 about 1 hr after reaching out to manger.I had to wait until 2/26/21 after reaching out to broker multiple time for $150 to be approved and they took $50 out of the settlement stating that they didnt get back sign rate confirmation in timely manner. I reached back out to Alec the manager who said it $50 deduction would stand. I explain to him all I had endure, with me cancelling my other load, and driving on a icy road, he didnt even show no form off empathy. After I told Alec that I would write an review about this situation. He placed my load on hold and ban me from ever doing business with Shram Logistics, Im assuming that he is the owner, based on what he did. This is his way of letting me know he doesnt care for owner operators and the hard work me and my drivers have done in the past. I am exercising my freedom of speech Alec.This is how I view this situation, Here I am a company that has been working for this company, never had any problems with them in past, now we have an issue and I understand that they needed a sign rate confirmation but in the past they have sent me rate confirmations that I have signed electronically, seeing has I explained to Mila that I wasnt able to sign the rate confirmation at the time. Also I pickup the load and I call Mila immediately to let her know I picked up the load, thats me agreeing to do the load. I did a good job picking up the load on time and delivering in adverse weather condition on a ban road and cancelling a very good paying load only to be penalized for not signing a rate confirmation in time. I forgot about the signing of the rate confirmation with all that was going on that day. But I dont feel that I should be charged $50 for getting sending in the rate confirmation late.

This broker posted wrong and deceptive info on the load board. They posted a load for 494 miles, but the actual miles on the rate confirmation they sent to us was 633 miles which is about 139 miles more than what was posted and negotiated. I called them to renegotiate but they are not willing to accept, spoke with their dispatcher, called Ruslan. Instead of working with us to resolve the issue, they posted a bad review on us and it was their fault for posting deceptive and wrong info on the load board. They are deceptive and very unprofessional. I will not recommend booking load with them.

Very unprofessional company.They are not answering email and phone calls while we were resolving a current ongoing issue regarding detention fee for our driver. He was left out for nearly 6 hours. Weve given them multiple chances to resolve, however they keep delaying and delaying.

My experience working with Shram Logistics Solutions has been excellent especially dealing with Ruslan Tarasenko the broker I dealt with. He conducted himself as a professional and great prompt attitude as sufficient in responding via email or a phone call. :-)

Luba is very sweet and easy to work with. Their rates are pretty solid. My only complaint is the charge for comchecks when any other broker doesn’t charge for that. Then a big issue is when you’re delivering outside of business hours it is very hard to get ahold of anyone. Then the ratecon appts were wrong and when clarification was needed couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Other than that nice company

Worst broker ever. Even some of their reviews here are fake. I booked a load with them and appointment was set up for 5pm. When my driver arrived at the shipper he found out that shipper doesn’t start loading before 9pm. When we called the broker to talk about that issue they told me that I have to wait and it’s up to their manager if he is going to give me detention for the waiting time. I asked how much they pay for detention and never got and answer. They never replied to my emails and never answer the phone. You guys have to do a better job in communication and be more proffetional with our hard working driver.

Waited over an hour to get an EFS number to pay the lumper fee. They dont care about the drivers hauling there loads. If I could give a negative I would. I will never haul another load for them and Im telling all my friends not to haul there stuff also. This has to stop. These brokers are ruining the industry with un professional practices.
