I absolutely love getting great deals on this site. The staff is friendly upon pick up. If something is broken or missing, just let them know. Unless it is described as is or untested they will refund you.

It is amazing how you can spend a few minutes looking over their online list and sometimes find a item or two to bid on. The process is simple. If you do win, pick up is easy. The items I have won were exactly as described.

Easy bidding process. Item was as stated in lot catalog. Must wear mask to pickup. After parking call their number and tell them you are there. Then you walk down loading dock and they bring your items out.

I’ve made 3 purchases from Bluegrass since the first of the year. Each time they have had my items ready to go & checked for me when I arrived. The first time I bought from them I got quite a bit of stuff & when I got back to Nashville I found I had forgotten something. They offered to refund the money ($20) or give me a credit which was very kind & I told them I appreciated it but refused since I got plenty of good deals on the trip & they were spot on with the descriptions of everything else I received. It’s been worth the 3 1/2 hr drive to do business with these folks.

Funny that Ana Gabriel posted the same message on bluegrass bids and Lexington online auction....I think she’s got her panties in a wad because she didn’t bid high enough to purchase items she wanted.... I can assure you that no one including the owner at BLUEGRASS BIDS would bid on his own stuff...don’t hide behind fake names...hard to believe what you have to say when you have to hide behind a computer...
