I had 20 plus pages of documents that had be scanned and emailed and have a professional appearance. Andrew did this quickly and efficiently. He gave me a chance to review the scan and indeed the scan quality was excellent.My boss even replied Great Scan Work. One day Ill tell him it was Andrew lol. Thanks Andrew- well done.

Since they opened a few years ago I have used them many times. Very grateful for their being here, excellent location. The employees the owner has hired have been remarkably—without exception—professional, competent and pleasant. The owner has set the tone and the bar for his hires, his employees. I always feel reassured about what I’m shipping with them.This week I shipped a family keepsake of 40 years, a large oil painting, to California, and the estimate I got from an employee a few weeks back and the final charge from a different employee, Michael, were exactly the same. It was a custom, “fragile-fragile” shipment and he explained in detail how it would be packaged and wrapped. I left there having the assurance it would arrive safe. Thank you to everyone, the owner, and all the employees, for making my life easier during your years in operation. We are moving so I know I will miss this store and its excellent service.

I mostly come in here to pick up or drop off packages. Even though I had only come in 2-3 times over as many weeks after that, Scott, the owner was already getting me as Mr. Nguyen (bonus points for pronouncing it correctly!). That is just an example of the dedication and friendliness of their staff! Im always greeted with a smile and they work quickly and efficiently. Scott and his team are true professionals and youll be treated accordingly there.The store also got a large format printer a few weeks ago, thatll do everything from outdoor vinyl to indoor gallery wraps on canvas. Although I havent used it yet, I have looked at some samples in the store and Ill be looking forward to it during the holiday season for family gifts as a photographer!

Person who served me wore mask under nose. He was polite and pulled it up when I told him that mask did not work when worn that way. He said it wouldn’t stay up. Training should be provided on how to fit mask.

I went to the local UPS store in Niceville to rush a package to south Florida. ALEX was my assistant there and was superb. Measured my items, picked a box, showed it to me for approval which all my items fit in like it was made to order. I want to update my review to include the print service!! They printed a 20×30 inch gallery wrap for a guest book ffor my wedding and I was so pleased with it!! They also printed coloring books for the kids at the wedding!! Best service and the best print products!! I wish I had better pictures of the gallery wrap; my lighting in my dinning room doesnt do this print justice!! Love it!!The store location is convenient being right on the road in front of Publix and the owner, Scott, is so nice and accommodating! He is open earlier and later than the other UPS Stores!! On August 3rd I mailed 4 large boxes and all of them arrived on time to their destination exactly 1 week later- completely undamaged. When I brought them in to be mailed, I had trouble bringing them to the door- Brittany saw me struggling and brought a cart out to help me. I was very appreciative of that. She was helpful and patient throughout the entire process, and also knowledgeable when answering all of my questions. Thank you UPS and Brittany for being so kind and helpful!

Each staff member was very professional, polite, and helpful with my holiday project needed by December 20: creating a poster from newspaper photo for milestone birthday celebration. All required formatting was collected and dropped off at the store by 12/17 in the AM. Andrew completed the poster by the morning of the 18. Buy that guy a BIG LUNCH!

Great experience at this UPS store with their binding services. Michael first helped me out by organizing all of my documents and was extremely professional throughout the process. He didn’t miss a beat and knew exactly what I wanted! Andrew completed the printing and binding and was so thorough! I went to the UPS store in Niceville, FL on Saturday to have several documents printed, rearranged, and then scanned to my USB stick. Alex Hannah was very courteous and helpful. He took time to understand what I wanted and gladly checked the the USB stick afterward to assure all my documents were scanned properly. Great customer service!!!!!!!

Andrew, one of the clerk in the UPS was very helpful in making a Graduation sign for my granddaughter, Rachel. He did a great job and very quickly. I was looking to print four large scale prints for frames in my condo. I sent them Beach pictures that apparently were not big enough to print at a large scale without getting too pixelated. Andrew, their digital technician was so nice and attentive and found me similar pictures to print for my condo.They came out absolutely beautiful we couldn’t be more happy with the service and the pictures!

The girl that helped me was nice enough. She was efficient and got what I needed done. I was just upset by the price. I needed two pieces of paper printed. And was charged for the use of a computer I never rented. This was my first time at ups so this might be common practice. I’m not upset with her because she doesn’t make the price but $3.54 for two black and white prints is robbery. At FedEx office in fort Walton it is only .36 imagine my surprise. Ups in fort Walton it costs $1.66. No random computer fee. The library charges as well. I understand you are not a corporate store and can charge what you want and that’s fine. But let’s no spread misinformation about other places. Thanks so much Scott!

Andrew did a fantastic job on my sons birthday invitations! The file I sent didnt make it simple to just print. I know this is an extremely busy time of year, but this was done so quickly. This UPS Store in Niceville was very accommodating and I was able to not only get all 6 documents notarized, but the employees there were able to also sign as witnesses. One stop shopping! Scott and Andrew designed a banner for our school event and The UPS Store donated it on top of everything. I fumbled with finding my flyer, looking for an image they could use easily. However, once they had my flyer to match, they created the images and perfect banner following my design requests. Heidi was very helpful and informative. She took the time to explain how UPS compares to USPS in prices and service (no comparison if you ask me) and how to prep a package for UPS. I’m amazed at the difference in service between the two and the delivery is SO much faster! AND they are open till 6:00! This fits my schedule much better than the post office.

As both a customer and previous employee I cannot say enough positive things about this store and the staff. Great Experience! I live in Hawaii and being on an island in the middle of the Pacific creates challenges when ordering large/heavy items that need to be shipped. The Worst! I had a stolen $100 gift card that I let them pack with a gift.I got nothing. Not once, not twice, but 3 Times the computer that you should be able to print from has taken my money, glitches times 10, and wasted my time. They are nice there, but they have a lousy operation. Go to another one!

I have been using the business mail box service for a few months now and am very pleased with the level a service i have received. I am a small Internet Service Provider and most of the items i get are from other countries and receive time are never right knowing some is there to verify my packages have arrived safe and sound is a life saver.The staff is very helpful with any of my needs i would highly recommend this store.

THIS PLACE IS ONLY HERE FOR YOUR MONEY, WHETHER YOU NEEDED THE PRODUCT OR NOT! The service here was very unsatisfactory. I am extremely disappointed. I came here to use their computer and print one piece of paper and I had to pay the price because of their incompetence. The employee who was supposed to be helping me printed pages without asking me and without me telling him to. Then they could not fix their own computer so the time just ran up. I paid almost 20 dollars to print one page because of the clock just running as they tried to troubleshoot the computer and for him just printing pages. When I asked if I had to pay for the pages THEY printed, he said yes when I NEVER asked him to print them!!!! I will not be returning to this specific UPS, I feel like I was scammed out of my money. My experience here was awesome! I had stopped in at the crestview location to have a return service faxed to a business but was told they couldn’t do it. I called the Niceville location and spoke with Andrew and he immediately solved my problem. Once I arrived there I was greeted by a welcoming staff who was ready to help. Andrew helped me get my paper work sorted out and took care of everything I needed to get the return service faxed. Even though it was a complicated request and they were busy, Andrew and the staff never once complained or seemed overwhelmed. This is the prime example of a well rounded business with properly trained employees. If you need something shipped or faxed do yourself a favor and drive to Niceville.

SUMMER provided outstanding service to me on 26 October 2018. I walked into the Niceville UPS Store and needed help sending an umbrela to the company for replacement. I had no bag or box, and SUMMER made me feel very relaxed by suggesting I let her take care of me by suggesting various options for shipping my item. I did not have to do anything but pay the charges for the shipment - SUMMER did it all for me. Cannot get any easier than that ! My item was shipped and received by my company in four days (including weekend).. and no stress involved. Thanks to SUMMER, my concerns are no more!
