This is the most helpful shop. They went above and beyond to help me ship my package.I will definitely be using them more!

The store had a very aggressive sign in my small town community of a family owned business center. Will not be using this store. This is not what family is about.

My son had recently passed away and I needed to send a document to the crematorium, being NOT technologically savvy they helped me do what had to be done in about ten minutes and much to my surprise they very graciously didnt charge me!! This place is the best!!! I highly recommend it for all your shipping needs

I have a small business. I just moved here. Been everywhere trying to find a place to ship my stuff. I walked in right in front of her friends. She was too busy talking with them vs. helping me. I drove across the bridge to get here. I am very upset and won’t be back.

Great place! The service is always friendly. I rent a mail box here and have all my hobby supplies delivered here. My job requires travel and I dont like the idea of large boxes filled with expensive RC equipment left on my front porch.

Great Local Family Owned and Operated Business! They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff that has been there to help with all my shipping needs! Especially, with all the recent difficulties during the COVID-19 pandemic!I saw another person that was not happy with the staff being friendly and talking to customers while they process orders. I definitely disagree. They do not slow anything down, they are just friendly while processing orders. I believe that is the best part about locally owned and family operated businesses!Save yourself the long lines, poor customer service, and early closing hours at Niceville Post Office, and go to PAK Mail for anything shipping related!

$45 to mail out less than 2 pounds of goods. $7.50 to laminate one single piece of paper. Absolutely laughable pricing.

I have been a customer of Pak Mail in Bluewater Bay for 10 years. I have also worked for Mike and Heidi at Pak Mail in the past. They are some of the nicest people Ive ever met. Although I no longer live in town, I visit them every time Im in the area (once or twice a year). They are meticulous about the quality of work they do, whether they are properly packaging a customers box, faxing documents, or making copies. Their quality of service provides peace of mind, especially when shipping items that are irreplaceable. Peace of mind is definitely worth the added cost. I continue to recommend Pak Mails services to my friends and family in the area. They are amazing people!

I had a package to ship to California. Pak Mail quoted a crazy price that just didnt sound right, so I went to the UPS Store near Publix. They shipped the package for 1/2 of what the other place quoted and were incredibly friendly. I saved over $50!

DO NOT GO HERE! RUDE!!! THEY MOCKED ME WHEN I GOT UPSET ABOUT AN $80 CHARGE TO NOTARIZE DOCS WHEN THEY SAID IT WAS $10 PER NOTARY. THEY MEANT PER DOC! THEY SCARED MY BABY GIRL TO DEATH!! SHE WAS UPSET FOR HOURS!!! IVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN PEOPLE ACT LIKE THIS IN A BUSINESS!!!!!

Was very dissapointed in this store. I shipped a prepacked item through them and was told the options were UPS or USPS at 38 and 39 dollars. I thought it was high but shipped anyway. I later checked on UPS and USPS and the actual shipping was 17.84 and 11.30 respectively. Now i expected to pay extra for the service but not over twice actual shipping costs. Wont use them again. Ill just go to UPS counter or USPS. Hate being taken advantage of.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE! they are absolutely ripping people off. I went to ship out a 2 inch by 4 inch wooden iPhone stand. They wanted to charge $48 to mail it that was the cheapest!!! Rediculous!! Yourbetter off driving a couple miles up the road to the post office!!

Criminals! I had a priority package to ship from Bluewater bay to DC weighing 6 lbs 14oz, Pak mail wanted to charge me $480 FedEx or ~$300 Priority mail. I asked what the actual charge was vice their mark up. The owner/worker said Im not going to tell you that! You dont need to know how I run my business. So I said you obviously dont want my business. So, I took my items to the Niceville Post Office who helped me wrap the package. Actually Priority overnight shipping was $60. This store is a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!

23$ for a medium cardboard box. Wow. If you are at all money conscious please heed this price. Clean inside and Ac cold so gave two stars.

3x usps markup. Good for drop offs, but they charge $20 for a $7 usps small flat rate box.

Insanely high prices. These people are ripping off the people of Niceville. Quick example: box 30L x 20W x 8D, weighing approx 18 lbs. cost $25.30 to ship UPS ground from UPS store in Santa Rosa Beach to Long Island New York. Padded envelope 17L x 12 W x 2D, weighing 2 lbs., prices quoted to ship from this store in Niceville to Bastrop, LA: $39.44 for UPS ground, $37.58 for FedEx ground and $15.88 for USPS priority. Smelling a fish a carried my padded envelope to the post office and shipped USPS priority for $7.05. Meaning this stores mark up is over double actual cost to ship. Beware as you will paying over double if you use this store.

Save your wallet. Charged me $132 to ship a package thru FedEx that FedEx only charges $60 to ship. Counter worker confirmed, their markup is more than the shipping.
