They couldnt really help me but the young lady told me to go to a corporate store they could help me. Corporate store couldnt help me, but at least she was helpful trying her best at Niagara Falls store.

If we purchase a phone from AT&T you should be able to handle all the problems with have with the phone .ln stead was told to go to Samsung Store for the problems.I brought and have contracts with AT&T. Not Samsung.

This was a horrible experience. Walked in to reconfigure my plan and to purchase an iPhone. The employee obviously did not want to help us, and we ended up leaving, discouraged and frustrated. We went to the one on Niagara Falls blvd by Trader Joe’s in Amherst and met with Reggie. It was night and day different. Do not go to this location ! They will make your life more difficult and not help you save money !
Store manager, Justin gave the worst customer service we have ever received by AT&T. Justin did not listen to what our needs are. Instead of answering our questions, he argued with my husband about why the option he was selling was better, even after we explained to him why that would not be best for us. He ended the conversation by scoffing at our explanation and rolling his eyes at what we said to both of his employees and walking away. YES, THE STORE MANAGER DID THAT. My husband and I were nothing but respectful thinking it was just a training issue that needed to be addressed. We were surprised to see that he is actually the store manager for the Niagara Falls location. Perhaps we were right and Justin needs more training, as that was the worst service we have had by AT&T, and we have been with them since Singular Wireless merged with AT&T. What bothered us the most was that Justins action towards us was unprovoked and completely UNPROFESSIONAL right from the start. He interrupted the staff that was helping us. Justin, I hope you find the value of great customer service; at the very least, I hope you find the value of showing respect to others (irregardless of whether they share your opinion) as it is not only good for business, but its also something that you should probably do. The nice gentleman who was helping us before you rudely interrupted him mid-speech was respectful. I feel bad that you put him and your other colleague in an uncomfortable position. I am hoping that there is video footage of what happened so our situation can be used as a training example of what NOT to do. I will be sharing this on any relevant social media platform, and I will also be contacting AT&T to get the contact info of the regional or territory manager (or of a similar position) to share this experience.
What a wonderful store! I stopped in and was assisted by the store manager, Douglas I believe was his name and he was so kind and knowledgeable! I was looking for a new iPad and he helped me pick the one that best met my needs and also helped me pick out wonderful accessories! I’ve been to many locations and this one is just the best!

Different personnel working there almost every time. Never got the impression that anybody was happy to help. Only the more experienced staff have knowledge of the products.
Yesterday I went into this location for assistance regarding a lost phone. The lines were long but the staff did a good job of moving quickly to assist customers. The manager was dealing with a real Karen that was trying to return something she broke and wanted the company to be responsible for. CJ the manager was professional and explained the store policies to this lady repeatedly but because she didnt get her way she was going to escalate it to corporate. She was everything wrong with this world. CJ proceeded to help me with my issue and I recovered my phone. Awesome store and I would recommend it!
The sales associate was very professional & quite efficient with my needs! I came into the AT& T with a purpose. The cliche with my cell phone was resolved promptly & I purchased an accessory that I needed right away! The qualitywas very satisfying to me.I love the personal attention!

Service is great but I was not happy that I was lied to when I signed up for the service. I told them I didn’t want the plan with the mobile hot spot and when I was getting my bills I didn’t understand why it was so high. Then when I went to the store it was because I was on the plan with the hot spot so i had to down grade.*Update* the store manager contacted me and credited me the money I’ve paid since I signed up for the mobile hotspot I never wanted. Since this was done I’m moving my rating up to a 4 star. Since I wasn’t dismissed and the issue was fixed, I’m pleased to say that I will continue to do business with AT&T.
Customer service is a joke, avoid at all costs. Was told they couldn’t do something in store and could only be done online. Went to a different AT&T and got put on a new plan (which apparently they “can’t do in store”) and a new phone. Will be going to other AT&T instead from now on.

The manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional. I told him I was having a hard time understanding him with the mask on and he said that was not the case . I will never go in there again and will let others know how unprofessional they were and how I was treated . I left without buying my new phone because I didn’t want to give them my business . This manager should not be working in customer service
I ordered a phone online for my mother and went in to pick it up. Daequan H cashed me out, he took my license and did a couple things on his tablet and said I was all set after 5 minutes. Drove to my mothers house and tried to use the phone and I couldn’t use it . I went back to the store and he did a couple of more things and said I was all set after giving me attitude because I had called him on the phone, prior to my second visit that day, and said the African American male that waited on me never explained how to get into the phone. I found out after a 40 minute phone call to ATT and then called the store in Tonawanda that he never transferred the SIM card to the new phone. I will not be going back to the Niagara Falls store again! And will continue to visit the Tonawanda store on Sheridan drive from now on. ! They were extremely efficient and great friendly customer service!.

When someone cant find a receipt or a product they purchased - THIS is the location you go to!!!!Thank you again to the pleasant and extremely helpful staff at this location! I will never ever go to At&T again. They’ve sold me a plan and the price just keeps going up and up every month! Started at $160 a month now it’s nearly $400. And they are trying to say I didn’t get the extra package? For the life of me I cannot remember who the guy was, at this store who sold it to me, but it was this store. Worst service ever! And The worst continuous service ever!

Store workers are very slow and rude. Half of the time they don’t even know what they are talking about or lie about stuff to get you to buy a product. They told me my bill would go up $5 it went up $30. Horrible horrible horrible 0 stars if I could!!

Save yourself a headache and just use Verizon, I am sure wishing I did. Ive been having trouble trying to connect with the internet using my phone, unless I am connected to wifi, trying to connect using the AT&T network in different areas of western new york is either SLOW or just plain Forget about it. Of course the first thing the store representative did was connect very easily and quickly inside the store, stating wow thats really fast, please Im older but not stupid, of course inside an AT&T store its going to connect quickly. The employee asked where abouts I was having trouble trying to connect, I gave him an address in town of lewiston, he checked his lil map and said well yeah thats an area doesnt have good coverage, I asked about a location on Lockport rd, he stated that I should have good connectivity there, which I dont, I asked about youngstown, because I have absolutely no data or even phone connectivity on AT&T network, it goes right over to the. Canadien cell network and will charge roaming charges if I attempt to make a call, my Verizon phone never had a problem, again I was told well.. theres only 1 cell tower in that area. He then showed me the coverage map for the AT&T network, yeah your pretty safe if youre in Niagara Falls, but start moving out to the different towns...good luck...Im really still incredulous that Im stuck with this lousy service for the next couple years and nothing can be done to improve it....
