This guy is great! He knew exactly what to do to fix a mechanical problem I was having with my tower, and it was done in an hour. 100% would go here again.

I used Keiths services years ago but for convenience reasons started using other services when I moved to Grand Island. But I thought the least I could do was post a good review for him. He is among the best, honest, personable and I would recommend him. I do plan to use him in the future where convenience is not an issue.

Recently had the need to have two laptops repaired, my wifes Toshiba, which was a costly purchase, and my low end Asus. I found the owner, Keith, to be honest and straightforward with his estimates on both. The repairs were done in a timely fashion as he said they would be and the costs were very reasonable. Im extremely glad to have found a local business that is the exact opposite of the typical big box chain, operated by someone you can talk to who represents himself and his business. I definitely recommend Universal Services.

I went here to get my laptop fixed after my daughter halfway pulled the screen off and I have to say that I enjoyed everything about my experience with this company. The guy was friendly, helpful, professional, honest and just plain great. My laptop was fixed quickly and efficiently and Im very pleased with my experience. :)

If you dont know about computers this place seems great.. If you do you will see the bad very very quickly. This place sells used dated parts at a premium price, you can go on ebay and get the parts cheaper and have more confidence it will work. Cable management is a joke and the store is DISGUSTING seriously Keith clean the place. a little windex and paper towels will go a long way. They also are using pirated software like photoshop, Microsoft Office suite, I am sure there is more.. (reported)The windows keys are also stolen (ask for proof of purchase on windows) and deactivate within a week and will not reactivate because someone else bought the same key and used it on their machine with different hardware, you are going to have to jump through hoops and have some luck to get MS to ok it again. Go somewhere else, dont get ripped off, this place is not professional and you can literally do everything he does better and more correctly than just getting the machines in and out for a quick buck.

I have been dealing with Universal Services for years! Very honest, good quality, and responsive service. The best PC repair shop in town!

Excellent service and great prices

The people who run this place are completely rude. Never asked for even a name for my computer upon dropping it off. They said it would be ready in a few days and after 5 days I called to ask for an update on how everything was going I received the reply,It will be done when its done. I called another week later and asked if it was ready and they said yes they didnt have a name or phone number to contact me and that it had been ready for days. Now after only having the computer back for a month I have received errors on the computer and come to find out they have installed an ILLEGAL version of Windows 7 onto the computer! They will not be getting any more service calls from me.

Thought my laptop computer was toast and would have to spend a bunch on a new one. On my way to bestbuy I passed by this place thought Id have them take a look. What did I have to lose - right? They found the problem in five minutes. Couldnt be more pleased

Illegal software! I had my windows upgraded but my security system kicked out whatever they used to activate it and now I have a black screen saying its not a genuine copy. I did NOT get a sticker now I have no product key to activate even though I paid too much money for illegal garbage!If you got a windows upgrade there see if you got a sticker with a product key and if not write a review here and report them!
