On time and fixed the issue with my fridge without trying to give me other things to fix.
Although the service person was extremely good, punctual and quick, I was very disappointed that I had to go without a washing machine for 2 1/2 weeks because the rep ordered the wrong parts the first time (not even for my washer) and the second time the part was still not correct but he had one in his van. Not sure if it was new and does this pose a problem for breaking down in the future?
The tech that came out was incredibly polite and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher, repaired it and was finished with a clean work area in no time. I would definitely consider using this service again if needed in the future.
Wonderful experience. Sears is now my official appliance repair provider. Technician was great - extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Sears is a trusted name and the price was very reasonable.

Awful experience. Call center is outside of US so I couldnt communicate with anyone over the phone (accents and broken English). I told Sears before they came out there was a hole in the washing machine door gasket. 1st tech came out without part and said it would need to be ordered. Fine, I get that. Sears wanted $90 for the part, I found it online for $57. 2 tech calls to come out for appointment and declares it will be an additional service charge. I disagree and ask to speak to a manager, tech says there is no manager its policy. I start to argue that there should not be an additional service charge, tech says Im not coming out and promptly hangs up the phone on me! So when all is said and done I paid $60 for a tech to come out for 10 minutes and tell me something I already knew. I tried to explain this to the representative with the Indian accent, but they are just reading off of cue cards. Never again! It would have been over $300 for everything. I ended up doing it myself in less than an hour and the price of the part!
Repairman was very friendly and informative. He explained about the freezer handle and how the new seals on the freezer and refrigerator work now.Very happy with the results and back to loving my new Kenmore refrigerator.
Garry was friendly and professional service technician. He arrived within the scheduled window and even called early to let me know he would be driving later in that window. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our Samsung dryer and had the part on his truck. Unit is running great again.

They were here four time going on number 5 washer still not working going on 19 day without a washer ok so now they come and put in a new mother board and a new sensor still not working . Now they ordered a wire harness and were going on day 23 with no washer. I have 6 people living in this house so I have lots of laundry. Not only clothes but 5 king size beds. I have spent over $76.00 at the laundry mat with you only giving me $50. I made an appointment yesterday and they were suppose to b here today between 8 and 12. At 1210 I called them and they said they were not coming due to scheduling mixup. My time is just as precious as yours, I sit home and wait and I dont even get a phone call telling me that the repairman is not coming. The repairman does not no anything about this machineThey are just fishing and ordering parts.

Technician arrived hours late. When I started a chat to ask when he would arrive I received a 25% off coupon by email. I was billed $271.88 to simply unclog the freezer drain. No parts were needed. The tech refused to honor my coupon. Then Sears - who GAVE me the Coupon refused to honor it as well. Customer Service has given me the runaround and been very unhelpful. Their emails are in poorly written English. Overcharged and Underserviced, I will find another resource in the future and Sears has just lost all of my future business.
Your repairman was at my home on 5/15/19 and determined that my less than 2 year old dishwasher needed a new part. The $14 part was covered under warranty but labor was not. I was required to pay $123.79 towards the labor bill and scheduled an appointment for 5/22/19 for the repair man to return and fix my dishwasher. The part that the repairman ordered was delivered Fed Ex on 5/20/19. When the repairman did not show up for the scheduled appt I called the service dept and was informed that I did not schedule an appt. I DID SCHEDULE AN APPT WITH THE REPAIRMAN THE DAY HE TOOK MY MONEY. My time is as valuable as anyone elses time. I am furious that I have to take an additional day off (5/23/19) from work because YOUR repairman did not enter the scheduled appt into your system. To fairly rectify your repairmans error, please eliminate labor costs or pay the my daily wages (a bit more than the cost of the labor bill).
Called other services....gave vague prices or not willing to work on elite series washer. Ddecided to call Sears directly. Were prompt, gave accurate diagnosis, left laundry room clean after repair. Even found discount to apply to repair. Not the cheapest...but the best.
After receiving a 20% off coupon I scheduled the repair service call. Although the service was quick and complete the technician said he forgot to put the coupon into the system and charged me the full price. I waited a few days and called the 1-800 number to inquire about the refund and I got a lengthy excuse about not being able to refund my money and how they would send me a gift card for Sears/KMart. I didnt want a gift card, I wanted a refund. The excuses continued and it made me think that Sears is running a scam with this coupon. I will never use Sears repair services again and will issue a charge back on my credit card because Sears is unwilling to honor their own word. Extremely disappointed.
It was my second run after the first repair didnt fix anything. This time a gentleman with a lot of experience came into our home and gave me new faith on home repair. He diagnose the problem and fixed it immediately very impressed.

The repair man was wonderful but it took seven trips to my house to fix my tv and all the parts they replaced it should of been that sears gave us a new tv that would of been faster and cheaper we went seven weeks without a tv I paid a cable bill all those weeks with no tv to use it on very bad customer service on sears part
I would give ZERO STARS if possible! Technician failed to fix the water tank after I waited 11 days for service. Rescheduling this was a complete nightmare! Sears and A&E are horrific. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take your business elsewhere!!!
