I’ve been working with Russ for almost three years now, and I’ve never been stronger or more fit. While he is a physical therapist and owns the gym, he is also a terrific trainer who is deeply knowledgeable about the body and how to heal and strengthen it. I always walk out of his gym feeling like I had fun getting my butt kicked, and know I’m healthier for it.

Zach is an amazing physical therapist! I am a long time athlete and have been dealing with knee pain on and off for the last few years. He was able to get me feeling better and back to sports quickly!

This place is incredible! I had back surgery in August 2020 and Ive been doing physical therapy with Zach. He does not go light on me and I get my butt kicked everytime I go. Physical therapy here is amazing. Russ, Zach, and AJ are great. They really watch you to make sure you are doing your exercises accurately. Definitely come here if you need results for PT. I have not done personal training here, but if its anything like PT you will get results.

My experience at Paramount Performance and Rehab has been... paramount! I have worked with Zach for low back issues I have had for years. He was able to get rid of the pain I had and has helped me get stronger and back to the activities I love to do. I would absolutely recommend Paramount to anyone!

Father had surgery recently and came here for rehab. Extremely professional clinic with safety of their patients being their top priority. Impressed with how personal their care is while not losing sight of keeping everyone safe during the pandemic, Zach, Russ, and AJ are all excellent PTs who push their patients to improve every day! Would highly recommend for any patient looking for a safe place for rehab who will push you forward in your recovery!

Im a long distance runner with many marathons and some ultras under my belt. The miles and the years took their toll in the form of a mega tight right hip flexor and everything that attaches to it, from my calf to my IT band to my glutes. I was referred to Russ and went to Paramount for about 4 months... Im much improved! Well see, maybe Boston #16 is on the docket for 2021. The best part about Paramount are the staff - they are super friendly and inviting, but also push you to push yourself. Im for sure going to miss talking fantasy football with my therapist AJ while getting rolled out by the metal beast!
