Terrible and bizarre experience working briefly for this place as a recruiter - I lasted a week (which apparently is happenstance for this company; the turnover rate is very high for several reasons). Very misleading interview process. The owner Adam Goddess is not willing to put in any money and time into training his employees. Coworkers (who shall not be named) also acknowledged that training and hiring procedures are problematic. All training is completed by computer. Small errors made while training (example: sounding anxious/scripted during recruiting calls) are grounds for immediate dismissal with no opportunity to improve, no warning, no feedback and no second chances. However, coworkers were great and office is small and cozy. While Express may sometimes be adept at finding jobs for its associates - all is not well internally for those working directly under Adam. If you are seeking to work as a recruiter, do NOT choose Express Employment.

Saw somebodys blog publication recently - referring to Express Employment Professionals in Newton. This prompted me to create a review. Ive been a viewer/audience member of this young ladys academic blog for years now, as somebody who also does research in the field of organizational psych and is colleagues with their previous advisor/professor. Im somebody who is passionate about employee wellbeing as my lifes work, and I must say - wow. Very unscrupulous business practices. Your company makes at will employment a very risky situation for employees seeking feedback and training.

And let me tell you between the owner and the recruiting manager I couldn’t pick which person gives a more phenomenal job search experience. Spring of 2021 was my first time using an employment agency. I had reached out to several other agencies to no avail, but Express Employment had a position available tout suite with an excellent starting salary. The employees at the agency were proactive, calling and texting me frequently to gauge the interview process with their client. Its possible my timing was fortuitous, but Id recommend Express Employment for their diligence and work ethic.
