Called around 12:30 in the afternoon for a man who was abandoned on the side of the road with no phone. No answer. I realized the number was a cell phone number so I thought, maybe a text would be easier for them. Sent a text. They read it about 20 minutes later (we both had iPhones) so I sent another message. Saying if you’re going to have a business and read your messages, screen your calls, at least turn off your read receipts. It’s extremely rude and unprofessional. And their only response was for me to write a review. So here I am. I am so happy to say I’ve never needed a cab because honestly, they won’t even bother answering the phone let alone actually coming to get you. It’s actually really sad that this company is an option for people around here. If I could I wouldn’t even give this dumpster fire one star.
