I had a house that was, in my view, in very bad shape. I put up a For Sale by Owner sign, then searched Google for home buyer/flippers because the house could be profitable for someone willing to do substantial work on it. I didnt want to give it away but I wanted a fair deal to both of us. I met with Garth based on the recommendation of a mutual friend that I trust. Immediately Garth was different. Very personable and just as willing to offer alternative options and recommendations even if the property wasnt one he was going to buy. He gave me a verbal potential number and said he would get back with me. Garth called the next day, we solidified the offer and signed a contract. We agreed to close within 30 days. This was the only spot he was wrong. We closed in 14 days not 30 days. Im very pleased with his honesty and straightforward approach.In a business that can sometimes take advantage of a seller, Garth was just flat out honest and fair. Recommend him? Absolutely. A man named garth who works for this company has done nothing but harrass us about moving out. Even before an eviction was filed in court he threatened to enter the house and rekey it. Essentially threatened to lock us out of our residence with our belongings and our cat still in the house. Illegal Im sure.
