We needed a home inspector for a second home we were looking to buy in Newport. We selected NE Inspection Services based on a recommendation from our broker. Bill did an excellent job. He was flexible, professional and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the house we were buying ..... from the external structure to the heating and electrical systems. As we walked through the home he took lots of pictures and pointed out areas of concern and provided lots of helpful information regarding what next steps should be taken to resolve potential problems.
