Amazing. Uber and Lyft are almost impossible to book, so you’d think Executive Shuttle would see a great business opportunity. I booked them last week and loved the convenience. I travel 3-4 times a month to the airport for business. I was ready to make the switch. Then I call today to book a ride and the dispatcher told me the company sent a memo out no longer allowing single drivers.Unreal. I’d give them 3.5 stars for service (they are 13 passenger vans after all. And 1 stars for the new policy.

We highly recommend Executive Transportation! They came through in a pinch when our other transport company cancelled on us the day before our daughters wedding. We would go to them first next time around!!

I found out on Friday night that I needed a transport for a wedding party of 14 to take wedding pictures on Saturday. I called around 7:00pm and was greeted by a very capable person who lined me up with a suitable transport for the next day at 3:00 pm. The driver arrived in a well maintained vehicle. The driver was dressed in a suit and tie, and was very professional to the wedding photographer and the wedding party.Based on this experience I will use them again in the future and recommend them to friends.

I use Executive Transportation for all my international guests exclusively. From the airport to the hotel to the office, Executive Transportation is consistently on time, professional, and delivers quality service. The invoices are correct and the level of detail for pick-up and drop-offs are very clear. If there are any issues or concerns, which are far and few between, they are quickly resolved.

On time (early), opened door for me even though it meant driver had to stand in rain in order to do so. Very professional. Will absolutely use again.

My experience was great. I called late last night for a 6 am pickup this morning. The van was waiting for me when I checked out and Judy, the driver, was top notch. I got to the airport in plenty of time and enjoyed chatting with Judy.

Executive Transportation always comes through when I need them. Their staff is always courteous and friendly and always wants to get the best deal for the customer. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, which in turn, makes it easier for me to bring my business back to them.

Convenient location to I-471. Good courteous professional service but call ahead well in advance to reserve your ride. Remember to be courteous and tip your driver.

We called 3 hours before prom and executive was able to accommodate our request. They initially said they would be sending a town car but the driver pulled up in a stunning suburban (even better). The driver was very polite and professional. Thanks for the outstanding service on such short notice.

Booked a round trip shuttle. First leg was fine. Shuttle never showed for the return trip. The guy at the desk told me there were no vans around. This is after I’ve prepaid. Would avoid at all costs.

An employee driving an executive transportation shuttle screamed at the guests I was picking up from the airport because they were waiting in the wrong spot. He then proceeded to pull his van up less than a foot away from my shuttle while the man was loading his children into the vehicle. He was so close to my shuttle that my passengers could barely open their doors to get in. He endangered this family and their children because he was inconvenienced for one moment.

TERRIBLE experience!! Two terrible experiences both times executive was scheduled to pick me up to take me to the airport I called them because they were late they did not have my reservation even though I had an email confirmation then they put the blame on me, even though they picked me up from the airport a few days before also did not have that reservation in system. Almost missed my flight TWICE.
