Ned is a highly skilled computer guru who possesses the ability to diagnose and repair issues with both PC and Apple computers. He recently brought back to life a 15.4 MacBook Pro screen for me that the other shops on island claimed to have no backlight, and therefore rendered useless. I was incredibly satisfied and elated with his service. Prior to that, Ned replaced a faulty motherboard on another MacBook of mine which is a very complex task. I enjoy speaking with his lovely wife Linda while I am in the shop. She has an infectious personality and keeps up very well with the administrative duties. Together they make a fantastic team! This place was great! 😃👍 I was looking for thermal paste for a cpu and only needed a little. The man was amazingly accommodating and friendly give me some of his so i dint need to buy a hole tube for such a small project. Definitely going to use them if i ever have future computer problems.

Bad experience. Ned ( the owner ) is a hot head and loses his temper easily. I had a new hard drive installed and it did not work right and basically Ned said too bad. He doesnt know much about computers.
