Ryan the mechanic is very good and is good with making things right everyone else there are very rude as hell never again will I buy a rig from there or suggest anyone else going there to get a rig such a rip of.. Ive had to fix the car I have more times in 5 months then I have ever had to fix a rig in my life even problems it had when I bought it it shouldnt even have been inspected at all or sold.......

Ive been to nearly every mechanic/shop in the area over years. Delabruere Auto sales also offers authorized Chevrolet service. Which one may assume is more expensive than the other garages. To my surprise, not only is their pricing less than most local garages, their service department is excellent. Honest, thourough but not hunting for a reason to hit you with some overkill bill for work not needed. I havent bought a vehicle through them but I wont take any vehicle anywheres else. Quick to get you in, flexible with work scope & just great and good experience, many times over now. Good people. Great service. Very good pricing. I wont take my vehicle anywheres else.

My wife bought a minivan here. We bought an extended warranty for the vehicle. Well I was sitting there finishing the paperwork with my wife I could hear the sales manager tell the warranty company that the van had only forty-nine thousand miles on when in actuality it had fifty-five thousand miles on it. Which I guess was an advantage for us because the warranty cost less. We bought the vehicle in October we never use the air conditioning until it started getting warm in May or June. The air-conditioning didnt work. The warranty was supposed to cover everything and initially they said they would fix it. Then they came back to us with this sob story. About they would have to buy a special tool to fix the air conditioning line and they refuse to fix it under warranty. Well I finally threatened them after making many calls and they finally agreed to fix the line mind you the only problem wrong with this was that the air conditioning line to the rear air conditioner a thick line about the size around as my thumb had broken. Air conditioning lines running fairly high pressure instead of fixing it the right way they clamp the rubber hose around it. It worked for about a week although at the time we hardly used it until that point where it broke again. I ended up taking it to another mechanic who ordered the section of pipe needed to fix it and fixed it properly it cost less than $200. . On another occasion I was searching for a work truck and driving by I saw a 1 ton GMC pickup for sale. Now my brother who lives quite a distance from me. Is a certified Master mechanic. Not knowing a lot about GMC pickups. I asked my brother if there were any inherent issues that I should look for. He said yes make sure the front and rear differentials are not leaking. Well I went and took the truck for a test drive. Now if youre going to test drive a vehicle youre going to push it pretty hard on the test drive you wanted to break when you dont own it. It was about an hour test drive I tested it and both 2-wheel and 4-wheel drive and I was interested enoughto ask them to bring it into their shop and put it up in the air so that I could check the front and rear differentials. The rear differential had no fluid in it whatsoever. I even took a zip tie been stuck it all the way to the base of the and the only thing that came on the zip tie for fluid in there was one drip of what look like tar. So I politely told the salesman I was not interested. Now the truck is up in the air with a differential plug out there was a salesman and the mechanic standing next Me. The mechanic starts to put the plug back in to the rear differential I said why dont you put some oil in that before you put the plug back in. He took he container of 90 weight gear oil and put one big squirt in. Now Ive worked on rear differentials and those things take 3 to 4 quarts of differential oil. He proceeded to lower the vehicle down and put it back on the line of used cars. Some poor guy bought that truck. This place has a reputation for screwing over people. I have told as many people as I can about my experience here and Ive heard several other stories from people who heard my story. I would be very wary of buying anything from these people.

Delabruere Auto did an incredible job getting us into 2 newer cars, thats the end. We bought a 2010 Nissan Maxima that had around 35,000 miles on it that now has 39000 miles on it. In 8 months, between parts that have been covered by Nissan and out of pocket, we have spent just under $4000 and it has to go back again! During the entire process, Delabruere Auto sales has had NO expense out of pocket, even refusing to pay the wrecker bill when it went to Nissan the first time, 3 weeks after purchasing the car! From talking to several other people in the community, we were not the first to have issues like this, just wish someone else had posted a review so we could have known ahead of time.

Initially I was very happy with the service in their shop. The problems began immediately however when somebody screwed up there. Instead of saying my bad, there was a miscommunication, they lied and made up stories to try to cover up their screw up, costing me money and more importantly time that I dont have to waste. There is no bigger sign of poor character than refusal to take accountability for a mistake. While maybe more of an issue with a particular employee or two and not with the dealership as a whole the experience has left me sour enough that I will never return for service and certainly not for purchasing a vehicle.

Garbage this place cares nothing about machanics or cars like to do things without asking and expect the costomer to pay for it drop a car of to them at 4 in the afternoon after they did a fresh rebuild on the motor because its skipping and sounding like a truck with a broken exhasut and im told i need an oil change mind u after the motor was rebuilt? Didnt u change the oil when u rebuilt the motor this is a company that shld go bankrupt and have a buy here pay here delership so they can have whatever junks they want and charge you whatever they want for there grade school machanics. Suppose to be a chevy machanic and have a lady from service take it for a ride and say oh it needs an oil change lol Wow avoid these people and any car that comes from them there a joke

This place is a rip off I bought a SUV from there told them of multiple problems in the first 30 days of ownership and they refused to fix the problems. So I financed the SUV and I had to pay $3000.00 more for repairs

Not a fan of the place seem to have issues with the garage and not a fan they never fixed my ac after numerous times of going in ....It didnt work when I bought the car from them it should have been fixed for free
