I am a homeowner who has worked with Mike and Anne Myers to manage my property for the last 10 years. They are honest, professional, hard working, and truly understand and care about keeping homes in good condition for the benefit of both tenants and owners. They have cared for my home so well that it is in better shape after 10 years of renters than it was when I started renting it out. They care about both tenants and owners, and they do a great job finding trustworthy tenants and making sure that the homes stay in great condition.

The Myers Realty Group is a wonderful mom and pop company run by The Myers, Anne and Mike. I cant for the life of me understand all of the negative reviews they have! Weve lived in one of the properties they manage for the last three years and its been simply the best renting experience Ive ever had. If we have an issue we call, and if nobody answers we leave a voice mail and they send someone right away. No problem has ever gone longer than 24 hours without being addressed. When the hurricane was projected to hit they told us all the crucial stuff we needed to know living on the water and told us to take care of ourselves first and not worry about the property until later since it was covered by insurance and people>property. They truly care about their renters and property owners and it shows. I wouldnt hesitate to rent from them if I were looking again in this area!

If you want professionalism DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!! I was charged for repair issues that were not caused by me, requested other repairs be complete and they were never addressed during the 2 yrs I rented home and when I moved in home was not cleaned. Live there that long and could never open windows because screens I asked to be placed on windows never happened. I cleaned house upon leaving but was charged a cleaning fee. They are Money Hungry and the worst Husband & Wife Team around. Owner of home granted an extra week to vacate home (due to what they had going on and weather) and Myers tried to charge for it. Truly dissatisfied customer.

Mrs Ann and her husband are the most sweetest and genuine people that I would ever run across Mrs Ann has helped me in so many ways finding a property that suits me and my special-needs nephew unfortunately because of his resources in another town we had to back out at the last minute and she refunded my money the same exact day I called and notified her and I asked her could I give her a donation for any inconvenience and she would not take anything from me she is so Sweet honest and pure! She reminds me of a loving aunt mom or grandma! She and her husband didn’t look down own me when I explained to her my past which was a little rough and although she and I are of different races, Mr and Mrs Myers still was there for me and treated me like I was worthy! I know people write fake reviews but this review that I am writing is nowhere near fake and I must say it is very hard to believe anything negative about the Myers Realty group. this is my honest review

Mrs. Ann Myers is the sweetest person ever. She cares for her clients and makes sure we are happy. She’s upfront and honest. My family and I will definitely work with her and this company again.

Myer is very nasty once we vacated the premises he had a nerve to send a bill saying the owner of the house is owed money because we moved out a day later and he had to eat out. Than left a nasty message on the VM because we made a complaint about his professionalism and the overated move out charges. Hes a slum will make up things just to keep your deposit.

Do not do business with them.. save your money. The half but take care of the property’s, and charge you when it breaks, when it wasn’t install right in the first place..

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! When we moved into our house, there were quite a few issues including the roof leaking, walls not freshly painted, carpet not clean, bathroom floor rotten. So many issues in fact that we sought clarification from Myers Group on the discrepancies between the status of the house at move in and what was stated in the lease. Myers promised to get the damaged items fixed and provided us a letter that they would not hold us accountable to the standards in the lease because of the condition at move in. It took half a year and threatening to withhold lease payments to finally get someone to attempt to fix the issues. The quality of work was incomplete and poor. Now that we are moving out, Myers Group is trying to hold us to the lease and expecting us to fix things that were not fixed before we moved in. STAY AWAY!!! YOU DONT WANT TO GO THROUGH WHAT WE HAVE.

I would recommend them absolutely and completely. When our power box and breaker died two weeks ago on a Friday evening, they arrived in less than 2 hours to fix it. We were in the middle of a Brown out, and Mr. Meyers personally walked us through what we needed to do before their electrical and dominion power arrived. Drew (the electrican) was there until almost midnight in 90 degree heat to make sure it was taken care of properly. They are fantastic, and we feel secure and safe rebting from them.

The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I’VE EVER SEEN! They are no where near professionals. You can never get in contact with them. Husband and wife ran. They are both ruder than hell. They don’t care about their renters they are money hungry!

So, Pam who is the office manager or whatever her title is has zero customer service skills and will never let you report a problem, talks over you and hangs up the phone on you. I have been trying to get a hole in my living room floor fixed for over 3 months and they keep ignoring the problem. They are constantly charging me unwarranted late fees and in NSF fee for a check that was never even attempted to be cashed because the money was in my bank account tbe whole time! Crooks! All 3 of them! Most worthless P.O.S.s i have ever dealt with in my life. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Their standards were well below ours for sure as a home owner. We didnt expect it back in mint condition....but definitely not in this run down condition! To list a few things...... Brand new sink cracked, he offered to buy new then once they found out it was a custom sink they backed out by saying it doesnt leak and that it was normal wear and tear. No proof of inspections within two years, neighbors saw no visits. House was filthy! Supposedly it was professionally cleaned. They need to change their cleaner if thats the case! Carpets werent cleaned, but he did send someone out to reclean them. ..but you could tell they werent in the first place (Cleaning tracks nonexistent). Bathrooms with urine stains, tubs stained, and light fixtures dirty etc. Yard was turned into nothing but dirt. Nail holes and nails left in walls with smoke damage on wall from candles. Filter for furnace had an inch of dust caked on it. Busted door frame, custom blind broken. Bushes and trees over grown and not maintained at all with branches and debris all over yard, holes in fence. Its called property management..the only thing managed was the 10% they received each month!Thank goodness we came into town when we did. Could have possibly been rented out again in this condition, to be further neglected and ran down. Wow!, I wish I could post pictures! Horrible customer service, came into office for inspection sheet was told only Mike deals with paper work. When you needed Mike he was at a house doing work orders. Everything is on Mikes computer so nobody in office could do anything for you. ONLY ONE Good thing, is he rented out house fast. No notification of tenants moving out in an advance either. Theres more sadly..but this is enough for this post. Id give zero stars if I could.

Whatever you do DO NOT rent a home through this reality. They are the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I have ever worked with. The receptionist started a screaming match with me about a fee they wanted us to pay that WAS NOT IN OUR LEASE and then hung up on me. I called back to express my concern about how unprofessional that was and she replied with WE DO NOT CARE! and hung up on me again. Along with all of that they are trying to charge us a whole hand full of ridiculous fees. They are truly the worst realty I have ever worked with.

They were literally always late, if they even showed up, every time we were supposed to meet, including the first time I was shown a house.They were unresponsive to questions and when we had issues with the house. It took the home owner coming for a visit before they sent someone to look at a significant water leak we had told them about months before, and it took us moving out months after that for them to fix the ceiling damage associated to the leak. This damage was so bad that large pieces of the ceiling were falling off. When moving out it took 5 or 6 phone calls and emails to have questions answered about their move out process. Eventually I had to show up in person.They will try to nickle and dime you for everything. I had them do 2 pre-moveout walk throughs, because they were too scatter brained to do it right/complete it the first time. At the end of both, I was told everything looked great. Then over a month after moving out I was charged hundreds of dollars for cleaning and repairs.If you are looking to rent a home managed by them, I would recommend one of the other many similar homes in the area managed by someone else. If your home is being managed by them, I would check on your property more often and talk to the tenets.

Mike Myers- the name is fitting. What a Jerk. They will not fix anything. They are rude, unprofessional, and lazy. Why are they still in business? He and his wife- birds of a feather flock together. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people.

Didnt have the chance to rent property because the woman in the office was sooo nasty that I didnt want to see ANY of their properties!!! Stop hiring just anybody Myers Realty!!! They are making your business look bad!

First off being a military member and living in these condition is like living in a hut in Afghanistan its Terrible if you are a home owner and need to rent your home out please do not let Myers realty be your property manager my house is falling apart and the told us when we moved in that they were gonna update that was almost two years ago we have had limbs fall and damage our car and cost us out of pocket weve had to clean the gutter because we treat this home like are own and we know the home owners are being taken for a ride pressure wash the house ECT the fridge is so rusted and leaky my children are not allowed to touch it in fear of hurting themselves please do you homework before renting with these people

This guy is a crook. Took him to court and he failed to show up the first time and then tried to get the case over ruled.

Very unprofessional, tries to charge hidden fees and take advantage of you . Their secretary is very rude . Just save your self some time and sanity by NOT going to Myers.

Quite possibly the worst property management in the business. One star is way too high for this business. Stay far, far away!!
