I went to this PO to send my husbands care package (whos deployed). I arrived at 4:15 waited in line, and by the time I was served it was 4:52. The man who took my packages said, I knew better, I knew better to send it right before they close. I arrived almost an hour prior to closing! He kept repeating this over and over, and brought me to tears. Apparently he thinks I shouldnt send a package to my deployed husband. And, that I need to arrive at the preferred time of the postal clerk.
Clueless and disrespectful. Went for a money order had to wait until they were done chatting. Said good morning and did not get a reply. Asked why the flag was at half mast they looked at me if I was stupid. Since they had no clue themselves. Service was terrible not sure if they understood english or not. This is why we continually as taxpayers bail them out.

The man they delivered it to brought my package to my apartment and told me the post office accidentally delivered my package to him. After so many times of the same thing happening, its not an accident anymore!Something needs to happen!!!

I have been calling every day to talk to somebody about my mailbox key because they gave me the wrong set of keys. No one has been answering the phone, and I havent been able to get in my mailbox since I move in October, and it is January now.
Sometimes the carrier skips our entire neighborhood. We have informed delivery and the mail never comes on time. Ive had outgoing mail on my box at 7am and it doesnt get picked up. No way to get bills paid in time with this lack of service. No wonder the USPS has such a bad reputation and I wish there was a way to give negative stars on this review.
Reading these reviews, I was nervous about this being my local post office. I went in the week of getting my apartment to get my mailbox key. I was told itd take 2 weeks. I went in last week (2 weeks later), and the guy behind the counter stated the locks on the mailboxes were being changed and so he needed to wait so Id know which key to get. He told me to write my phone number on a piece of paper and Id get a call. Reading these reviews, I assumed I wouldnt get a call. I went in today and asked about my mailbox key. The same guy looked and stated it wasnt ready yet, and asked me if its been 2 weeks. I stated yes, and that I had been there last week. I expressed worry because I just started a new job and my first paycheck will be coming in the mail. The guy asked me again if I was sure its been 2 weeks, which felt disrespectful. He clearly didnt remember me from the previous week. Im worried its going to take weeks to get access to my mail, and I feel like the customer service is severely lacking with this office. Im not sure why its that one guy, who doesnt seem very friendly.Edit 7/3: I went today again because I was told my mailbox key would be ready the end of the week. Once again I was told, Its not ready. I had to explain again that I saw my keys pulled out and was told I had to wait for locks to be changed. The guy redirected me to a supervisor who called someone and then made me refill out the paperwork, and told me someone would knock on my door to give me my key. I asked her, So Ill get it today? Yeah.I had made plans to go out afterwards but went straight home instead so I could get my key. I live 3 minutes away for context. Its been 2 hours and I never got my key. I am frustrated that Ill have to go in Monday and I am usually patient with those in customer service. However I am angry at the lack of service Ive been provided in just getting access to my mail.
Disrespectful van driver recklessly driving around 420 pm today dec 15 Van number ** 7422334** I couldn’t tell which gender the driver was .but coming towards Thru the back parking lot from Warwick as I’m driving to drop off a Lyft customer the van driver was ridding mi bumper thru the parking lot to go no where but next door building to drop my customer off. If that don’t get check someone will get hurt trying to walk or try to park or ride a bike or anything spend Thru the parking lot in a postal service vehicle should not be allowed .The driver was watching me hard while mi female customer n I was talking a little. Been waiting a month and a half for mailbox keys. They gave me the number to save me a trip, but do not answer calls from the experience Ive had. They told me they could hold my mail for me. I filled out a slip and came in a wwek later for my mail, to which the response was I didnt fill out a hold request for my mail.I do not remember the managers name. She became irate when I was asking if there was anything that could be done to assure my keys would be expedited since I just transferred to a new military unit I am waiting for correspondence from. After many exasperated sighs and lip smacks I decided she wouldnt be able to help and left.I returned for mail again a day or two after my hold request and was told I did not have mail. Luckily I caught the mailman while dropping off mail at my apartments and found the mail I was waiting on was in my mailbox.
I am only giving 2 stars because there is 1 guy in the post office who is decent. Our mailcarriers are ALWAYS yapping on their phone, only 1 wears a uniform and it takes DAYS to get our outgoing mail picked up. Our female mail carrier loves cramming our mail box with multiple junk mail fliers (all the same.) She almost ripped our box off the wall one day! When I went into the post office last week there were 2 guys in there and no line. I had 27 packages to drop off and get a receipt. Unfortunately Grump-grumpanany was our cashier and he was so rude! I ordered med. flat rate supplies 2 months ago and havent recieved them so I asked him if they had any in the back, I just needed 8. He went to the back, made no effort to look (I saw him sit down and face away) so I waited a few more minutes. Then I hollered at him until he came back out and he rudely told me I had to order them online because that was too many to give to a customer. I told him I did, I was waiting and I had 8 orders in the car waiting for boxes. He got really snippy and finally gave me 6 of them. Thank the good Lord for the only nice guy in there because Grumpus is awful to deal with!
Horrible service everytime I go in there its an issue app says my package ready for pick up they they tell me they cant give it to me because they need to deliver it but my app says I can pick it up. All employees rude. Get new people in there with good customer service
This post office loses my letters all the time. Went to office but supervisor could not give me a straight answer as to why my mail keeps on not being delivered. I get the emails with scanned picture of my mail about to arrive. Several items have not arrived and they are always important information such info from social security or a check. Not sure what else to do but to report all this as a crime.

Worst post office ever. Continued to deliver mail after i have submitted two change of address. While living there would constantly get other peoples mail. Nothing professional about this place overall.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went in close to closing and they did not rush me or act irritated. The line moved quickly.
Terrible service. Home delivery is unbelievable. Dont show up for days, show up at night, constantly delivering other peoples mail to the house. Dont buy stamps if it goes to support this post office!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This post office has lost my mail several times. The staff here are rude and very unhelpful. There have been several times that packages with tracking numbers have been reported that they attempted delivery, when no delivery was even attempted. There have been times that we have to physically go to this post office and pick packages up and the staff had issues finding my stuff until I pulled up security footage, then my items were found no problem. As a military member. I have dealt with several states and several post offices, and I have never encountered a post office this awful before. Something seriously needs to be done about this location.
I have never had a need to call this post office so I cant speak to that. I got a PO box here so I would not have to have packages delivered to my house. When you are gone when UPS attempts to deliver a package they dont leave it but put a sticker on your door so then you have to find the UPS facility to pick up your package. When I have packages delivered to this PO they put the ones that will fit in my box and put larger ones in lockers so i can easily get them after hours and they are close to home. In my experience this post office does a very good job.
Should have listened to the reviews before deciding to come here. Truly worst post office ever. Shouldn’t even have one star. I didn’t even get to send my package out, just had to walk out. The only postal service member at the front took forever with just one customer and seemed to be quite rude to her.
I had a terrible experience at this post office one staff member in particular was incredibly rude. I assume it’s because it was near closing time. But they didn’t have the supplies readily available to tape up the box I was trying to send and didn’t have a pen to write the address on the label and decided to get snippy when my box wasn’t ready for shipping. I’m happy I don’t live in the area and don’t have to come back to be subject to such terrible customer service. Please avoid this place. If you see Nathaniel, he was the rudest postal worker I’ve ever encountered. Be nice to him and maybe he won’t be so rude.
I honestly never leave reviews anywhere, but this post office is literally the shambliest post office I have ever been to, the staff has no idea what they’re doing and it takes forever! Also, they almost lost my package, which was supposed to be delivered to my apartment but marked as “no secure location” for drop off? I had to go pick it up the next day. Super inconvenient and bad customer service!

We were so happy to find someone open and HELPFUL on a Saturday! Mind now: hours are 10 am to 12 noon only, but its only about 2 miles to get to it with virtually no traffic. AND its right on the way to Mayos Garden store! We plan on stopping in again today.😇😎😀
The question is: To have the post office hold your mail and never get it, or, let the mail accumulate in your mail box and hope nobody takes it? Your best bet is the second option. This location does a horrible job. Needs new management. Also, in general, USPS needs to have better hours. Either open early in the morning and stay open till 6pm, so working people can collect their mail and/or address any issues.
1 star is too much. wont answer phone, Ive had 3 packages sent to me and returned as undeliverable as addressed but so not true - had many packages to this same address. When I actually go there to pick UP a package Im treated like a criminal - I give them my license AND military ID and they still act like Im stealing from THEM? I havent ever been treated as a human there.Currently I am just letting the phone ring and no one will answer as my sister sent a package I saw the label with my name and address - and they are saying undeliverable. Phone has been ringing for over 3 minutes solid.
Our mail carrier doesnt even deliver half of the time. Hell come every few days with stacks of mail. Even junk mail arrives every day, so I KNOW its not that we just dont have anything that day. When we have packages scheduled for delivery, half the time they arent delivered and then the delivery status is never updated online. I try to call USPS customer service and am put on hold for hours just to be told they dont know and I need to call my local post office. Unfortunately the local post office (this one) NEVER EVER picks up the phone. I will continuously redial and call all day and they never pick up. This has gotten way out of hand. If I could, Id have UPS deliver my mail daily. I royally hate this post office.
They loose our mail all the time, no one answers the office phone listed on the website, the 1-800# on the Google description is disconnected. For a while we on a first name basis with the various supervisors there because these issues were so frequent. It was actually so bad at some point I had 2 supervisors visit my place of business, but theyve changed so much I cant even keep track of them any more. Our mail carriers get changed up frequently, and only a few of the regulars weve had will come by my office and check to see if we have outgoing mail. As a place of business we have outgoing mail every day... As of the time I am writing this a packet of very important business documents sent priority mail has turned up missing. It has a tracking label and was handed directly to the mail carrier and 3 days later its still showing that the USPS still has not received this. I cant get anyone on the phone.

They almost got my package to its intended destination in Newport News, but decided to fly it all the way to Tampa for no reason. No answer on the phone, no contact info. Im out $40 now, thanks.The postmaster is Ivey N. Green Jr. but I havent been able to find a good way to contact him. Im all the way out in Portland, so I have no idea how to get in touch with anyone that can help me. This is beyond annoying!
Our previous mail carrier was OUTSTANDING. However the new carrier is unable to get packages delivered correcly at out complex. USPS Tracking will show a package delivered, but it is no where to be found. Sometimes they show up at the apartment complex office and other times they disappear for weeks after delivery, only to show up later. Recommend conducting better training for new and temporary carriers.
They told me my mail box key would take up to two weeks to be finished. I went in two weeks later and they said the guy just got back, its going to be while. A while. No date. Just a while. They acted annoyed that I came in and gave me a business card with a phone number to call to check in. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. When they are done with you, they simply say next to the person behind you. How rude is that?!

They do not answer the phone. We have a new mail carrier in Kiln Creek area. My mail is being put in the incorrect mailbox. I been living there for over 5 years never had this issue before. This been going on for at least a month. It didnt really bother me until my paycheck came 5 days later because it was put in the wrong box. I came home one day and seen my mail was just out in the public view and anyone could have stole my information. This not good !

God awful in every way. First off they never answer the phone, but yet they seem to pick it up only to hang it up over and over no matter what time you call. They keep losing my mail and nothing is ever done. I have had several important pieces of mail lost here. Im also hitting 39 weeks pregnant and they lost yet another important piece of mail or stole it who knows and its caused not only me to have issues with certain appointments, but Ive not received proof I was waiting on for stolen money orders, I lost a makeup palette I ordered, and something should be done! The post office pays their employees fairly well from what I have heard so if they want to treat people like this yall should find new employees who do their job. Hire me. Im livid and going to be contacting a corporate office bbb whoever. I never complain so when I do its for a valid reason and I refuse to be treated like that.

Worst post office I have ever been to. Every time I come here the employees are rude and when I asked for a manager I’m always told that they are on lunch or out of the building. Also I have had two packages that say delivered that I never got. Today I even asked the mail man if he had any packages while he was giving me my mail. Between your phone calls going into the abyss, late and in accurate service, lazy mailmen that wont bring you package to the door (always brings every package in the complex to the office), and the annoying staff you unlucky to encounter when you come in there really is nothing good to say about this post office. USPS, if your reading this, please burn down this location, build another one somewhere else, and hire new workers. Thank You!

This post office is so unorganized I had a certified letter that I had to pick up at this post office because I wasnt home to receive it. So I went up to the post office Tues. and they couldnt find it. So they said they would call me when they found it. So I tried to call and they wont answer the phone. I called USPS and come to find out the postal carrier had put the wrong routing no. on the slip. So I waited all day Wed. 3/15 no one called me. So I went up there Thurs. 3/16 and the postal rep. found it right away. They are lazy and sorry!!!!Oh I have another incident with this post office. On 5/3/17 I ordered some shoes and was suppose to get them on 5/3/17 at 5 oclock didnt receive them. I called the company where I got them and they said the Post office already delivered the package. So today 5/4/17 my neighbor received TWO packages one that was my package and the other at some other address. So BOTH packages werent suppose to be delivered to my neighbor!!!! Really bad business.
Absolute worst post office ever. This is the third time his year that I was supposed to receive a package and it was delivered to the post office, but they never notified me. I got a call from this post office. The message did not tell me why they where calling.Asumming that it was about someting i was trying to send out, I tried calling back mutiple times no one would answer the phone. Receved a voicemail today telling me if I didnt come pick up my packages they would be sent back. I went in to find out what was going on and I was told that my packages where already sent back because my address was wrong. I told the lady I spoke with that i knew the address was correct because I checked and have already mail delivered to that address. I came back 45 mins later to talk to the manager and he said that nothing could be done. I told him about calling back mutilple times and he just looked at me dumbfounded. They screwed me out of my packages and money.
The USPS is out of control! How difficult can it be to redeliver a freaking package?!?! Ill tell you how difficult. My daughter thought that all she had to do was call the number and go through the automated system to reschedule a delivery.Well, after waiting at the house all day on Saturday, as if she had nothing better to do, the mailman came and went.I tracked him down after he left just to have him tell me that he wasnt given any packages and that theres another person out delivering packages. That response sounded suspicious and did not make sense, but what could you do? Its after 1600 hrs on a Saturday.You guessed it. No one else showed up!!! Thus, my daughter just learned the hard way that she should not have relied on the USPS to do something that she couldve done herself.To add insult to injury, after a failed attempt to call the USPS to find out where this package is, I called the local post office just to get the same automated system that provided the local phone number and placed in a queue. I had to call three times and still didnt get a person. Instead of holding for 30 minutes, I selected the call back. Yeah right as if Im going to hold my breath for that to happen.Why does a person have to physically go to any post ofc. to talk to someone regarding a problem?!?! These people have got to be the most useless government employees on the face of the earth!!!!!! Yet, the government has the nerve to keep raising prices. SMHBy the way, I did get a call back just to get a woman with a heavy accent, not from the local post ofc., who told me several different things: you have to wait 2 days for redelivery; its going to be delivered today; its at the post ofc for me to pick up. What a waste of my life!!!!!!!
On 12/08/2015 I saw the postman in my neighborhood (Green Oaks) and I said to him I had a question. His reply was that he was to busy and it was too late. In addition, I cannot get anyone to pick up the phone!! Unbelievable!! this is the standard of the U.S. Post Office today.
This is the WORST post office ive ever had to deal with!! Ive actually sat on the phone listening to it ring for 45 mins for still no one to answer.. My package says its been out for delivery for 3 days now but still havent received anything, and when I try to call to find out why they have not delivered it yet, no one answers, I have been renting the house im in for going on three years now, and even though Ive complained many times about not receiving some of my mail (which are BILLs by the way) and the mail man leaving my mailbox OPEN when it rains, Still nothing has changed, YOU WOULD THINK WITH MAIL BEING SUCH A SERIOUS THING SEEING AS ITS PEOPLE BILLS AND PERSONAL STUFF IT WOULD BE HANDLED PROPERLY, the people are rude and ignorant and dont care about peoples belongings....
I recently moved into an apartment complex. I waited 3 weeks and recieved no mail in my mail box so i went and told them about it. They said all the mail boxes were broken and they couldnt deliver the mail which is a lie, the mail boxes in my building are the only ones that are not broken. Ive seen the mail man. He is lazy and doesnt want to unlock every box to deliver mail so he only delivers to the other apartment complex. I went 2 days later to th post office to see if i had any more mail and was shocked when they pulled out a 1 foot tall pile of mail. I had mail from 6 months prior that was never given to me the last time i asked for my mail. Also i had to translate for a hispanic couple because the post office workers couldnt understand them and startedto give the couple attitude and were about to charge them for something they didnt want. They are also very disorganized.
If it wasnt for online notifications I wouldnt have known they came by. No one came to the door, didnt even see a truck come by & just like everyone else, no notification no one answering the phone.

Have had a missing package for a week and when I asked the employee to go in the back and look, I watched her stand back there texting and dancing to beyonce. Then she came to the front and lied to my face saying she looked everywhere.

Terrible customer service, the clerks were annoyed of people asking relevant questions about mailing options and services. They were rolling their eyes and were answering questions with questions and they had terrible body. I wont spend a penny there.
Worst post office Ive ever dealt with. They take their phone off the hook about 15 minutes before they close so nobody can call right before they leave. The lazy mail delivery people leave my mailbox open for my mail to get rained on even after Ive called to complain and even put a sign on my mailbox for them to close it. Youd think with the post office losing money people might try harder to keep their jobs but thats clearly not the case. A free website can do their jobs and at least my email doesnt get wet when it rains.

I have been unable to get anyone on the phone at your station. I have been returning mail to the post office that has been delivered to 62 Main. Every morning I receive mail that is not mine and not only do I put the mail out for return, this morning the mailman shoved the mail for return back into the mail slot with my mail. What do I have to do to stop delivery for previous tenants? It happens to be illegal for me to destroy or Tasha mail that is not mine.

I have had so many packages that this post office has said was delivered that I have not received. Said it was placed in mailbox. So I set up a camera to video record my mail getting delivered, so when a package was again said to be delivered and wasnt, I have a video that it was not placed in my mailbox. I DO get all the garbage and trash mail, which I wish was actually lost!!!!!!
