I called My Way Lease a week ago and received prompt professional service! Not only did the Manager David handle my request via phone he made sure he took the time to send me photos and answer all my questions between deliveries and after delivery hours. We set the delivery date and optional payments and it was that simple. I got everything I needed plus more and my rates are reasonable. Sure, if you want unprofessional, classless, aggressive drivers bringing furniture into your home (being in your home, period). These guys rode a lane that ends past the end and started cutting over into my lane where I was so I honked and they slowed down and got behind me, then flicked ME off. Real professional, guys. I loved this place, but what is going on with not being open? I went all last week and store was closed left messages, with no return call. Even called the MD office to see if they were closed permanently, and the guy there told me he has been getting numerous calls about that location being closed. Have anyone else gotten through to them?

I was shopping at Big Lots the other day and saw Myway Leases so I stopped in. I was immediately greeted by the manager, David. I told him I was just browsing. He didn’t pressure me about purchasing something, but showed me around and explained how things work there. He gave me his business card. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend!

I recently bought a couch for my new house from here and i love it. my only problem was with the manager i forgot his name he was extremely rude when i tried to talk to him he stayed in his office . There was this other guy though that was very respectful and sweet helping me out if i remember his name was Orlando . If you ever need need furniture or a stereo etc and go to my way leases definitely talk to orlando

I wouldn’t leasing from them ever and had to give up king size bedroom set. I decided to go for Ashley furniture... their price for king size is cheaper than I actually leasing from there.3,000 for king size bedroom set compared from Ashely furniture which I bought for 1300 for whole bedroom set.. what a rip off.

Thanks to a friends recommendation I was able to stage one of my properties directly from My Way (and avoid costly staging fees). My Way was able to somehow fit me in for next day delivery at a time window we needed to work within, and Im glad to be working with a local company who offers outstanding service and competitive pricing.

My Way Leases is the best rent to own store, in Newport News, Virginia. The workers are friendly, helpfull and best of all not pushy. Me and my husband have been customers since they opened their doors. The store manager David is awesome, extremely helpfull and always seems to know what we want and goes out of his way to accommodate us. Mr Bruno is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the merchandise. Even when merchandise we order is not what we expected David immediately takes care of it and orders the correct item. Their delivery drivers are very professional and friendly. If your in need of a computer, TVS, pretty much any electronics, furniture, or appliances you will find it at My Way leases and you will leave with a smile on your face.

A friend that has dealt with my way leases for a long time and who has been dealing w Dave the manager even before it was my way, suggested that I stop by and talk to him about a living room set. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the great smell coming from the store and how nice it looked. Dave was on the floor helping another customer so I was greeted by mr Bruno. He was very friendly and I let him know I was there to see the manager. He told me to look around until he was finished, and if I had questions to let him know. When Dave was done he greeted me w a huge smile and took me around and showed me how the program works. The awesome thing about Myway is that they offer 6 months same as cash and set it up on how you get paid. I let him know that I was waiting for my taxes to come in and that I wanted to pay cash. He showed me a tan set that I loved and took down my info and promised he would have one for me next week when I get my money. Overall this was a friendly and inviting experience and will definitely be recommending my way and Dave to all my friends.

I love the furniture set up...very organized with there stuff...they have anything you need or want relating to game consoles,house furniture,and paintings. i really recommend it. I do also recommend seeing orlando rivera and bruno they are really nice employees and will help you seek what you need

I wouldn’t recommend this place for anybody they don’t want to work with your schedule they say you have to work around what they have. Then you set a time and date and nobody shows then they blame you for it when they get to your house hours later. And they don’t communicate with one another
