In my opinion Im just not sure about this place. Tried to get a ps5 from there i go to the store they say you have to pay $500 deposit to take it home. I will just wait to they come back in stock and pay $500 and get it new and be done with it. To me thats exactly why they are still sitting on the shelf at buddies lol. I probably would have got it if they said $200 or $250. Rent a center is better in my opinion. I have a couch and tv throught rent a center

WENT TOWARD THE END OF THE MONTH TO RENT A COMPUTER. THERE AS ABOUT 9 DAYS LEFT IN THE MONTH. ONE REP QUOTED ME A PRICE THAT WAS MANAGEABLE FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH, THEN ID PAY MY MONTHLY BILL AFTER. HE LEFT TO TAKE CARE OF IT. ANOTHER ASSOCIATE TELLS ME THAT ID HAVE TO PAY FOR A WHOLE MONTH ( FOR 9 DAYS ) AND THEN PAY ANOTHER MONTH. NEEDLESS TO SAY I RAN OUT OF THERE! RENTACENTER IS MORE CONVIENT, BUT I FOUND A GREAT PRICE AT AARONS AND TOOK THE MERCHENDISE HOME THAT DAY.

I paid off my tv and i have two bedrooms sets one i only owe 264.00 and the other one 794 so after i paid the two tvs off.i ask if they can give me two weeks or if i can pay on it next month.they told me no and the money i paid my tvs off with they can put the money on the bedrooms sets and plus the tvs that mean i would have to pay my tvs off again.thats extra money they getting.i be glad when i pay it off they dont have to worry bout me again.

I had an issue with the product and so I called and spoke with Charlie and he addressed and resolved the problem he was understanding and professional he is truly an asset to this company. Process was easy! What I went in for, they didnt have at their store, and they actually found it at another store. Didnt think I would be able to get it, but they worked it out and I was able to get what I wanted at a good price. Tanisha was really helpful, go in and see her!

They are rude and do not call you back when you have an issue. They charged my card $200 extra and yet NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY. Then when I tell them Im going to call a lawyer he hung up 9n me basically calling me stupid. Do not do business with these people its a RIP off. I went in that place with cash and they talked me into making payments because it worked better for him. 120 days same as cash. He told me total on bed was $1300. I paid $1000 that left 300 they have now taking two payments of $258. Since then and now telling me I am wrong its paid off but they didnt take too much... I know they have changed math since I went to school I believe that 258 and 258 still equal $516 and The last payment was supposed to be $42 not $258. Yet no one can explain.Crooks!

Keeps calling my phone in reference to someone he is trying to get a hold of. I understand you are trying to reach someone but Ive been receiving calls over a year and have explained I cannot help. At this point its become harrassment. Someone gave my number as a reference and I cannot control that! Please stop calling me!

I love how sequanna smith claims she was just a day or two late which is a complete lie lmao. But here’s my 2 cents on the store. My mother just moved in to her apartment didn’t even have everything that she needed and Tanisha and Charlie did everything in their power to get everything approved and started and when she needed help he answered! I love this staff and will continue to work with them. Be real and upfront with them people they’re probably the best around in my eyes great job guys!

Buddy’s home furnishing was the best experience I’ve ever gotten from any rental to own company I would recommend anyone to this company, the manager helped me out so much . Ever get the chance to go to the store ask for Charlie he will give you the best service and you will be satisfied with your purchase!

I had a manager call me today about my payment...a young guy and you would have thought he was high on something the way he was talking on the phone. After talking to him, he stated he would note my account which he didn’t. I have never had an issue with anyone else in that building ...he has to go!!
