Selected the$12 wash. For that I got a pre-rinsk, spot free and sprayed the car off and blow dried the car. Still dirt residue on the car, a good rain would do you better, would not recommend

The vacuums have barely any suction and the car wash doesnt get all dirt off. Car came out looking just as dirty as it did going in. This needs improvement as 18 dollars payment services that are not good is a rip off.

I wish I would read the reviews prior to come here, spent $20 and have to call the guy on duty out. The car wash stop in the middle of cleaning, while spraying water stopped in the middle of the pass and never took back up with water. Even after a second passed that the guy gave me the car didnt get clean, nevertheless I appreciate his willingness. Definitely will not come back. DO NOT COME HERE, NOT WORTH IT.

Paid for the $18 wash on the left side and no water came out. I then went to the wash on the right side, paid the $18 again and received a wash. I have called and left messages requesting compensation for the wash that did not work, but they are not answering or returning my calls. I would be happy to change my review if they would just return my call. Spending $18 and not receiving the service is not acceptable.

Got the 18 dollar car wash waited 10 mins for the green arrow...no green arrow. Clerk fixed it in about 20 mins

Would originally give this place 2 stars after the wash malfunctioned. There was no attendant on site since it was in the evening time. I called immediately and got a call back first thing in the morning from a guy named Will who upgraded me to the top wash and made sure I was taken care of. I have been back a few times since with no issues.

Didnt clean the car at all waste of money! No suction on vacume.

NEGATIVE -1! I was here this morning and bought the most expensive wash they had with cash and I drove through the wash three times and still couldn’t get it to turn on and there was not an employee to be found waste of $18 😡

Dont even think about it. All of the comments about it being broken not working or accurate. You dont get what you paid for, if you get any watch at all. I dont think they maintain the equipment.

DON’T GO to this place I paid for the $16 wash and it only rinsed and soaked my Jeep and didn’t even dry it... had to dry it by hand and saw it happen to other cars as well... Vacuums are worthless and fall apart only 3 work low suction!!!

The equipment here does not work. Ive been sitting inside the carwash for 15 minutes because it stopped working mid wash. They reset it 3 times but nothing. The manager said he will give me my money back if the 4th reset does not work. Didnt get my money back either. They told me to go to their other location for a rewash. I got to the car wash and no one is there so I go back and the manager is gone

Like the free vacuums with a wash. Dislike that you usually cannot get to one because of the freeloaders that just come in to use them without a wash. Car was not as clean as I had hoped. Just seemed to be the drivers sideUse of rags and windows cleaners etc. Is a nice touch.

Its great that you can vaccum your car for free,but the amount of money you spend to get your carwashed and then you still have to wipe it down,because it doesnt wash all the dirt off. Need to hire an attendant that can wipe the cars after wash.

Top of line wash only mate car less dusty. The blowers stopped before i could pull through.

Go to the denbigh car wash instead. This one is not maintained and everything is always broken.

Horribly experience. The suction on the vacuums are so bad that it took me twice the time to clean my car. The car wash portion is just horrible. I had to pay to get my car wash somewhere else afterwards. Whoever owns this car wash needs to update their equipment asap.Never coming back!

Great place for a quick wash and I personally like to vacuum my own car since most places cannot vacuum properly because they want you in and out.

Low quality wash and a high price. Especially considering you can drive just up the street to Autobell and get a better wash and hand dry for even less.

Awful!! I first used the vacuums to clean the inside of my car. Then I paid $17!!!! To wash it, I paid for an extra package for the wheel cleaning just to try it out. Never again! I will never go there again. It missed 3 things it was supposed to do while I was in there getting my car washed and it didnt do the extra wheel cleaning I paid for it. Needless to say I was not very happy when I left. The dryer stayed on for 5 seconds, so my car was still wet when I left. Annoyed about that as well. As soon as I left I looked up there number, called left a message. This was days ago and I have yet to hear and back from them. A refund, or a free wash?? Nothing!

Do not recommend washing your car here any day of the week !! The touchfree wash is terrible, no power what so ever and it didnt wash my tire for the amount of money its a rip off !!!
