Absolutely disgusting customer service. Taking pictures of minors. When questioned about pictures incredibly rude and unprofessional. Laughed at concern and couldnt care less. Not ethical at all.

This place is disgusting. This is the second time my car was towed from the same complex. This time my brother lives there. 1am the tow truck came and took my car. Why is it that they never come during the day to tow? They are shady money hungry people who prays on cars while the owner is sleep so nothing can be said on the owner’s behalf. this tow “company “ needs to be shut dow immediately.

Very very rude.....Took my truck on the first day of school and took their time to help us when we got their. Blocked my truck in and would not guide me out so i would not hit any other cars. Speaking of that tow truck driver hit a car a few times before his coworkers guided him. So HORRIBLE SERVICE

They towed my car for not having a parking permit. Somehow, my parking permit was taken off the rear view mirror, thrown into the passenger seat. The inside of my car was tampered with as well. They couldn’t give me a time for when my vehicle was towed. I am filing a report.

Dont go to them.they towed my car.and gave me the run around to get it back .I waited 2 hrs for them to come meet me.I HAD ALREADY PAID.then they kept saying they were on the way 3 hrs later they finally showed up .im never going back there for NOTHING

Thornton’s came to our apartment place and towed our vehicle (that was being repaired on jack stands) due to “expired safety sticker” on the yellow receipt you can see that is the reason why they towed the vehicle, our safety inspection sticker was not expired, we had a rejection sticker and we were still within our 15 days to repair our vehicle and take it in for re-inspection. We spoke to the police officer on site at the towing facility (yes one was called out because they were refusing to release the car of another individual who already paid for the car to be released) the police officer said our rejection sticker was still within compliance and shouldn’t have been towed. When we told Thornton’s that information they proceeded to lie and change their story and say that our vehicle wasn’t towed because of the “expired sticker” (even though you can clearly see it written on the receipt) they said our apartment management office called for it to be towed because the vehicle was on jack stands. Then they wrote over top of the “expired sticker” and wrote jack stands on the receipt. We called our apartment management and they said they did not request our vehicle to be towed because of jack stands and that if our rejection sticker was still within compliance, Thornton’s shouldn’t have towed our vehicle. This is a completely unprofessional, shady business and their only concern is to make money even when they are wrongfully towing.

They work with big daddy towing. Sunny and Helena came and picked me up from my home to get my car from another towing lot since I was taking it there to get fixed after the other towing company broke my vehicle. Everyone I met there is so nice and honest and just seems to be all around good people. She even took me home in her personal vehicle so I wouldn’t have to take an Uber home. These people are great and I am going to make them my main auto repair.

My axle broke and my wheel popped off. Big Daddy picked up my car and took it to Thorntons Tow and Auto Repair where they fixed it in less than 2 days and for a great value! Id give them 10 stars!

Only word to describe this joke of a business is shady. They are a group of money hungry individuals that lack any sense of customer service. I received no justification for their incompetent towing of my vehicle. Instantly became defensive and threatened to involve the police when their fraudulent actions were questioned. In a time where community and empathy are how we are surviving, Thorntons offered nothing but a $120 fee. I advise anyone in the area to avoid dealing with the inadequate mess that they call work.

DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!!!! One day they have your car then the next day it simply disappears without a trace. When you ask questions, the only answer youll get is I dont know. Drivers are shady as hell and cant be trusted. When they say theyll call you back they wont. Youll have to call them. Im convinced some drivers secretly work with a chop shop. If you have them drop it off at a dealership, theyll drop it off in the middle of the night with the keys still inside the vehicle just waiting to get stolen or vandalized.

I was seeking to buy a car cash, so I was browsing different lots when someone recommended this place. When I got there a woman with blonde hair approached with a nasty attitude about where I parked my car. I agreed to move my car then I asked her if there were any cars for sale and she did not reply, she repeated herself saying that I needed to move my car. So I left, then I took the number posted under the sign in an effort to speak with someone different. When I called the number, the man who answered the phone had an even worse attitude than the woman at the location. Customer service is not this place’s strong suit, so I suggest taking business elsewhere.

Ive been a customer since 2010 and until recently the service was good enough to get you out of a jam quick. The costumer service sucks! they act like theyre doing you a favor by letting you come into their business. Nothing comes before lunch breaks or closing time, they dont want to come get you after hours and refer you to other towing companies that are more expensive. For the simplest jobs and state inspections, theyll have you wait for hours before they start work without giving a call to let you know about a delay. Theyve dropped the ball too many times. Its a shame. IMHO I dont think they want to work and or have the manpower. either way Ill never use or refer them again! Dont waste your time

They repaired my flywheel and starter, told me that I needed a clutched(witch my truck shifted fine). After 4 days transmission is making noise and stops working. Was told work was under warranty. The BS made up invoice I received after stated I would not received a warranty. They’ve got me for over $1500. And the owner won’t answer his phone. Be cautious with dealing with mechanics.

Worst service you could imagine. After picking up a motorcycle that had been in an accident. We had noticed parts were missing. These parts were not broken in the accident nor were the easily removable pieces off the bike. When we question about them the guy in the office immediately said they did not come on the bike when it was towed there, even though we had police photos proving otherwise. We asked to talk to the tow truck driver as well. Who was conveniently not there. After getting police involvement. They went back to Thorntons and retrieved the pieces that had been removed from the bike to be sold. Terribly shady place. Terrible customer service. Will be following up with police for follow up into an investigation on how many people that are doing this to.

No one on location.... towed vehicle while it was literally halfway parked on my driveway but claimed they did it cause street parking isn’t allowed. Then had to wait over an hr for someone to come on site for my to get my car back had to pay $120 and they only had the car for a few hrs

Just FYI, I havent used your services, but I noticed something disturbing and tried to address it and was ignored. The car yall were towing tonight (8-19-19) around 9pm headed West, a silver car, it was not attached correctly or whatever the case may be, and caused Sparks to continuously hit cars and mine traveling behind you. So you basically were dragging the vehicle. That was unsafe and careless to say the least.

A few weeks before, I dropped my car for front brakes repair. I was told by other mechanic that the brakes noise is becuase of routers. I explained this to the gentleman and he said, its pads not routers. They charged me about $230. When I left, the problem of noise was still there. I was waiting that the new pads might need to be getting adjusted with the routers, but the problem was still there. Today I dropped the car and said to check the front brakes along the oil change. They told me that routers need to be changed. And they will charge me $100 only for labor additional to the parts. I said, the last time I dropped the car you could properly deignuse and changed the routers, instead you replaced the pads. Now since the labor cost was in warranty so why you change me for labor cost. He said we recommend to replace the routers and we will charge you for the labor cost otherwise the pads could be damaged by the routers and we will not cover it under the parts warranty.When I was tak my car, one of my tire was punctured with nail inside in their garage, I told the gentleman and show it, he said take it to whom you purchased tire from. So I took my car and paid $26 to fix my tire.It was just a fun with them today not a business. I will never take my car there again.Regards
